I was trying to switch my lease car into a SUV. I was visit some dealer. I got the best offer in this dealer. However, my wife does not like Rough so we need to wait for new Murano.
But they are really helpful.
Great service, patience, and understanding from Ana for helping me get the car and accessories I was looking for. Pleasant to deal with-no hard sell-reason I chose Lgue Nissan over other dealerships. Also pleasant to work with Jennifer. Hope the service department will be just as helpful when I will need servicing.
We have two new vehicles, both had problems within two years from date of purchase. Sub standard, terrible service, my cars should have been repaired with no added cost to me. NEVER BUY A NISSAN !!!! Too bad I had to give one star.....should be 0.

My whole experience at Nissan Longueuil was AMAZING! Solène Besnard is so professional and knowledgeable.. she was there for me from beginning to end. You can tell that she is more than just a saleswoman. Solène quickly got me the best deal in my budget and I couldn’t be happier!! :)
I also encountered, Vincent Cloutier-Matton (Ditecteur Finacier) and Guy Laflamme (Conseiller Techinique), and they both went out of their way to accommodate my requests. I had a great time leasing my beautiful new Rogue at Nissan Longueuil.
Before it, for 6 previous years, I was with Nissan Park Avenue Brossard (I had two other cars with them), but lucky.. I now transferred the file of my old Rogue to Nissan Longueuil and I was able to get a much better service.. — I am so confident that I have done the right thing. :)

Mr Frederick was unprofessional and rude, I told him there is a two major crack on the front bumper passenger side , his reply was FOR A USED CAR ITS NORMAL IT HAPPENS DURING WINTER!!! Mr Frederick Richard you need to grow up and learn how to deal professionally with customers, I personally dont wanna pay full price 18-20k for a used car that damage is so obviously from Distance!!!

We bought our car from Nicolas last week. We had excellent service he was quick and thorough. He had all the answers to our questions and was very patient. After the sale he called to check up on us and make sure we were satissfied with the car. We rented quite a few cars in the past and no dealership ever called to follow through. We were pretty impressed

Worst experience ever. After purchased a Nissan Pathfinder 6 months ago, we found out that the extended warranty that we have purchased has been suspended and we are not able to use it. after calling to find out what is going on ,while my husband is at the Nissan Brossard garage, i was told that we should have brought the car to Longueuil instead....how dare we choose where to bring our car
with a Nissan extended warranty that we could use at any Nissan ....

I did get a call , but sadly it was NOT to inform me that my problem has been solved.
I had the pleasure of having Claude Allard as my sales representative, and he was very professional about everything he did and he tried to give us the best possible deal. Even though we arrived a bit late to our appointment, he took all the time necessary to explain and answer all out questions. In the end, we ended up buying a new Nissan Murano SL and we got the best possible price out of 4 dealerships we visited.
Staff is great, and they make you feel like they'll do anything to please your needs.
If you are looking to buy a Nissan and live far from Longueuil, please make the effort of going to this dealership and speak to Claude Allard.

Vraiment très agréable. Je recommande fortement Adel qui est un vendeur à l'écoute et qui connaît très bien son métier. Un plus également à la directrice financière Marie-ève qui a su nous obtenir un prêt alors que personne ne voulait de nous ... (travailleur temporaire).
