From the moment I walked in the door, Fadi was professional, friendly and respectful. As a female, respect is important to me, and I had not experienced that at some other dealerships. Fadi listened to what I was looking for and explained everything. He didn't try to oversell or talk me into something I didn't want. Fadi worked around my schedule. Even though he had booked the week off, he still came in to meet with me. My son had trouble with the transmission in his Pathfinder. I shared this concern with Fadi and he immediately responded and explained what Nissan had done to fix the problem. He was open and honest about things. I got my first car pre-owned and decided to upgrade into a brand new one. Luckily, my friend knew one of the sellers, Mic Derby. From the very beginning, Mic really assisted us with all his power—I really appreciated that he’s not pushy like the other sellers that we have experienced before. Decent sales experience, but unprofessional service. From day one I've had issues with cleanliness in my new 2023 Rogue from service appointments. I keep it like new inside and out but it always gets returned to me with oil smears on interior surfaces...steering wheel, console, seat and unfortunately the gray fabric door panel which is very difficult to clean. Not sure why this keeps happening, particularly when I ask at service check-in for them to be more careful. I have two Honda vehicles that are dealer serviced and do not have these problems at that location. Getting tired of spending my own time and supplies cleaning the interior when I get home, shouldn't happen in the first place.
