I serviced my Nissan Rogue at this location. The car was promptly taken in for service. The result of the multipoint inspection was posted to my phone after 15 minutes. After the oil change and car wash, the service personnel reviewed the service with me before handing over the keys. All in, an excellent service. I will definitely return to this location for the next service.
Nissan staff were accommodating when I showed up early. Service was prompt, efficient and very courteous. I love the drive through drop off service and all the safety precautions that are in place.
Raj is a magician, he had me in the driver seat within one day of our meeting. I enquired about a listing and got a call to come view the car. The car was in amazing shape and didn't need a lot for safety, definitely drives. The listed price was unbelievably low and I even had the price discounted a bit more at the dealership just by kindly asking. All in all it was a great experience and I hope I can come back here again soon.
We recently purchased our 2016 Rogue here. We worked with Wallace who was a pleasure to deal with and did his best to appease all of our needs. We spoke with Betty in finance who was very friendly and informative as well. We are very happy with our new purchase and will hopefully come back for our next purchase and let others know if they are looking as well.

A scheduled oil change took 1 1/2 hours on Nov 5. I was advised it would take "45 min" when I arrived. The website reads "be assured enhanced cleaning and social distancing guidelines are in effect". I felt staff ignored COVID protocols and the expectations set on the website. The service advisor, Jay, freely removed and reapplied his face covering throughout the time I waited. He also handled my key fob with bare hands before placing it in a plastic bag. Perhaps the bag should be held open for the customer to insert their own keys? I took to standing outside as I felt uncomfortable with the lack of compliance with health regulations. I approached the service desk 3 times for a status update. I sanitized the interior of my car after this experience. I will not be returning.
The service we received from the salesperson, James Tam was excellent, right from the moment we stepped in to the showroom to the time we picked up our new Nissan. He was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and went out of his way to meet our specific needs. We would recommend him and Nissan to anyone, anytime. Keep up the good work guys.
I went in to get an oil & filter change, also put on winter tires. As they were working on my car a few other things popped up which obviously put my pricing higher. I could tell that they felt bad. They did work with me on pricing and did an excellent job. They even broke down what was done to my car to ensure I understood and that it wasn't done just to get money out of me. Thank you!

I'm only updating this review, because I had an amazing experience at another Nissan dealer today, reminding me of the most insulting experience I'd ever had at a car dealership. Salesman was great, but the manager(?) literally asked us if we were sure about purchasing before letting us test drive the car... They then proceeded to graciously allow us to "drive" it literally within the parking lot, at speeds no more than 10 kph. Keep in mind, this is a Nissan Leaf, not a Ferrari, and we had driven an hour to come see this car after corresponding with them, and we're looking to see how the car, being an EV, performed at higher speeds, and possibly even on the highway.
When we got back, manager asked us how the drive was (when she was the one who insisted the test drive be within the confines of the parking lot), and when we told her that we didn't really get to try the vehicle, she insisted that the car basically drives exactly the same as our Tesla, as they're both 'electric vehicles'. What a joke, and a waste of our time. I sincerely hope our experience was an outlier, for the sake of the rest of the staff who work there.
Stoufville Nissan fixed a wheel bearing issue in my 2017 Rogue in a timely and professional manner. Chris the shop foreman took his time to drive the car with me when I dropped it off and when I picked it up. I had taken my car twice to Barrie Nissan for the same issue and they didn't fix it, but tried to get me to do other things first and waste my money. Chris and Evan gave honest advice and fixed my car...no tricks, and restored my faith in the Nissan brand.

My wife and I bought our Nissan rogue from Brampton, but have been getting our vehicle serviced at Stouffville Nissan. We recently ran into an issue with our car, and unfortunately our extended warranty was up. We spoke with Evan a service representative, who was great to deal with! He worked with us and head office Nissan to get the matter looked after. We were very pleased the way Evan promptly handled the matter and was great at listening to our concerns. If you need anything done, I highly recommend you go in and speak with him or Chris the shop foreman.

Christy at Stouffville Nissan is a genius sales manager. Our one-year old 2018 Nissan Rogue was in an accident and deemed a total loss. Turned out I had replacement insurance but the insurer was still low balling me on the settlement. Christy got hold of the file and sourced me an identical 2019 replacement model. Then she worked some magic with dealer incentives that the insurer did not know about. Get this: my deal on the old car was 48 months at 0% with 36 payments remaining. However now it is arranged such that I have a new car, still 36 payments remaining, and the payment is the same! Like I said pure genius thank you for turning our luck around on this incident!
