Worst deal I have ever done. I test drove a vehicle that included winter tires with purchase, liked it, went to make the deal, drove away thinking I had purchased that vehicle but a week later I contacted the salesperson aboit my winters and he told me I wasnt getting tires because that's not the truck I bought. They let me buy and drive away in a truck exactly like the one I test drove without my knowing it wasn't that one. On top of that I purchased extended warranty that was supposed to be refundable if I did not use it, don't let them talk you into that rip off. There is no such warranty. I traded my truck in at Hyundai which were fabulous to deal with, and now I was refused my Warranty refund of $2100 because it's NOT refundable after a month of owning the vehicle which they failed to tell me. It costs more than regular warranty so a nice money grab for Nissan. If you need to buy a Nissan go out of town to purchase it. You will get screwed if you go to Nissan in Prince George.

Service Centre. We recently had some repair work done on our Nissan Armada. I previously had a disagreement with Nissan Canada and an out of town dealer, where I purchased my new vehicle, about the start date of my Nissan Warranty. Northland Nissan was able to get Nissan Canada to cover the repair under warranty, even though Nissan Canada said our warranty expired 2 months before the repair. Also, the staff were very pleasant to deal with.

This is the first time to write a review , however I feel it is important to give this bad feedback about the service in Northland Nisan ,hoping something is going to change.
I used to get my srvice in the lower mainlang dealerships with a great experience, since we moved here 2 years ago, I started to get the service in P.G ,
The first time service was horrible in terms of the attitude of the personnel in the dealership , I thought it was a bad day , then the later experiences were worse!!, they don't respect and over charge with no explanation. it was a BIG shock for me!!
I decided not to go there anymore , so my wife took the car for service this time, unforetunatleky she has a TERRIBLE experince as well!!!!!!

The purchasing with my truck was good. However I can't say the same when I get work done in the shop. This is the second time my truck has went to Nissan service department and both times the wait time has been 2+ hours for my truck to even make it into the shop to be looked at. Both times in which an appointment has been made and brought in on time. Being from out of town and having to travel over an hour for these appointments makes me unhappy with the wait time. I didn't want to leave my comments about my service experiences on here but, there are also no options to do surveys after my service appointments.

Dom, Zach and Holly were an absolute delight to deal with on the purchase of my new 2018 Titan pro4x. Not only did they fly me from Whitehorse, Yukon to Prince George, they arranged for my pick up from the airport. The team answered any questions I had along the way and delivered the exact options I asked for. That being said I took my Titan to Fraser way RV a picked up a 28 foot 5000 lb Trailer. I pulled this set-up through the worst spring snow storm I have ever seen, in some of the most unforgiving mountain passes in northern bc ( Steamboat pass & Muncho lake national park ). The Titan more than held it’s on on the steep mountain grades and un-plowed mountain highways. Not only was I turning head with the pure good looks of the truck, I was getting bewildered looks by other drivers as to how I was able to make it through the storm, while they were waiting it out. As a recent widow, I was looking to trade in my husband's truck for a new car. I had done some research and narrowed my list to about 5 similar vehicles, all of different makes, that I thought would suit my needs.
I didn't have my heart set on any particular make or model, I just thought I would put on my big-girl panties and a brave face and head out for the first time to buy a vehicle all on my own.
I was clear to all the dealerships I visited that I didn't want to banter back and forth playing the salesman game. I was going to test drive my list of vehicles and whoever gave me the numbers for price/trade that made me happiest would determine the vehicle I drove away with.
Some dealerships tried to use pressure tactics and others I felt didn't really take me serious with the numbers they gave me.
My experience at Northland Nissan was completely different. I felt comfortable from the minute I walked in. I never once felt pressured to make a decision.
And to seal the deal, I completely fell in love with the Nissan Rogue. I love the comfort, the way it handles, the cargo space is great and the heated steering wheel is a game changer.
I believe Lucas and Tyson gave me a fair price for my truck and Lisa B was great in the office doing all the paperwork.
I would definitely recommend that anyone else in my position, who may be feeling a little intimidated with the task of vehicle shopping, go have a chat with Lucas at Northland Nissan.

To continue my review of our new Murano purchase.

My children & I were finalizing our choice of vehicle between the Nissan Murano & the Ford Escape. We, thanks to my son's research, covered all the specs & features of both vehicle. And with the price being within a few hundred dollars, the decision became on about the dealership and people we were dealing with.
This is where the tipping point went to Northland Nissan.

First was Jamie Bellamy, a pleasure to deal with, very professional.

Next was how the rest of the Northland Nissan team treated us.

I was most impressed with Shawn & Jared. Through multiple occasions they were very professional, especially taking the time to talk directly to my 15 year old son who did so much research for my and was a huge part of the buying decision. (which 3 other dealerships got this sooo wrong)

Shawn brought in our first choice of the model & color.

Throughout this process I got to talk to Peter, the general manager, and he continued to reinforce the professionalism of Northland Nissan. Never once trying to do anything but what was best for my family.

It was this team of professionals that solidified my decision of where to buy our new vehicle.

Now that we decided to go with the Murano, I spent time with Holly for the financial part. Again the superb professionalism continued. All my questions were answered, never once did Holly try to hurry me up into any decision and helped me pick all the right coverage's I wanted for our new Murano.

And now the process is complete I an so glad I went with Northland Nissan, anywhere else would have just not been good enough.

Tyson and Jared were very good to deal with. Very quick responses to all questions via both email and phone as I preferred, making it easy convenient. I did a lot of shopping all around BC and these guys hooked me up with the best deal, both with the initial quote and after working out all the details. Doesn't matter what part of the province you are from, get in touch with these guys and see what they can do for you (i.e. delivered our Murano to Kamloops). Also, if you are in the market for a mid size SUV, take a Murano for a drive...such a pleasure!
