I have been looking to trade my 2018 Murano in for the last year and a half. Just bought a used car from Jimmy. You need to know that I am 62 yrs old, and this was the 29th car I have bought so far in my life, so I have some experience buying cars! This was, by far, the absolute best experience of my life. Jimmy (and the whole team, actually) was amazing. Easy to work with, no hidden fees - they treated us like family. Existing vehicle died suddenly and needed a replacement fast. In the current market I was surprised that they actually had stock on the lot and even base models unlike most others who seem to be playing a game with S&D. Collin immediately came out and did a complete walkthrough of the Rogue, loved it the minute I sat in it. Went home to do some research, liked what I found, came back for a longer test drive they suggested I take it home for the evening for the wife's approval lol. What a positive experience compared to the other top brands that seemed they were doing me a favor selling me a car. Dropped in on Monday, drove away on Friday. They even picked me up and had a full tank of gas.

Highland Nissan has gone above and beyond for what I would expect for a dealership. I contacted Collin Mid January about a Rogue they had in stock, we chatted over the phone and they were able to provide me an interest rate over the phone. A few days later I came in to see the Rogue and was completely sold on getting this vehicle. They fixed the front grill on the vehicle and ordered me a paint pen. I am in love with the vehicle and after 3 weeks my engine light came on. I gave Collin a call, and they set me up with an appointment. I showed up for my appointment on a day I was working from home and they let me use a vacant desk to work from while my car was in the shop. They had advised me there has also since been a recall and they have checked that out too. They have been very accommodating and generous offering me water, coffee and tea while I wait. Wish I could give them more stars.

They have just lost a customer of ten years, because their service department is no longer reliable. I left my car there to have a brake line replaced; it was returned to me with unsafe brakes resulting from a leak in the line that they failed to install correctly. It was towed back to them. After having it in the shop for another day, and assuring me that their master mechanic inspected the brake line and OK'd it, it was again returned to me with a leak and unsafe brakes. They obviously neglected to find the problem. It was towed a second time. After having my car for a third try, they finally made the effort to fix it. They endangered my life and the life of the public by failing to do the work properly, and I no longer trust them. I could quote recent instances where I believe they performed or recommended work that was unnecessary, but returning an unsafe vehicle to a customer tops them all. Beware!

My wife and I have been dealing with Highland Nissan since 2009 when we decided on a 370z Roadster for our retirement ‘bonus’. Since then we added a 2016 Rogue. In both cases we were treated extremely well: no pressure, no exaggerated claims, and always with respect and patience. We simply can’t say enough good things about the vehicles and the service we’ve received. The staff is so personable, pleasant and professional. Highland Nissan is a model for others to emulate.
Although there were only 2 technicians on site , due to training courses, they still made time to install my new tires at the end of the day. This was much appreciated as my wife was travelling to the states the next day and the tires on the vehicle had to be replaced. Thanks to the service department for accommodating us.
