Great service until now! Unreal service. I was told on the phone by salesman that I would not be charged unless I was notified if there was work to be done. There is something going on with my Titan that’s the mechanics did not find and still said I was being charged for one hour of labour 115$.. I was told to bring it up right away to get looked at as it was under warranty and I had nothing to worry about for charges. That was the understanding I had on the phone with the salesman as well as the mechanic. so I will be taking my service elsewhere from here on out. Thank you Nissan

Bought a 2014 Nissan Rouge outright last year. Was told by the owner that he knew the car (I had raised concerns over the odometer readout being off to their records). Was assured all is well, that all maintenance had been done at the dealership.

Battery had never been replaced and died within a week. Tires have never been replaced, really bald, told BY NISSAN when brought in for the first time that the tires need to be replaced. Grinding noise starts 2 months in. Nissan says 'must be brakes'. Nosie is still there. Go back in. 'oh, we only did the back brakes, it must be the front. Also, your control arm is broken'. Finally fix the noise, tailgate won't unlock/lock. 'oh that's 400$ lol'. Now the tire pressure sensor is on and off depending on if a phone is plugged in.

These people are straight up clowns. I'm never going to a dealership again, let alone buying a Nissan or anything off a Nissan Lot. They don't even offer loaner cars while work is being done, so really, what benift is offered by them at all.

Took in our Nissan for an oil change. Nissan has been the only one to ever work on our Nissan. Fast forward we noticed leaking coming from the car in our garage, newly paved driveway, etc. Brought it to a mechanic who told us the Technician stripped the screw going into the oil pan. Mistakes happen, but not notify us or fixing it when it happened is my issue. Now we have a garage floor, driveway, and car to fix and now require more oil.

Good people, but not so good cars. Bought a Kicks, the seating (not adjustable lumbar) is very uncomfortable for longer drives, it will kill your back if you are a person of average size or taller. I had a bad and similar experience with a Sentra. I am going back with Toyota or Subaru.

We take our pathfinder for oil changes here, best priced and very prompt.
But this time I asked my to ask them to give the back right tire a shake, confirm the bearing is bad. Thought no big deal, it's on a hoist already. It cost 35$ for buddy to walk over after pulling the drain plug to shake the back tire. Come on nissan, I know you need your pound of flesh but come on. This standard 1m plus shake walking fee or did the shop manager see a pregnant woman and think easy money?

Awesome Place to do business with. Bought a 2017 Nissan Murano from Dunu last year, he has gone above and beyond for us, even as far as letting use a demo when our vehicle was in the shop a year after purchase - small things like that go a long way to make sure we are repeat customers.

Just had my first MVI with the dealership - Got me in the same day I called. Phil called me to let me know what my vehicle needed, what was covered under warranty and what wasn't and made sure I was ok with the price before proceeding very happy with this dealership all around.

They're nice in person but was very rude on the phone, I called a month in advance to get my airbags replaced because I received a recall notice. They kept no record of my appointment and could only replace one of the airbags cause they only had one, they then blamed me for not making an appointment earlier, thus they were not able to get enough airbags... still waiting on a call from them for the other airbag.

Went in there on a Wednesday about VIP pricing thru my employer and talked to a salesman...said he was going to send me quote for a 2019 Nissan Rouge + tech package no later than Saturday. Didn't deliver, even if he knew then that I already requested a quote thru their website a couple weeks ahead and I did not hear anything back either. a week later, I am now a CRV owner. never regretted my decision. Sutherland honda is so much better than you guys. They (Nissan) didn't want my business, so I will never give it to them, not even in the future.

Had a good experience overall. We went when they had a 1000$ off sale on new 2015 inventory. Took down two stars because the sales guy gave us this "great" deal for a year of essentials maintenance for about 130$. We were led to believe that it would be two oil changes and two free tires install. Being in a snow heavy province, most people gets their tires re-installed twice per year. When I called to inquire about getting winter tires installed, the guy told me it only covered tire rotations. This is totally pointless when you change your tires twice a year. It would only be useful if someone did more than 12k km every 6 months, as we could actually use the rotation. Basically ended up paying 130$ for two oil changes.

Anyways, overall OK experience, like most dealerships, just be wary what great "deals" the sales guys will offer you.
