I didn't have a good experience with nissan.I bought a hyundia elantra2020 with only 160000 km on after a month notice the pain chipping off the grill .The salsman said they would fix it but now he his comming up with a different story.I been going back and forth with this for a month still not solved.I didn't want to post this but i have no choice but do this .I only want the grill replaced .It looks like i made a big mistake by getting a car there..I will be letting everyone know of my experience i had with them .Last time i will go there for a car and people think twice before getting a car there.

They received the pre-delivery service were registered and were all delivered to a specified location. Andrew Hull kept me aware of the progress of this order and followed up with emails, copies of the Certificate of Registration were mailed to our head office. Excuse after excuse…….had a vehicle in for warranty work now it seems there’s more wrong than when it went in …… stay away you’ll be treated better elsewhere!

The worst service ever. I actually wanted to give 0 star. I came for a car diagnose because my alternator had an issue but it was still working, even I drove my car here from home and had no issue.
After their diagnosis, my car just died and didn't even start after a boost. I am sure they did something on purpose so I have no option but to buy their alternator.
Just a bunch of scammers, stealing money. The lady on the front desk had only one answer 'We can't do anything'. I am so heartbroken. Never hated someone so much.

A clerical error resulted in me getting the wrong rims for the snow tires that came with my car. The mistake didn't come to light until 6 months later when I tried to get the winter tires put on the car. I reached out to Jonny Horner who sold me the car, and he made it right within a week. Ordered new rims, got the snow tires transferred onto them, and got them installed on my car. Even had the work done at another O'Regan's location closer to my home so I didn't have to drive all the way to Cole Harbour. I was prepared to pay for the actual installation, but it didn't cost me a dime. I couldn't be happier with O'Regan's customer service, and I won't hesitate to buy my next car from them.

I bought a car six months ago. I found out that there’s water under the spare tire. I called the sales manager he said “ don’t worry get me the the car to fixed “ I dropped off my car he give another car for couple of days and called later saying it’s done you can pick up.

At the intersection by the Lawton's she decided to cut us off (we had a yellow but could not safely stop with the car behind us) and then aggressively tailed us for 15 minutes (we took her for a car ride around Dartmouth until she finally realized we knew she she was following us). The entire time she was yelling out her windows and saying profanities.
We have called to complain but hopefully by writing a review it is actually dealt with.

Not at all the representation driving around I would want for my company.

Edit: the dealership contacted me immediately was was very helpful. Turned out it was a customer driving the vehicle. I'm very pleased with their service.

This is the 2nd time I've been here for servicing. First time it wasn't a nice experience but I figured the customer service rep was having a bad day but now the 2nd time was just as bad or worst. I felt like is was being an inconvenience for coming there. I will take my business elsewhere. Also I was told my vehicle tires needed to be changed after only 6 months of owing it. When I asked about that fact I was quickly push to someone else to deal with me which I am awaiting an answer. I gave 2 stars because when I bought vehicle it was a great experience and finance was helpful and professional.

I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. They made the process super easy. They found me what I was looking for while making it affordable at the same time. Elias, the Sales Manager went above and beyond to ensure I was getting the best deal and keeping me updated from the second I called him until the deal went through and I drove off with my brand new vehicle. Not only that, as soon as I pulled in my driveway and my dog jumped on the side of the vehicle scratching it up not even an hour into owning it, they told me to come back and buffed out the scratches complimentary. Now if that isn't great customer service, I don't know what is. I would highly recommend the dealership.

After several visits to various dealerships across the Halifax Regional Municipality, I purchased my first new vehicle (2020 Nissan Altima SV) at this location in February 2020. My salesperson, Amanda Dixon, was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. Going to other dealerships, I felt like the salespeople were constantly trying to make a deal versus helping me find the right vehicle for me. However, I never felt this way with Amanda. Amanda helped me find the perfect vehicle for me, taking into consideration my budget and desired features I was looking for in a new vehicle. When I had any questions or concerns (and trust me, I had many!), Amanda was willing to answer all of my questions/concerns. If she did not know the answer, she would contact the appropriate person to get me the answers I was looking for. The incentives that I was offered through this dealership was the best out of all dealerships I had visited. I took advantage of their trade in program as well. Amanda was always just a phone call or message away and made me feel supported as well as less anxious. Given that cars are frequently among the most expensive items that individuals purchase, having a reliable, trustworthy, honest, compassionate salesperson is extremely important. Amanda exemplifies each one of these characteristics and is warm and welcoming in every regard! I am super happy with my new vehicle and I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from Amanda. Service staff was extremly unpleasant to deal with first thing in the morning and didn't have any idea what was going on with their shuttle. She mentioned the shuttle came every 10 mins, however I was stuck there for over 40 waiting. It might have been wise to arrange an alternate means of transportation. I came back later to pick up my car and she (service lady) was in a slightly better mood.. must've needed coffee? Either way, customer service doesn't start at a specific time. It's difficult making plans to leave the car for the day, so the last thing I was expecting was to receive unnecessary poor service/attitude making things more difficult when I'm paying to have my vehicle looked at.

We bought a lightly used 2018 Nissan Altima in March. In June the gas door switch stopped working. It still had warranty as the car only had 30,000km. I called the service department to make an appointment. I was refused an appointment as the issue was minor and was told I had to drop the car off for the day which wasn't possible for me as I have a high school student in a wheelchair that relies on my vehicle to get back and forth. I told them never mind and hung up. I called back a few days later and got the same reply but this time the person hung up on me. By this time I decided to just ignore it and continue going through my trunk to get to the latch to open the gas door as inconvenient as it was. Then in July my battery died. It seemed to be a weird one off instance so I continued on until it happened again weeks later. I called and asked for an appointment and was told I had to wait 3 weeks as that their next available appointment date. I muddled through using a battery charger and getting friends to save me when I got stranded. By the time the day for my appointment came the battery was so fried it wouldn't even charge. Also the car at this time had about 37,000km on it. I had to call a tow truck to come get it to the shop and they agreed at the same time to finally look at my gas door issue. The battery was replaced under warranty but I had to make a second appointment to fix the gas door as they had to order parts. So now came Monday. I showed up for my appointment and all went well. They fixed it and I left happy my car that is still fairly new is working properly. The day after I was Christmas shopping and happened to slam on my brakes and a part of my backseat came off and hit the back of my seat. It turns out instead of unfastening a bolt to remove the section of seat they needed to remove to get to the gear for the gas door they just ripped it out so now the seat won't attach to anything. I went back and the technician that broke it took a look, took some pictures and said they'll call me once they order the part. It's honestly been a horrible experience aside from my sales person (Amanda) who was great. I'm at a level of anger and disgust it's ridiculous.

my wife's year old Nissan quasqui is saying door open when it is not open. she can't remotely start her car, dome light stays on and she can't lock her car. next available date for an appointment is 13 days away and with that it has to be left all day. this is unacceptable. she has to leave her car unlocked for 13 days for something so simple. absolutely horrible service. we will never purchase another Nissan. nothing but headaches with the service department.

I took my car in here to have a no start diagnosed. When I broghted in, I also had a coupon that gave me fifty percent off of labour. It turns out the problem was a faulty camshaft position sensor. Fortunately I happened to have a spare one that I had them install. Now, I think that an hour is quite generous for diagnosing a faulty camshaft position sensor. I certainly cannot see how it would take any longer than that. However, they had charged me two hours to diagnose it. I suspect that what happened is that they doubled the amount of time that it took to compensate for the fifty percent labour coupon.

I like the fact that I can stop at the O'Regans Dealerships and hop to any of the other dealerships in the area and grab the courtesy shuttle. This allows me to plan my life around getting maintenance easier.

Poor rating due to lack of transparency with pretty much all pricing - from the actual base price of the car to warranties to hidden extras. I’ve purchased other cars at other dealers and have never had such a bad experience with lack of transparency. And that’s exactly how they get the upper hand to swindle you. The art of a deal is that both parties leave satisfied. These folks use all tactics possible to squeeze every penny from the buyer. I definitely feel duped after the purchase of my new vehicle. This is one unhappy customer that won’t be back.

The team at O'Regan's Nissan in Dartmouth worked soo hard to get us into our 2015 Rogue SL. Christina worked on her 2 days off with the help of the general manager Joel and her rep to get us approved. Tim worked hard to find a vehicle that met our standards and had all the features we wanted. Others in the dealership played with our crazy 3 year old; hide and seek behind cars, looking at the car pamphlets and finding 2014 pamphlets he could take home (his "car books" which he won't go anywhere without...and he has 6 of them). Every time we walked into the dealership the kids were given balloons and all of the staff were friendly and inviting. We ended up bringing them a little treat once we had the vehicle for a week to say thank you again. We had such a fantastic experience that we had never had at other dealerships. We were also extremely impressed with all the features the vehicle had for the price. Excellent!

Bought a Rouge last year. the sales team was great. Was very happy.....
Now there service department and mechanics are sub par. Brought in a leaking windshield washer tank to them. They told me the tank was cracked and it was over $500 for the part. I said no. Took it home got under and found i was not the tank at all but a plastic part on the bottom of the Windshield Washer Pump. A new pump is $30 from the US or 8.99 from china. Simple plug and play install. I will never got back to them.

So mad!!! Poor Service.......
