Walked into Alta Richmond Hill and was promptly met with courteous and knowledgeable sales staff who discussed options and features of the car I was interested in.
I dealt with Min HO Kim, in sales, and Chee Mun Lo. They were both professional and very knowledgeable. I started shopping thru the web. Most of the responses were to come in to the dealership to negotiate a better deal.
Min Ho, took the time to work with me and my needs. He offered a great price even before meeting me. I shopped the price and couldn't beat it! He was honest and straight forward. He knew that I wanted to sell my old car privately, and was very helpful, in that process.
Chee Mun was the financial guy and a pleasure to deal with as well. He helped me put together the right package to help personalize my car and did everything he promised to do!
Overall, this was a very enjoyable experience for me! I would recommend these two guys to anyone who wants personal, professional service!

This Dealership was assigned to me to provide the best pricing. I found the sales associate very disconnected. While I was at the dealership with him he was checking and responding his emails . He did bring the sales manager which didn't even say hello. He just came to see why I don't like his price. He was real dry and short. And tried to convince me he has provided me a real low and good price. I went to a different location and did get same product much lower than his offering same day. I would not recommend the Richmond Hill Nissan dealership. They only wasted my time and were rude. They pricing is higher than a BMW! lol
I don't know too much about cars, luckily Rosie, one of the sales people, was able to provide me with an abundance of information, which helped ease my anxiety about getting a new car. She was able to answer all my questions. She was friendly and down-to-earth. I am still in the process of looking for the right car, but I would definitely recommend going to this location in Richmond Hill. The staff has exceptional customer service. I will be definitely going back once I decide which car I'm going to get.
I live in Ottawa, I asked the sales agent to put the car ownership under both me and my wife, and I also purchased the remote starter from this dealer. A day before leaving Ottawa, I called and specifically asked if the remote starter was installed, the agent was very interested in selling me their warranty but confirmed remote starter was installed. two days before leaving I insisted that both of our names should be on the ownership, the sales agent confirm it will. To my surprise when we arrived none of my requests were respected, but they were pushing for me to sign the bill of sale what a disappointment!!! 2 weeks later I am still fighting to get the remote starter installed. This dealer needs to improve on customer service big time.

Being a first time car buyer in Canada, and that too a pre-owned car, I was very anxious and unsure of what to do. Ilan was always very helpful, and he took the time to clarify all our concerns and gave us the confidence to buy. He is also a pleasure to talk to, and made us feel very comfortable with no pressure to make a deal. Our car recently was totaled during COVID. Thankfully no on was hurt, but we needed to get another car. After countless hours and weeks of researching online and speaking with many dealerships over the phone, we landed on Alta Nissan Richmond Hill and spoke with Tammy. Not only was she extremely thorough, efficient, professional and full of knowledge, she made us feel completely at ease purchasing a car during a pandemic. She made the experience pleasant and stress free. Looking for a car is stressful under normal circumstances, but looking for one during quarantine is even harder. Tammy made sure that she took care of everything while maintaining proper social distancing and hygiene. Between my husband and I, we have both purchased enough cars in our lifetime, and this was the easiest experience for both of us. Everyone at this dealership that we have dealt with is amazing. I've been dealing with Alta Nissan for years! Salesperson Douglas has always been very friendly, professional and has provided us with great deals each time we've come to purchase or lease a vehicle. Douglas was helpful and his service was top notch from the beginning of the process until the end. Though delivery took awhile because of the blockades, Douglas and staff provided daily updates to keep me in the loop. Looking forward to working with Alta Nissan and Douglas in the future. My wife has been servicing her car at Alta Nissan in Richmond Hill for almost a decade without any issues and as such I decided to purchase a Rogue there. Dealing with Tammy Le was a pleasure. Knowledgeable, very friendly and went above and beyond to make me very happy with the purchase. Every person (except one) at the dealership was friendly, made me feel import and appreciated my business.

while driving in the snow fall i ended up damaging my tires and it needed to be replaced. the incident took place fairly close to the dealership that i called the general manager in a panic. he sent one f the service staff to come change the spare tire and help out. I've been a customer for the past 7 years on and off with both of my cars and today's experience simply confirmed my doubts. I took my car for a tire change today and was very disappointed with the experience. Here are my main concerns:
1) I was told that the car requires immediate repair to breaking system. After having it checked by a trustworthy mechanic I found out that there are a few issues that are NOT critical and could easily wait another 6 months for repair. Not to mention that the quote was half of the quote I got at the dealership.
2) Wait times are unreasonably long. Every time I bring my car for a tire change, oil change or maintenance I'm told that it won't take more than 1.5 hours. In reality I always wait for 3 hours.
3) When I picked up my car today after getting tires changed, I found that other set of tires was placed in the old, dirty bags. I understand that it's not critical but as a result back seat and truck of my car were covered in dirt and dust. I recently had my car detailed and it was spotless as were the bags in which I had replacement tires. I'm sure you can understand my disappointment. This is even more upsetting when I compare the service level at Newmarket Nissan dealership. I've been using them on and off as well for the past 4 years and I always get my car washed, clean and new tire bags, and very punctual service.
As a result, I'm afraid I will never bring my business to Alta Nissan

I am disappointed.
My car randomly stalls during acceleration so I booked an appointment online to have it checked today (Oct. 12 Sat). In the online appointment tool, I said specifically that the car stalls randomly.
On Friday, I received a call from Alta Nissan Richmond Hill to confirm the appointment. Yes, they called me to confirm the appointment.
When I got there, to my surprise, the service advisor Mr. Collins Chan refused to take my car and told me I shouldn't be there.
He told me first of all, I shouldn't use the online tool to book the appointment, secondly, even if I did, I should've call them to discuss my car's issue. Even though he can read my car's issue from his monitor.
He further told that he had to move me to a weekday because on Sat. like today, there is no technician available to do a road test for me.
I am sure this is something they couldn't have told me when I booked the online appointment or when they called me the day before to confirm the appointment.
I have been a happy customer of this car dealership for 5 years. This is the best place to buy/lease/trade a vehicle as well as maintain it. Special thanks to Oksana T., who always organized the best offers for me, was very knowledgeable and patient with my every request.
Had a really excellent visit yesterday with Firas, the parts manager. He was very patient and took care and time to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed, even though it was a small transaction. Great service!
We recently purchased a car from Alta Nissan Richmond Hill. We saw a lot of stores and a lot of vehicles before we selected to move forward with the 2020 Nissan Rouge.
When we entered the store; we were greeted by Tony Chiu (Brand Specialist) and Ronnie Lim (Sales Manager). They listened to our story and what we were looking for in a vehicle. While we had not purchased a new vehicle since 2008 and noting much has changed since then; Tony did an amazing job explaining all that has changed in safety, technology and cars in general.
Following our initial conversation - and based on what we shared above and our requirements for this purchase - Tony put us in a Murano and eventually the Rouge.
The car was amazing and we loved it. It had all the safety features and functionality that we were looking for in our car.
Tony was respectful and diligent in his follows ups. He listened to my challenges and concerns and did his best to put a mutually beneficial deal in front of us and we truly believe that this was the case. Best yet - at no point did we feel pressured to make the purchase. Based on this alone I / we will be back to work with Tony for our next purchase. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. He is a rockstar.
Tony and the entire team at Alta Nissan Richmond Hill - including Anees Haq (GM) and Kashif Sear (Senior Financial Services Manager) - treated us amazingly and because of that when the time comes for us to make the next upgrade to our family fleet of two; we will stop back here first.

Very Bad customer service over the phone. Tone & attitude of the CSR Rep made me very uncomfortable and unhappy. I simply needed some information about my vehicle, and it felt like she simply did not want to talk to me. And this is also not the first time I had a bad experience calling this location. If the service is this bad on the call, I would not waste my time going inside.
I recently picked up a 2019 Altima and not only am I happy with the car and its features but I found the entire process of working with the Nissan team to be pleasant and hassle free. This is my second lease from this location and I hope to continue to work together with Nissan going forward. Thank you Min Ho and Sam for working with me to ensure I get the vehicle I want as well as showing me all of the features!

It’s been several months since I picked up my leased Rogue. On pickup, Andrew, the salesperson, patiently walked me through the car’s many features, but I have to admit that it took me several weeks until I was familiar with them all. I have been extremely pleased by the comfort, handling, and gas mileage of the Rogue. The gas consumption is consistently the same or less of my smaller previous vehicle, a Cruze sedan.
Sam H was an excellent help to the entire process, he went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. I would highly suggest talking to Sam H for any vehicle or any financial needs, he is a great guy!
Sam Haghighi were incredibly helpful in the purchase of my Rogue. He made sure that I was comfortable every step of the way for my car purchase. He answered all my questions so quickly and I got a great deal at the end of the day.
