Had a great experience working with Moe and Waj trading in my 2012 F-150 and moving into a 2017 Rogue Platinum this past September.

I broke in the new vehicle with a 1400km trip home in the mountains of Northern Ontario. CVT transmission + mountains was awesome. I was initially leery on both the CVT and 4-cylinder engine after a lifetime of V8s, V6s and conventional transmissions, but Moe helped put my concerns at ease. Now after nearly 7,000km I can now saw I am a firm believer in the powertrain combination that Nissan has in the Rogue. It handled the mountains beautifully, has plenty of pep and amazing fuel economy. I recently drove a conventional transmission vehicle and found myself missing my CVT.

The Rogue is well appointed and a pleasure to drive. I get countless compliments on the beautiful reserve interior, and all the storage options have helped make the transition from a full-size pickup less painful. My 11-year-old dog, who is my main travelling companion and has seen all of Canada from the back seat, seems really happy with how massive the windows in the second row are and can really get his head out there to enjoy the trip. The little people in my life also enjoy the big windows and love all the room they get in the back row, they are always wanting to ride in my "spaceship".

Thanks Moe & Waj! I appreciate your knowledge and no hassle no pressure approach. You made purchasing a vehicle an enjoyable instead of a stressful experience.

I made arrangements to test drive a 2014 Nissan Maxima today for 11am. I've kept in close contact with the salesperson and advised them to notify me if there are any changes to the status or availability of the vehicle because I will be driving a long distance to get to the dealership. When I was fifteen minutes away from the dealership after having drove an hour and thirty minutes already, the salesperson called to tell me that the vehicle has been taken to the body shop in Barrie to have a bumper repainted! I spoke to the GM and he didnt do anything but made false promises prior to the salesperson calling me back three hours later to try to sell me the vehicle site unseen because supposedly someone else will be making an offer to buy the vehicle!

My recommendation is to stay far away from this dealership and not to trust them.

Recently purchased a 2015 Nissan Rogue from Tom Moore. Great salesman, very easy to work with. A big thank you to Lori and Nes as well, they played an integral part in getting my new car too. So far so good with the Rogue, it seems to be running really well. Only some minor concerns, gas cap attachment cable was snapped and there's a small hole in the windshield cowl (looks like someone was a bit aggressive with the ice removal), not huge worries at all just some things I didn't notice when I took it out for a test drive. Overall great experience at the dealership though.

I have a 1 1/2 year old Nissan Rogue and during this 1 1/2 years I have had to take it into a dealership 11 times. Horrible track record for a new vehicle. When I first started having issues, I went into Bolton Nissan. I found the staff in the service department were rude and disrespectful. After several visits I had enough and started what I had hoped to be a good relationship with Orangeville Nissan. To my dismay, I have been left in the dark, lied to, laughed at and generally treated as if I was a nuisance instead of a customer. Twice TODAY I was told I hadn't booked an appointment and that is why the Service department had my car for 3 days even though I have the confirmation of a booked appointment. I didn't receive a complete work order until mid day on the 3rd day at which time I refused all service. I go and pick my car up and was charged $248.00 due to my concerns when I brought the vehicle in 3 days ago. This will be the last Nissan I ever own and am counting down the days to the end of my lease. The Sales Group at Guelph Nissan where I leased this vehicle are amazing but the after service at TWO dealerships is horrible. Unfortunately this lack of Customer Service has lost another Nissan customer.

Endless waiting. Everything is wonderful and rosy when they want to sell you a car; everything after the sale involved empty promises, "that's not covered under the warranty" and "it will take some time". Sure, I can wait, but one hour became, two hours, two became four and four became "can you come back the next day". Then when the next day comes, suddenly the part is not available and the vehicle won't be ready until next week. I thought it was just me, but I literally heard another irate customer complained about the exact same thing, and the customer service representative (a middle-aged lady) tersely replied, "So what do you want?" Excuse me? What do I want? I want my car that you guys sold me to work! And I want the car returned at a time you promised! But no, once sold, everything is your problem.
Oh, wait, what? They're sorry about the bad experience and the problem has been addressed to their General Manager? Then the General Manager should be fired! He or she is obviously not listening or reacting to any of the complaints because nothing. has. improved.
Even the cookies at the waiting area are stale.
Buy your car at the dealership to the left. Or to the right. Just not at Nissan Orangeville.

Honestly the only thing I've enjoyed about working with this place is the sales rep I dealt with. I always end up waiting a crazy amount of time for anything.

When we had scheduled pick up of our new car we waited for an hour and a half for anyone to come help us. We had an appointment and I had to eventually ask someone to help us. Brought said car back in a month later, again had an appointment yet my car sat in the parking lot for over an hour before a mechanic even came and grabbed it. If your running behind give the customer a call.

We bought a used GMC truck last April from Orangeville Nissan and did not have a very good experience. On the day we picked up our truck we were told as soon as we drive off the lot if anything goes wrong that is our problem since we didn't get the extended warranty - the engine went 2 1/2 months later. Also when we asked for a screw driver to take off our old plates from the truck we were trading in we were told "that sounds like a you problem not a me problem" by our service dealer. Basically the service went very downhill as soon as the deal was done. The reason I am writing this review now is because we just bought a used car from Hallmark Toyota and could not be happier with the service we received. I will never buy another vehicle from Orangeville Nissan!

If you're looking for a new car, I couldn't recommend this place more. I've heard too many horror stories of people buying cars and getting ripped off by overly pushy sales people. I went just to look at cars at other dealerships; sales people were swarming out the door. You won't find that here. I purchased my new car with the saleswoman Moe. I've never purchased a car myself and was really worried by what to expect. Moe was wonderful enough to get explain everything in a manner I could understand (as I know nothing about cars). Worst experience of my life!!!! Nissan Orangeville was BEYOND rude!!! I went in to try out vehicles as I was trying to explore my research on what trade I wanted to do when I trade my Rogue in.... they deliberately and ignorantly pushed me and my family away like trash because we were not buying that day or month. I simply wanted to see if I wanted to go with Nissan at all again. I couldn’t have felt more rejected or insulted in my life! I called Nissan in Guelph and told them what we experienced and they were more than welcoming to help us with our future choosing. Mazda in Orangeville and Honda, and Dodge in Orangeville all heard our story and could not believe the rudeness we experienced and they had NO ISSUES helping us test us the vehicles we had on our potential trade in list. I will now never go back to Nissan in Orangeville and am rather turned off of any Nissan because of this experience. Horrible sales lady and management team. If you don’t trade when it’s convenient for them, be prepared to kicked to the curb like scum! That’s how it felt. Good job Nissan Orangeville 👏🏽

I am very fortunate to have had a great experience at this dealership. The sales manager mark pilla, and his team are amazing and helped me with everything I needed. I have bought many vehicles from this dealership , and this recent one had problems, I took it to the nearest nissan and they did nothing yo help me. I went back up to orangeville and they took care of it and found that there were more problems then they thought, so they thought it was safer if they replaced the car and gave me a new one. I am confident to say that they are a 5 star rated dealership. Mark and his team continue to exceed our expectations.

I would like to make a comment about the review below.....I only wished that this customer would truly look at the staff at ORANGEVILLE NISSAN, I have been dealing with them for over 2 years, and the staff has been very HONEST, have always explained the work that is required and has given me the choice whether to have completed or not, they have gone above and beond the call of service. I only wish that there were more dealers like this one.I don't feel they gouge any one. The Tech. are very plesant, they will even talk to you and help.
