Myers Nissan Bells Corners made the purchase of my new vehicle as quick and painless as possible. Specifically, both the manager Lee St-Hilaire and the salesman Mike Faust, were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They listened to my needs, went above and beyond to locate a specific vehicle for, and unlike most other dealers I visited, they didn’t attempt to pressure me or try to sell me a vehicle I wasn’t interested in.

They maintained regular contact, were always polite & professional, available to answer any questions or concerns including after hours or weekends, allowed me to complete the purchase remotely and even delivered the car to my door.

I do not recommend to buy Nissan Car and use their services. I bought Murano 2017 brand new. During this winter, there some snow got underneath the trunk gap and built up a bit of the ice underneath the trunk. So when i open the trunk using the remote control , the top of the lift gate push again the ice from the underneath ice and got bended. I couldn't clean it at all cause the ice is built up underneath the trunk liftgate. This is clearly a design issue from the Nissan Murano. However they just blamed the customer and treated customer badly.

Called up service to make an appointment. I explained that my car was having difficulty accelerating for several months and there was a "service engine soon" error code which my regular service station gave to me and recommended I see Nissan. When I went to my appointment 2 days later, I explained the exact same story to the person at the Service desk. She told me the code I gave her meant nothing to her and her service people needed to get the code themselves. This would cost me $160, I was told - even before anything was done. I told her I have done the research on the internet about that code and the acceleration issue and it could be one of several things but she was more interested in telling me that her guys are "experts.".I told her the reason I do not bring my car into the Nissan dealership is precisely this reason: you claim to be experts but you guess and guess at my expense. You charge before you even get to the problem. She was kind enough to tell me that even though I have taken my car in the past to other Nissan dealerships her guys won't be guessing after they get the code and I pay $160. I thanked her and left.

After this fiasco with Myers Nissan, I called a small shop mechanic who listened to my problem and asked me for the error code and said he could fix it. When I arrived at his garage, he opened the hood and within 10 seconds said "Just like I thought, I'll order the part and I should have it this within 2 hours." He was right. It cost $180 for parts and labour. And for the past month my car has been running properly no thanks to Myers Nissan. THIS AGAIN CONFIRMED WHY YOU DON'T BRING YOUR CAR TO A NISSAN DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE BECAUSE THEY DON'T LISTEN TO THE CLIENT. Congratulations on receiving my first and only 1 star review.

I had a terrible experience at this dealership.

The employees appear to be very entitled and I felt they tried to rush me into agreeing to the charges at the start (for servicing of the car). The secretary in particular was very difficult to deal with, though the manager did try to help when the matter was escalated.

I got the feeling they only focus on sales. Following up on appointments and servicing felt like a burden to them. I went to another Nissan dealership in town and it was a day-night difference. If customer service and follow up is important, don't waste your time here.

Hubert, the Service Manager has gone out of his way a few times to make sure the service that they provided was on par. As well as accommodating me with a loaner while my truck was in for service.

I purchased my car at Myers in Kanata just about a year ago. It hasn’t been an overly good experience. My car was gone for weeks during the winter as there is an issue where the heat stops working. Not exactly helpful in the winter with two small children. There is no fix for it. Nissan did get me a rental for the time my car away. Only problem was they didn’t pay for it and enterprise ended up charging me. It’s been 6 weeks of trying to get this resolved with Myers. No resolution as of yet. Impossible to get a return phone call. I will say that their service person Faith is pretty exceptional. Always helpful and trying to solve problems. Sadly I wish I could return my vehicle and just wash my hands of this experience. Not an experience you expect with a brand new vehicle.

Was a recent winner of tires from one of their contests! Ended up also buying my nee to me Rogue there because of it. I recently brought in my Nissan Rouge for a regular oil change. At the same time they updated my car with the latest software for the Emergency Braking System, free of charge. I waited in the dealership lounge, was treated to a hot cup of coffee, and before I knew it my vehicle was ready, washed and polished inside and out. Salesperson Matthew R as well as manager Moe were both outstanding. Patient, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk too. No pressure in the sale which is very much appreciated nowadays. I went in the first time unknown if I was going to buy a car (waiting for insurance to decide if my former car was a write-off). I explained that to Matthew and Moe. They didn't treat me any differently, they took the time to explain options, financing... As soon as I got the news from the insurance, I went right back to Matthew and bought the car! Both good and bad. Bought a new Frontier summer of 2018 (a demo unit), had them add all of the extras I wanted. The sales process was friendly and smooth, very professional. Picking up my vehicle there were a few issues that had to be corrected - floor mats were missing, clear stone chip protection film had a bunch of ripples in it, the tonneau cover was installed poorly and the back-up camera needed replacement. After a few trips back and forth they finally got everything resolved. Then the auto starter stopped working, in the middle of January. They tried rebooting it. They tried changing the software in it. They then replaced the unit entirely, it still did not work. I was then told the issue was sent to management for resolution, so I waited and waited. About 2 months have now gone by, still no auto starter. I understand that they use an outside company for these sorts of things and the issue most likely lies with them. However, I am left having to chase and chase and chase to get the issue resolved.....

Since initiating contact to purchase a vehicle on April 18 of this year, I have yet to see the car. Today is May 15. Matthew, the salesman who helped me, was terrific in getting things organized. We have done everything within a timely fashion, a week getting our finances together to send out. The financial portion of the deal which was turned over to someone else, has taken the majority of this time. Not very impressed by their service towards a purchaser from another city. Will re-think future purchases from this dealership. This is my second purchase from southern Ontario. The other vehicle I was considering had a one-week completion deal with delivery.
