Nothing but liars and cheats had a brake job done was supposed to replace the E brake components paid for their time there and their parts have them use the e-brake since I took it in used it a couple days ago vehicle started rolling was told that it's $150 now after paying 1200 change totally unacceptable stay away from this dealership they lack professionalism and integrity

I just moved to the area and this was my first time at this dealership. I took my Infiniti Q50s in for an oil change, the following day the engine light comes on. Service guys won’t look at it for over 2 weeks. They claim their too busy right now. “It’s probably nothing, just drive it till the engine light starts flashing at you or something noticeable happens”. I’ve never had any issues with this car till now. I’m very dissatisfied with this dealership and will be taking business elsewhere.

Salesmen - great service. Service department - complete nightmare. :( I purchased an Armada in 2019, blew a cylinder, rust oh the rust!!, broken calliper etc. They charged me $200 more than my quote even after I agreed to go with after market parts (for my brakes as they told me it would be less expensive) I requested an appraisal for my vehicle and was offered basically nothing for it!! I immediately went to another dealership who was willing to give me over double of what Nissan was willing to appraise my vehicle for. You sell me a lemon and now you don’t want it back? It’s clear that you don’t stand by your products. I’m extremely disappointed in the service I’ve received over the years…. :( thumbs down :(

I have owned Nissan Murano since 2015.
I have also owned different vehicles over the time including Mercedes before it was Under Paladino Owner ship, chrysler , dodge caravan, accord , Honda Pilot and a Civic.

There have been different experiences with different dealer ships. Mostly PAINFUL, they would qoute you one thing and charge you another or would just perform what ever task and bill you lumsum. I find that treachery and stealing.

After Honda if there is any dealership I would HIGHLY recommend is NISSAN in Sudbury Ontario. They are fair and honest. Sales or services . You are taken care honestly and genuinely paying attention to your concerns, you are not taken as an atm machine walking in to be milked as much as one desire. But are taken as a Person. They informed the issues with the car Gave me an upfromt qoute what ball park I may look at. They did not bill me over, or in anyways tried to cheat me. The charges came to alot less than we anticipated and I really appreciate their honesty.

What I can say is his customer service is the best I have experienced yet.
He’s a young energetic knowledgeable consultant who cares about the client with a no rush or pressure to purchase, he made sure we were happy with our decision and was very accommodating to my wife and I.

Huge appreciation to this wonderful dealership and specifically Chad in the service department. We have a 1 year old Pathfinder which we bought in Midland. On our trip north we had a engine light come on. Quick call to Chad and he advised we were safe to drive but as we were an hour from Sudbury come in and we will check your car out so you can continue on your trip uninterrupted. All dealerships (and listen-up Toyota) should be run to this standard.

Their mechanics are parts changers. They can't diagnose without codes. Then they turn to guessing and changing parts and computer resets, and still charge, even when it doesn't fix the problem. This cannot be legal. They just changed the catalytic converter,( again, not sure) and guess what, we got the car back today and it's still doing the same problem. $2700, because they had to break other parts to be able to change it. Unbelievable. Now I have to miss work to try and get a refund from these crooks. I'll update to let you know how it goes. Should be interesting. It's sad that we've had to lose so much money on a 5 year old lemon. I used to hold Nissan in high regard until I actually had to deal with one.

Be careful do NOT sign final purchase agreement look very carefully they will add a $400 security etching fee and hide the charge in another fee and hope you don't notice!!! This is illegal!! This is a complete waist of$ you don't need it!!!!
Also be aware Nissan Morano's have a well known defect in them, the back window explodes for no reason and Nissan does not warranty!

Very Dishonest and Inefficient Customer Service.

Here is my story : My 2018 nissan rogue had a grinding sound from my front wheel and to do a diagnostics I dropped by Norther Nissan.
They did a quick check and returned back to inform me that my front and rear rotor and break pads are completely screwed up and there is no way that I could drive with it.
I asked them if there is any quick fix to get rid of the loud grinding noise and got a reply that "no there is noooo way and replacing the pads and rotors worth of 800 CADs is the only way"
Just for the 15min check they charged me 75 CAD (seriously???)

Returned home disappointed but before I do something thought I should get a second opinion. I dropped by NAPA automotives and asked them to check the same. The technician returned back my car fixing the grinding noise for 50 CADS and the only issue was "THE BEND BACKPLATE RUBBING THE ROTORS"...

How greedy and dishonest can someone be? They could have just fixed the issue by fixing the backplate..no, instead they wanted me to come back and get it fixed paying 800+ tax!!!

When I went back and enquired the same they had nothing to say, literally speechless!!!

Wouldn't recommend ever.. NAPA did a great job and saved me some good money..

I will never go back to fix my car here. They estimated everything to $400 -$500 and they charged me $1159, I have never had to pay in addition for scanning my car on computer until now. I'm really disappointed and never go back!

Decided to update my review as went back for service. Had a complete brake job done all four rotors and pads everything. The gentleman at the service counter who acts in a customer service role was extremely helpful in booking me in for service rather promptly.
Seem to know enough about vehicles as well as maintenance that he was able to explain to me minor details about what was going to be done and how long it should take roughly. However he really excelled in his customer service role. When I brought it back on the day of service he again was working and again was friendly and polite. Offered me complimentary coffee as well as use of their shuttle. Both of which were good. Appreciate how they called me when an unexpected issue arised with my parking brake. Unfortunately turned what was thought, by both me and the mechanic; to be a one day job turn into about 1 and 1/4, of a day, and the bill also went up from $700 and change just over 1,200. I understand that you can't predict everything that's going to happen when you service a vehicle especially an older vehicle. When I return to pick the vehicle up staff was once again helpful in explaining what they had done and further in detail about the unexpected issues that it happened causing the delay and the increase in price. Everything they told me sound it in line with what you could expect from an older vehicle. It also sounds like they took good care in fixing and replacing the brakes. I've only had it back for roughly one and a half days however everything seems to be working better than before. Brakes on a vehicle haven't felt that good ever. Price seemed a little high for their labour however given the work they performed they've more than well earned it. My only complaint is that because the initial date of service was a Friday I had to wait till the Monday for it to be finished as they are not open Saturday or Sunday. Vehicle they were working on was an 06 Jeep Liberty so it's not everyday they see one of those. Took it there as their initial quote was cheaper than the Chrysler dealership across the way.

Have yet to buy a car from there so I cannot comment on how their sales team it's however I did meet one person when I was waiting for the shuttle and he seemed nice and gave me some good information about the frontier

Called the next day to ask it be set aside. Was told it would be set aside. Guess what?
Zilch.
No one knows what anyone else is doing and everyone is ready to blame the other guy.
Just moved here too from a wonderful Nissan dealership in Winnipeg. This is not a good first impression.

If there would be a zero star rating I would have chosen that, I strongly recommend nobody deal with the Sudbury Nissan dealership for a few reasons, bring my vehicle in for maintenance covered by warranty but get my vehicle back with damage that was 100 percent not there when I dropped it off, I was basically laughed at in my face by a gentleman Joe, basically told it was their word against mine and I was wrong, spoke with the GM of this location and doesn’t sound like anything will be done about it but I will keep this review updated of my outcome, as of now I will very soon no longer be owning a Nissan because I would be to afraid to have to deal with the Nissan location in Sudbury

Every time I've been to Northern Nissan I have had to find someone to assist me. I wanted to purchase a car, but had to put down a $500 deposit in order to secure the purchase. Emailed several times about the car I wanted, and was waiting on financing. It wasn't until I called a week later that I found out that the deal didn't go through. I then had to ask for my $500 deposit back. This is the second time I've been jerked around by Northern Nissan. The first time I bought a Nissan I ended up going to Barrie.

Pros: Polite people up front. Jen from the Nissan Financial was very nice.
Cons: Very dishonest! Just bought a brand new Micra S last month. I understand I just bought the most inexpensive brand new car in Canada right now, but they really made the purchase experience very cheap. First, my car was dirty when I picked it up. There was dust all over the exterior and interior. It was pretty obvious it was only given a quick wipe on the surfaces but the dustiness was really evident. I was offered a free detailing by the sales agent, plot twist: I'll get it when I come back for my first oil change. Sure, let's see if they remember that when I come back in 6-8 months for my oil change (if I'll ever do it here). Also, they changed my final invoice to make it look like I got my all season mats for "free". This is after offering those mats for "free" because they didn't have the car in the colour that I wanted in stock. I bought the trim without AC but was charged the $100 AC tax on my final invoice. On the day of the pickup, they've changed the charge on the invoice to the all season mats and said I got the mats for free. Sneaky! Lastly, I came back to the dealership after learning my car didn't have a cabin air filter installed even though it was advertised on their brochure to have it. For the people reading, this cabin filter is very important especially for people with seasonal allergies. They wanted to charge me to get one and insisted it is not covered by warranty. The excuse was because it wasn't installed in the factory therefore it isn't covered. Well thanks Northern Nissan for standing behind your product! /s This will probably be my first and last vehicle purchase from you.

Just picked up a 2016 Nissan Maxima SR today at Northern Nissan and I absolutely love it! Our salesman, Matt, went all out for us and the general manager, Blair, got us a fair deal. Everyone who we dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable. The coffee and muffins in the waiting area was a great touch and much needed this morning! I have no qualms about highly recommending Northern Nissan to you if you’re in the market for a new (or used car). And once they move to their new location further down the Kingsway, the parking area won’t be so difficult to navigate! Thanks again Northern Nissan for an overall fantastic buying experience!
