My visit to Nissan (Warden & Eglinton) went so surprisingly well that I am almost speechless at how well Mr. Berbo Bustamante (Sales Consultant) and Mr. Ryan Chiu ( Business Manager) treated us and went out of their way to help us. ☺️

They truly treated us like family. This is the first car we’ve ever purchased and we went in there not knowing what to expect.
They help us get approved and pick out exactly the right car best suited for us within our price range. Advising us and explaining every step along the way. They were patient, understanding and took the time and care to really help us wisely choose our first car.

You can tell they aren’t all about the money and more about straight up helping people. In the end we got exactly what we needed at the most affordable price and are extremely happy and satisfied with our first car.

for $14k in this location a couple of years ago today I went to the same location to trade or sale my car because I want to get a better car there, an Asian Rude man with glasses claimed to be the sale Manager told me you didn't buy this car from us I showed him the proof that I bought it there then I left. The rudest car dealer I have ever seen in my life. Wasn't really important where I bought but I couldn't trust a person like him...if you want to be treated good stay away from this location

THE BEST! We went to a bunch of different dealerships to find our dream car and Azeem was the most incredible. He was the first sales rep we met with and in the end we decided to give him our business. He was so professional and kind I knew we would give us a good deal (in fact the best deal out of all of the various dealerships we visited) . He was not pushy and there was absolutely no pressure on us at any stage. He was authentic and knowledgeable... he set the bar very all for all future sales reps we will deal with. Besides his demeanor, everyone at the dealership was friendly and helped us immediately. The entire experience was so pleasant I would do it again. I am giving Scarborough Nissan 1 stars because, I went to fix my AC. I booked an appointment a day before and on the appointment day I had to pay 135 for inspection to find out what is wrong with the AC. After about 30 to 40 min, the advisor came with price list and explained I needed a new AC because there was a leak. SO for labour $594, parts $227, and the total with tax was $927.75. I said it is way out of my budget. He said if i need to change it this is the price. So they fixed it and I paid.
I went home, and after two days I took the car to do errands and I see yellow engine light on the dashboard. It was during the weekend so I parked the car and waited on the weekday to call and book another appointment.
I explained what happened and the same advisor said they still need to do an inspection for $135 to find out. Even if I was there to do my AC not even a week, and the car did not had any problem previously. I asked for the supervisor, she said engine and AC id different thing so they have to do diagnosis. After 30 min later the advisor came with the price and saying CODE P0101, to clean throttle 1.0. And price was Labour $405 with tax $457.65. Again I am confused, is that the rate they charge? Is it because I don't know much about parts and things about car they are charging me this amount? If feels like they fix the AC and temper with other parts for me to go back. I only paid for the diagnosis and left coz I can not pay the amount they were asking.
Please find another dealer to fix your car, do research because they will charge you way more than you expect or estimate.

I will never come back here for a maintenance service again. My Nissan Rogue vibrate whenever I reach to high speed (over 100km/h). Even though I have the warranty when I bought the car as they said it will cover almost every issue you may have. It took me 2 hours and almost $80 to turn out that the pressures of my tires are far too high. I don't know why this issue isn't covered by their warranty and why I have to wait for 2hrs just for adjusting tire pressure (I already made an appointment and came on time)

Went in for synthetic oil change and 168k maintenance package for the 1st time in this dealership. Online quote is estimated to be $393.70 dollars but I was told by the service advisor that it is going to be $1100. The dealership I normally go to always priced me close or the same as estimated on their website. Had to go to different dealership since they were don't have the available time slot. This going to be the last time I am coming here.

At least the service advisor knows what he is talking about and honest so 3 stars.

I brought my 370z here for service and the technician decided to turn my dash cameras off. The reason why I have dash cameras is to make sure that when my car is being driven by me or anyone else, everything is on record incase anything happens. I contacted the service manager and asked for their head office information to bring it to their attention.

After sending the first email about this situation, a couple of days pass and I still have no answer from anyone. I sent 2 more emails to follow up and about a week later after this incident, the assistant service manager gives me a call and tells me..

"We've never had this problem before, usually our customers that have dash cameras turn them off before they get their vehicle serviced"

Never heard of that one before.. I've worked at multiple dealerships as an apprentice and I've never seen a customer turn off/disconnect their dash camera before service and I've never seen a technician disconnect a dash camera.

I mentioned that if there was a privacy policy on dash cameras, I believe the customer should be notified that their camera has been turned off for policy reasons. The assistant manager then proceeds to tell me he agrees with that and that he talked to the technician who was working on my car and the technician response was that he was not aware of any disconnecting of the cameras and that nothing was purposely disconnected or unplugged. The dash camera footage shows otherwise...

"All company employees – including officers, directors, shareholders, managers, supervisors, clerks, administrators, and staff – are dedicated to the ongoing objective of treating our customers with respect, dignity and professionalism."

This situation was treated with no respect or professionalism. I came back to my car with the rear view mirror positioned very incorrectly, completely facing the passenger side door so that the technician had access to disconnect the camera. I have yet to receive any head office information.

I do not trust this dealership for service nor will I ever come back for service. Beware of your dash camera being disconnected or unplugged.

They have really good group of people at this dealership. We came back to them for another vehicle. Worked with Berbo, great guy to deal with, excellent response time, no pressure, honest - He handled and answered all our questions. We then finished our purchase with Ryan, still the same great guy we dealt with in the past. When we picked up our new vehicle, we got to the dealership late, just before closing. My experience with Ryan Chiu was spectacular. My original lease was at Newmarket and I didn't have the best experience there, i felt as if they were just trying to meet quota. When i transferred my file to Scarborough Nissan, Ryan took care of me as if we have been friends for years. He has a personal approach with his clients which makes visiting the dealership fun. He has a great personality and conducts himself authentically. Overall my experience was great and if I am ever on the market for a car again it will only be here.

Let me begin by saying that this is an updated review from a year ago. The customer service representative who helped me out on my first visit, Ed, was great. The same cannot be said for Aundria, whom I dealt with most recently. Right from the start her whole demeanor and attitude were very emotionless and uncaring. While I was waiting in line, she overlooked me and helped another person who was standing in a different line. So, I put my hand up to remind her that I was there after she took care of the other customer. (I was standing next to my car right in front of her!) She didn’t even apologize. When I told her that I was there to have some service done on my car, she was like a robot. She was cold. When she asked how many mileage my car has accumulated, I said, "Sorry, I don't know." She looked at me and directly said, "Can you check?" She wasn't even polite about it. Lesson number one, before you bring your car in for service. Please call the facility and check to see if Aundria is having a bad day. You’ll have a stress-free day.

Second, I was just there to change my winter tires. I was not asked if I wanted my tires to be balanced. However, they mounted AND balanced my tires without informing me which cost me a few extra dollars. Balancing my tires was not a cost my family incurred before me going there. So, my advice is to remind them NOT to do anything without your knowledge and consent.

I called 2 times and it always went to the voice mail in service dept. I finally get to speak to a rep (probably new) she had to ask someone every questions I asked. All I wanted to know if I could get an appointment and the cost. Unfortunately the rep was more interested in me setting up a profile and asked me counter questions. Sorry to say not impressed. I read good things but changed my mind on going to them. May be the service department is good. I may never know.

We, spouse Venetia Rebeiro and self, experienced one of the best Salesman service from Mr.Azeemuddin at Scarborough Nissan.
We have been browsing/shopping around for a second car since 2015.
We have been to Mr. Azeemuddin on numerous occasions(since2015) and never finalized anything. He did keep updating /calling advising on new products/sales events a Scarborough Nissan.

Do not go for the rust proof package, it's a SCAM. The contract and of course the dealer's states they will rust proof your vehicle every two years. But they do not actually rust proof your vehicle, they only inspect it to see if you have rust. Better off saving your money.
