Poor service very desapointed , had an appointement to fix some recalls on my mitsubishi outlander 2015 appointement was for tuesday 11am dropped the car befor that day night to make sure everything is ok they tohat i can come back to pick up car at 4 pm i came at 5h30 the car wasnt fixed no budy knows what happened one day after got call to appologise and to let me know that pare not available they ordered them for me and i should be call ones ready 1 month past nothing !!!???

Mitsubishi makes decent cars and this dealer is the only left on the island of Montreal so I have no choice but to drive from the West Island to here twice per year to get my car serviced. That being said, the technicians are knowledgeable for the most part and the service is acceptable.

Be careful with mechanics or receptionist. I was over charged for maintenance every 6 months oil changing etc... When I bought my rvr Mitsubishi 2018 had no more millage than 35km..still more or less same millage! But sill had to pay oil changing every time +other listing to change. For the almost brand new car 🙄.. this is outrage!!!

And so, another $$$ of scratch repair needed with no responsibly taken by the auto repair shop. Perhaps don't squeeze the cars so close together and your clients and their cars will be better served.

Not happy. Car was diagnosed with 2 issues. Rescheduled, only 1 was repaired. Rescheduled for the other issue - not repaired but tells me a different problem. Regardless, why go away from the previous diagnostic?
Also came in for a drivability issue during drives and take offs at normal operating temperatures... I was recommended some services, okay I understand what threw me off was as I got in my car to leave I found my odometer the same.. was my car even road tested? Next time I'll somewhere else.

I run into the same issue with every Mitsubishi dealer and I tried all of them, montreal, laval and longueil. They give you a quote for parts and labor. They tell you the labor is 2 hours yet your car is ready one hour and 15 minutes later but you still end up being charged the full 2 hours of labor. The worst experience I had was when I was quoted 1 hour of labor per disc/break change, yet I was able to do all 4 in 2 hours at a different garage including changing the break fluid and cleaning the calipers. Dont blame me for taking my business to other garages.

Moyen. Se faire charger 50$ à chaque saison pour reprogrammer l'ordi pour les TPMS alors que ça prend 30 secondes, c'est poche.
Les travaux effectués étaient conformes.

Pour des trucs où y'a des problèmes récurrents avec la voiture (ex: le câble pour ouvrir la porte d'essence qui brise tout le temps), bien c'est tjrs la même réponse "le manufacturier a mal conçu". Pas d'alternative ou de suivi avec le manufacturier. Il me semble que les garages sont à même de pouvoir se plaindre avec leur fournisseur
D'autre part, nous avions un problème avec le système de ventilation qui était intermittent. Rien n'a été fait (on a rien trouvé) jusqu'à ce qu'il y ait un rappel d'effectué par Mitsubishi pcq le ventilateur était désaxé.
C'est ennuyant car on semble ne pas nous faire confiance lorsqu'on rapporte un problème chronique.
