Terrible experience here. They promised me they would beat a quote I received from another dealer via email. Once I arrived, I was expecting to just pay and be done but everything they said was lies! They tried to upsell me $1,000 higher than the quoted price and fed me a bunch of bull as to why they need to do this and why other dealers won't honour their quotes I was given and they would try to upsell me too etc.. The same day I approached the next lowest quote from Brampton Nissan and made a quick purchase, all went super smooth. Wow, what a difference! Stay away from Kitchener Nissan, they are sharks!

Arranged appointment with Emily in service, total professional and pleasant experience. Had issue with driver seat malfunction, tech did a quick jury rig repair to allow seat to travel properly avoiding $4000 charge for replacement seat bottom due to a simple broken plastic piece. Dealt with a dealer for my Rogue to avoid inexperienced mechanics buggering up repair making problem worse. Great decision on my part! I bought a car here last Saturday. If the car will pass the test of time or not, remains to be seen. For now it handles and drives like a new car, no surprises there.

What was definitely a surprise was the way the staff there understands to treat customers. Everyone up to the branch manager made me feel beneath them. I need to chase the Finance Manager to get her to do her job, so I can get some insurance for the car. Zero to none communication motivation. She can communicate, just doesn’t want to. Then the car (brand new, they said): over-mileage compared to what was declared in the papers (minimal, but still); snow and salt stains on the dashboard (new car!!); the model badge is missing a letter on the hatch (it’s supposed to say QashQai but it only says QashQa). Contacted them, told them about all this, they offered a detail package, but who would take that, considering the job they did in the first place, before presenting the car? (I mean salt on the dash, really?) To think that I take that deal, drive to Kitchener and then something happens (outside of their control, of course, wink-wink) to render them unable to oblige. Laughable, deplorable, entirely amateur-level service. I feel like they gave me a display model deal, and said I would get a new car. The car I got seems a lot like the display model. They deny it of course, but you judge for yourself: more miles than declared, dirty inside and parts of the body missing. Plus I could swear that that was the car I test-drove when I bought it. So new car was promised and paid for, but somehow I have my doubts it was delivered, if I weigh in all the details.

But hey, if the car holds up, it’s all good, I just won’t buy anything again from there, not even an air freshener. But what if something does happen to the car and they need to cover it under warranty? How much are you willing to bet that they will do their job? I dread the thought… My advice: shop elsewhere, maybe you're lucky and get some decent service ;)

A few years back we bought our first Nissan from a dealership in Toronto and settled for a a reasonably nice experience however this time around we wanted to upgrade and were put in touch with the amazing team at Kitchener Nissan.

We did everything over the phone and email. This gave us the opportunity to not have to make multiple trips to Kitchener from Toronto. The process was actually quite smooth during negotiations and once we finally made the trip to pick up our new SUV and trade in the old one, it was a quick one hour trip.

Rudy and the team at Kitchener Nissan are absolutely fantastic. They are accommodating, flexible and provide a great customer experience. We will certainly be going back to them for our next Nissan!

I took my 2017 Frontier in for service as it was making a bad rattling noise at the rear of the truck. Of course it happens right after my warranty expired.. The service team at Kitchener Nissan repaired a slightly damaged part and handed me my keys with no charge. This was the first Nissan I've ever owned. No other dealership has done that for me (and I've owed nearly 20 different vehicles from many manufactures). I am very pleased with the service today. The overall impression I had of the dealership was superior to others I have been in where you are just a number. Instead, I found her to be courteous, forthright and eager to please. Recently I called and tried to make an appointment to get my tires changed and was informed that because I didn't come in for a couple seasons that they had disposed of them without sending any message to come and pick them up. The service manager just kept saying that the dealership had been bought and they could not say why we were not contacted. She had no sympathy and said that it was my fault for not picking them up. I would not recommend anyone store there tires here. I will never purchase from here again.

The only thing quicker than writing this review was the oil change I just got. Logan (the person that helped me) got me in, registered, explained the service and costs and got me out in only 10 minutes.
Price was very reasonable for a Nissan Synthetic oil change. I could not believe how fast this was! Didn't have to book an appointment or anything. It's always hard to plan a week out because the service departments are booking a week out during this busy time.

Waiting room was small and had seating for about 4 people. Had free wifi which was nice. Not the most amazing place, but who cares? I was only in there for 10 minutes!
You also get a free carwash next door if you want that. Pretty amazing!
Gonna try them for a purchase next time! Highly recommended!

The service is decent at this location. Coming from Burlington Nissan to Kitchener Nissan I can see the difference in the quality of service.

A few small things I would like to see improved:

- When changing over from winter tires to summer tires (or the other way around), take the time to at least clean the tires. I was disappointed to see the tires looking dirty like that. Polish or shine the tires at least before handing my car back to me. It will take a few minutes at most to just spray some cleaner on it and wipe it off with a cloth.

- Service sticker in the car doesn't look great. At Burlington Nissan the sticker was printed with the KM's and next Service Interval (all neatly typed out). Here it is written on the sticker which is a bit of an eye sore when I see it in the corner of my eye.

- Make a note of whether someone is storing tires with or without rims. I use the same rims throughout the year and when I scheduled my service, I thought it was on my file that this is the case. This would make it much easier when I call in and schedule to have my tires rotated that they know to remove my tires off the current rims and put on the other set of tires.

The service manager had to come confirm with me that I just had tires stored with no rims and that they had to switch it over. I think a quality of service improvement would be that when I booked my service a week ago, they would've known this and wouldn't have had to come and confirm this with me.

The staff are super nice and friendly which makes the above experience a little better.

These are just some of the suggestions I would make to improving your overall service at this location. Sometimes the small things make the largest impact.

Since I was buying my first car, I read many reviews of other Nissan dealers around GTA and KW. Almost everyone was complaining about their horrible experience. I was convinced that buying a car is not gonna be easy.

+ He asked me what car I want.
+ He showed me the car in the show room.
+ He let me test drive their demo car (alone!).

When I came back, I thought “now the nasty part begins”. Here what happened then:
+ He told me his price.
+ I told him my offer.
+ He played with numbers, and gave the second offer (exactly midway!).
+ I asked him to add a feature.
+ He said “You’ve got a deal!!”

Simple like that, the “nasty part” literally took less than 2 minutes. I wish everyday I was was buying a car!

Such a great experience. Highly recommended!
