They don't deserve any ratings. We had many issues with our vehicle after many trips to this dealership they finally change the ECM. They had problems re-programing the ECM. It took them over a week. When we got it back we still had problems brought it back to have it checked, the service manager said that it was normal. We went for a second opinion at another Nissan dealership and they said we needed a new transmission. Please do not believe the dealership to tell you what's is wrong with your vehicle because they will take advantage of you. We went for a third opinion to a honest mechanic and the problem was the transmission was low in fluid. This mechanic had to add 3 liters of fluid and it's been working properly since. Why didn't the dealership check the fluid in the first place? It beats me! Never again I will be going to any dealership for service especially Collingwood. The reasons it was low in the first place is that the mechanics at Collingwood Nissan had to change my motor because there was a defect in the motor. In doing so, they had to separate the motor from the transmission and obviously had a lost of transmission oil and probably never top it up because there was no leaks. It was there problem originally.

Super glad to have met Allen yesterday. I've had my Pathfinder in the shops down in Toronto for a variety of issues over the past while but still trying to sort out a continuing 'drag' feeling when driving. Allen came out for a test drive and helped diagnose the issue. Really knowledgeable about the types of common issues which arise at the car's mileage. I really appreciate him doing the same even though his shop was hopping busy. Couldn't say thanks with a beer so this review is my hat tip to Allen for his help. Thanks a bunch.

I want to give a massive shout out to Allen and the crew in the service centre. I went in early Thursday morning with a blown ball bearing, after being in the previous week for another issue with my Altima. They made me feel like I was the most important customer they had that day, and fixed the issue in ONLY 45 minutes while I waited! Allen even offered to lend me his personal car to drive to Toronto if my car couldn't get fixed in time! An incredible group of people who I just wanted to recognize!

Just picked up my brand new 2023 Nissan Z, after waiting two years for it to come in, I helped my brother in law out and purchased it for him.

I purchased this vehicle to keep in pristine and undriven condition, only to find a poorly detailed vehicle with many scratches and the transportation glue residue from the plastic all over the car.

I was greeted by Steve the manager, whose exact words to the remedy, “if you don’t want it, I can write you a cheque for the money back.” For one of the most expensive Nissans made and supposedly the only one they have received, they are incapable of delivering a brand new in perfect condition.

Just spent $70000 on this vehicle and I can’t explain how I was treated and how the issues were addressed.

All in all if you don’t care how you get your car this is the place for you!

What a breath of fresh air this dealership is! Excellent experience with all the staff. We are from out of town, staying in Wasaga Beach for a month, when the oil light came on. Quick call to the dealership and an appointment was made. The dealership is a 15 minute walk to Sunset Point, which is where we decided to go, rather than their very cool outdoor gazebo waiting room. We will definitely come back here next year, our Nissan dealership could learn about customer service from this dealership!

My 19 year old son spent $4300.00 in service on his Nissan truck only to have it towed back there 3 times. It was in the garage for 2 months and at the end the dealer told us it can’t be fixed he should probably sell it.Asked for a refund they said no .Not a very trustworthy or reliable business frustrating place to deal with I would not recommend them at all.

I leased a Nissan Kicks from this dealership in November 2020 - I went to have my snow tires changed. When I picked up my vehicle, I was delighted to find that they had washed my car for me! In more than 20 years with Blue Mountain Chrysler and multiple vehicle transactions with them, never did I receive such fundamental courtesy with Blue Mountain which is one of the reasons I switched to Lockhart Nissan after all this time.
