I am very happy with the service that Rick Whetstone and Maureen Smith
gave me when I purchased my new 2012 Qashqai. They were informative
and pleasant to work with. I have had several people admire my car and I tell
them how much I enjoy driving it and where I purchased it.
I bought my new 2018 nissan rogue here just today. Sale representatives and manager are polite and very accommodating. They will give you options that will fit on your budget.. helpful. Well explained all the details. Excellent service. I will recommend this to m friend.
This locations service department is amazing! Both the ladies do a great job but I always have Michelle as my service advisor. Super friendly and knows her stuff. If she doesn’t know the answer she will find out for you and call you back. I’ve had a tech call me once about a car issue years ago. And they tell you truthfully if you need something fixed or can do something to save you a few dollars.
What a terrible experience at Sarnia Nissan, we made an appointment to test drive a car, when we got there the saleperson didn't seem to know anything about it! Then the car wouldn't start. Then the salesperson said he wasn't allowed to write down the numbers for the price of the car, said the GM wouldn't let him. Blamed "the fishy things going in the GTA with VIN numbers"! Just a terrible experience from start to finish.
I want to share my experience at this dealer ship. Karen the finance manager was absolutely amazing she made us feel welcome and listened to our concerns and worked tirelessly to get us a new vehicle. Also the sales person Danny was absolutely amazing funny great customer service and very attentive when showing us how the new car worked again thank you so much
Getting no satisfaction from this place at all. Bought a new car from them on October 8th, had a chemical/fuel/oil smell. I asked the sales guy and he said it was the chemical they put on the exterior to make the paint shine and the smell would go away in a few days. Couple weeks later the smell is still bad, I get headaches. Went back and mentioned it and the salesman says it is the undercoating and the smell will go away in a couple weeks. Well, which one is it? A week later, a month after purchase, smell still there. Go back, they clean and wash the car and deny that there is a smell, that it is a new car smell. NO!!! So, this is another week and I have other dealerships come by the house to see what they say. All three (I won't mention their names) have said it is not gas but probably a cleaning agent and that it was probably spilled in the cabin of the car. They also, to a man, said that Nissan should be addressing this issue. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER. I spent $30,000 on a car nobody wants to get in.
ordered parts and they had them in 2 days
Traveling through on a Friday, our Rogue started making some noise enroute. Once we crossed back into Canada, we looked up Sarnia Nissan and stopped in to see if they could perform a diagnosis to ensure we were okay to keep driving to our destination. The staff fit us in, ended up fixing a loose heat shield and even washed our car before quickly getting us back on the road. We are very appreciative of your willingness to fit us in and get us back on the road.
Experienced a very good customer service. They were friendly and the service was on time.
Great location and has very friendly staff.
Nissan Sarnia is the BEST!! Great salesperson, awesome customer service!!
Loving my Nissan!
Super people to work with! Very fast service and knowable of the auto service you need! Great cars to drive and terrific mileage!
Friendly staff, and efficiency on work order.
Just purchased a used truck from the Nissan of Sarnia team. 2015 F150 Lariat was in immaculate condition, and was priced fairly. Danny was excellent to work with, good communication throughout the process. Folks, here is where a dealership earns customers. There was a small problem with the truck, that I brought to their attention. Danny, Wilf and their team worked with me to take care of it and had the issue resolved quickly and professionally. Every vehicle will have problems at some point, even new ones. It's how you are treated AFTER the sale that matters. The Nissan of Sarnia team should be commended for going above and beyond to ensure I am happy with my new-to-me truck. Thanks again Danny & Wilf! A job well done!
Great store, their old Sales Manager Fehim was the best
He should be back there
Karen is great too
This was our 1st time using Sarnia's Nissan Service. We will be going back, they are polite and curtious. Prices are comparable to Mufflerman. They did service as needed and recommended other service and showed us what was needed and priority.

Worst experience. Their Service representative doesn't know how to greet customers.
Poor customer service. The customer service representative (Danny) was so rude. I would never want to visit the store after the experience.
Thank you for EV chargers .
Nissan shouldn’t discontinue parts on three year old vehicles perfect way to lose a customer what am I supposed to do with a sports car keep it perfect forever Who sells of 50 grand car and doesn’t make parts for it shouldn’t have to rely on eBay
I bought a new Murano last year from Karen and I can't say enough good things about the buying experience. I did my research from local dealerships and then found the vehicle I wanted from Sarnia Nissan. Best price by far and the best finance rates. I did literally all the paperwork online and it couldn't have went any smoother. Was well worth the 7 hour drive to pick up my new vehicle.
Huge selection of new Nissan vehicles. I love seeing the brand new models here. Beautiful, Show Room and great staff!
Dan, Maryanne and Michelle are fantastic!
Yes 5 stars
They take good care of you from showing you the car, to financing and follow up calls.
Very relaxed sales process, nice folks, first time owning a Nissan, see how it goes

I've been to the dealership twice for oil change and the service was always good.
Surprisingly their prices are cheaper than other mechanics even with full synthetic.
They did put a wrong sticker on my car after the last oil change with the wrong date and mileage so im hoping my next oil change will be free 😂 but yeah that's no big deal.
Very friendly and helpful staff. We are very happy with our purchase.
The staff of Sarnia Nissan are always “top drawer”... you feel valued and part of the family!! They really care!
Worst experience of my life. I'd rather break my arm than buy anything from them again.
Great people to deal with. Everyone there is super nice. You can tell they all love working there. Dan "THE MAN" is a great salesman. Not pushy at all. Made our buying experience fun and easy. We had the car for a month and someone dinged the door and the body shop had us in the next day, and fixed the dent to perfection. It was a difficult dent because it was on a body line of the door. Only $230 to fix. Highly recommend this place and we love our Nissan Kicks.
Just arranged our 4th deal from Kevin's team at Sarnia Nissan. Our 6th Nissan from the Sarnia dealership over the years. If you buy anywhere else in Sarnia you are missing out on the best value and service you will get in the area. As a GM, Kevin is willing to interact with you throughout the deal to make sure you know exactly what you are getting and makes sure you are happy. Danny does a great job fronting the deal and then Karen puts it all together explaining and organizing all the details perfectly. It is a rarity to get big city service with small town values both financially and personally.
Was my first time going to buy a vehicle. All staff were super helpful and friendly for a first time buyer like myself. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family!
On veteran's day ; they sure disapointed an old veteran today !!!! He had changed his mind after signing on a used one ( which they failed to deliver yesterday cause too busy changing winter tires for others) so even if the money wasn't exchange yet or anything else NOPE , no grace for a signature quickly made ! That's how they treat vetetans :(
Great Store and great to deal with
Test drove a Murano and a Rogue. Great help and information. We were looked after with respect.
They were fantastic to deal with. They helped me a lot. Would definitely go there again.
The worst experience of my life i got from nissan sarnia. These people know how to make fool of people. They will try to be very good with until you buy the car but once you bought the car they will treat you like they don't care about you. Worst customer service....... after one year without investigating the matter they are replying fake news well said
Everyone at Nissan is great. I feel like a somebody every single time I go there. Think they're all great. Coop, Michelle 2, Danny, Karen, Kevin and the gal in the parts department. Thanks for the hugs and the great service.
Ordered winter tires on rims - got there to pick up. There were 4 tires and 4 rims. Their excuse was my husband had said he was taking them to our daughter's to instal so they thought he was installing the tires onto the rims and then onto the vehicle!
Took my wife's car for service. Fantastic customer service experience. Genuine, courteous and patient with my requests. Went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during my long but expected wait. Thank you Nissan Sarnia!
COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME! Looked at an "as is" truck earlier today, I was a serious buyer and needed something for work. Spoke to two different salesmen about the truck at the same time. I requested the keys to take a closer look at the truck and a copy of my license/personal information was needed for some unknown reason. Whenever I've looked at a vehicle at a dealership, it was only needed for a test drive. After taking a more thorough look, I had then requested to test drive the truck. Then I was told it wasn't drivable as there was a safety concern which they needed to fix before it was sold. That would have been nice to know before I drove the truck to the front of the lot, even more so after asking what was found out after they apparently had a pre-safety inspection done. I decided to make an offer on the truck where it sat without any repairs as I am mechanically inclined. I then found out it was being held for another "potential buyer" who had viewed the truck a couple days ago! I asked if there was a deposit on the truck and the salesman said no. I have never met a dealer who would verbally hold a vehicle. Couldn't tell me that from the start? Something doesn't add up, I don't appreciate being lied to!
Great staff and service
We just bought a new Nissan Titan (2017) from these guys on a HANDSHAKE deal. They could not have been nicer and more straightforward to deal with. No stupid games, they were honest and both sides of the bargaining table felt good about the outcome. We got a great truck at a fair price. Will absolutely be recommending them and probably taking my other Nissan there for service too.
Very helpful no pressure
Bought my car used. Take it here for service. Excellent.
BAD EXPERIENCE AT NISSAN SARNIA. i dont feel to put one star

So, I don't recommended buy Nissan car anybody or go there and do your car service unless you go somewhere auto service and they do front of you which is best ever if you buy Nissan car and they do like this service and they don't accept there mistakes so i do not recommend or Good luck to deal with them however its your choice
I highly recommend Nissan of Sarnia if you're looking to buy your first car or a new car. They are very professional and care about each client they serve. Their service department exceeded my expectations in regards to dealing with my concerns. Their Sales, management and financial representatives are truly amazing! They addressed every concern in a timely and friendly manor. I give Nissan of Sarnia 10 stars. Great job everyone!!
A great place to purchase a car. Very friendly and professional staff. I bought a car there and I am very happy
