I recently purchased my 2021 Rogue at Milton Nissan. The negotiation took an e-mail to Corey and the Deal was signed the next day it was the easiest transaction I have ever made and I have purchased a lot of cars.
When I picked up the vehicle Tommy made every effort to make sure I understood the new technology in the car. I have since visited the dealership to speak with Tommy for more clarification which he happily obliged me.
I would highly recommend this dealership.

Complete rip-off!! I have never felt being cheated on until my experience with Milton Nissan. I gave my car for regular oil change and I was sent a web form to accept or decline a few things which came up in the multi point inspection. I accepted a few and declined a few but couldn’t submit it on the web form itself. So I called Milton Nissan and had a advisor go through that list with me and accept or decline on their own system itself. I chose to accept brake fluid to be changed which was estimated to be $20 and I said okay for it. To my surprise when I went back to pick up my car this brake fluid component was charged at $145 which included the brake fluid flush, I was never told about this amount even though I chose it over the phone. I was quoted just $20 for the brake fluid nobody made me aware that changing/flushing it would be $145. I felt completely ripped off. Looking at this I would never trust/consider Milton Nissan ever for my car’s service. I have the print out of the page I was given an estimation on and of course the final invoice, I’ll see how I want to go forward with this but it is completely unacceptable. I could have not even carried that much cash on me.

I have bought many new cars over the years and this was the most stress free experience I have ever had. It's easy to make an appointment with the service department by phone, which I prefer. When I bring my car in, it is serviced promptly. Any questions I may have about it are answered clearly. And usually it is returned to me washed, which is nice - this never happened at the Ford dealer with my previous vehicle. And I find service here is good value for money as I am a senior. I will continue to get my service done nowhere else but Milton Nissan.

I took my car in for an oil change and they had found that I needed some other service as well. I'd only allotted enough time in my day to get the oil change so to ensure that I could get all the work done in a timely manner they gave me a free rental to ensure that I could get all of my work done and get my car in safety shape for the road. All of the service technicians were amazing I will be happy to take my car back in for great service

The purchase and first service for my new car was an amazing experience.

Carey helped me purchase our car and he was kind, considerate, knowledgeable and went out of his way to ensure I was taken care of. There was a slight hitch on delivery day (just due to an unusual request I made) and he knew my needs and fought for me to get exactly what I wanted! He also went above and beyond to ensure the purchase went smoothly coming in to work for me alone despite a vey serious family matter that I would have be totally understanding if someone else completed our delivery. To that end I had to thank and hug him for his kindness, dedication and his integrity. I knew, with the utmost confidence, that his advice and his word were trustworthy.

Dan in Parts got us an amazing deal and searched high and low for winter tires for us in a pinch (the unusually early and heavy snowfall left the tire stocks very low).

And Larry in Service was beyond kind and helpful. I ensured that I asked his name before I left because I wanted to write to Nissan to state how thoughtful and how he truly cared. I had to bring my daughter to the appointment and he ensured my car was seen to quickly and he even foresaw a problem with me fitting the tires in and offered to keep them so I could come back at a later time. They took extra time to load my tires in my mums car that I am extremely grateful for.

This review is so detailed and long because they showed they truly valued me as a customer, that they all have such amazing integrity and that I am very confident dealing with them in future - including buying our next car from them in the coming months!

They provide different-lower level-service from other dealerships.(I used to visit Agincourt or Village Nissan until I moved to Milton)

-No brief car wash, lubricating brakes, no changing the air filter after the engine oil change.

-The old man from service department has never greeted me and other customers. One day he tried to deceive me the engine oil change fee. I had the exact same service with regular oil but he charged $30 more than usual price.
I asked him if the oil was luxurious one but he answered it was not. He asked me if I would like to have the new bill while tearing the papers he made already and he made a new invoice again which charged the expected service fee without saying any words.

What kind of attitude does he have for customers?!
Is that what Milton Nissan pursues?

If I did not know the price I could have paid more as he wished. I should have complained about him to the GM but I couldn't unfortunately.

I felt like I was not a valuable customer at Milton Nissan and I would not like going there for any services/ purchasing the third car/ recommending this branch to anyone since that day.

He needs to get training for a better CS for customers and Milton Nissan.

They aren't the greatest. I had unbalanced brake disks, and all worn. I told them to replace all brakes, a fresh new start. They said "Sir, we will tell you what's wrong and what we will do!"
So they call me in half an hour: "Sir, we need to replace all your disks and pads!" (Really? What happened!?) The mechanic wants to bring to attention few more issues he found, but he was silenced by the front desk employee "Not now!"
So they did the brakes. Their mechanic is pretty good.
Next time in, my front right light is out. The formerly found issues somehow are perfect this time (nobody fixed whatever the issues are). Including my front light, that does not light. All good! They send me an email: "Thank you for your business, your car is in perfect condition!"
Really?! They were my 5th Nissan dealership in 5 years...

Terrible. My experience with Milton Nissan has been very disappointing. Comparatively speaking, the other Nissan dealerships I go to (401 Dixie & Agincourt), are FAR better. Like, night and day. Example - the other dealerships will always return your car freshly washed (after any service including just a basic oil change), but Milton Nissan...nope. I've had the service department haggle with me over Warranty work, I've had the accounting department call me weeks after a service and tell me they didn't have record of my payment for a service (how would that even possible to get my key from the service counter and leave without paying?), and when interested in upgrading my vehicle, the salesman (Carey), just stopped responding to my emails and never called me back (can't imagine a salesman being so unmotivated to make what would have been a guaranteed sale). So basically the whole operation has proven to be woefully unprofessional.

Update to below: The general Manager from Milton Nissan rectified the situation after the fact to the best of his abilities. He was forthcoming, prompt and made certain that I was compensated for the cost of two new tires. Although it was a terrible experience, I do respect the follow-up from Milton Nissan.

I bought this 2014 car from @miltonnissan last fall. 3 days after I had to have the car taken back because of the heat shield So, there was that. No huge biggie. Then on my way to visit my mom for mother's day with my six year old in the car my tire blew on the 401. I had driven on these tires for about a month before putting new winter tires on. Just found out that a. Milton Nissan had sold me the car with two different sets of tires on the car and b. one set was from 2005 of which one blew. Not cool @miltonnissan. Not cool.

Not my thing to complain! But i'm so mad how people are dishonest. Always a skeptic when it comes to auto dealer or auto mechanic in general. Went to Milton Nissan to have tire rotation and oil change done, waited an hour for the service. Prior to going for service, hubby numbered the tires 1,2,3,4.
After an hour, service is done and even enumerated what they did. Well, they are caught in a lie! Tires are still the same position and they never did what they said they did! Went back to complain, they are doing it again. Should've been done right the first time.

Picked up a used 2008 Ford Edge from these guys. Bought it from Rick Ingraham. (hope I spelled that right) THe vehicle is as he said it was, like just from the assembly line. Rick even put a new battery in it when it wasn't cranking fast enough in the cold weather of the past few days. When we arrived the vehicle was ready as promised, Rick quickly processed all paperwork for us and we where on our way.
