I would highly recommend these guys for service. My wife had an ongoing issue with her mitsubishi and was told by other mechanics that her engine was supposed to sound a certain way. It would violently shake and felt like it was going to fall out. Brought it in here and dealt with Robert and James from the service department. Worried that it was going to cost a fortune to repair, they went above and beyond. I received a phone call the following day saying they were going to replace the entire engine and it was fully covered by warranty. Was told to expect the car finished by Friday and got a call Tuesday saying it was ready. Picked it up today and it's running brand new! My safety concerns for the wife are gone and we can be at peace. She just started a new job which she has to commute daily. The car is running like a dream now. I want to thank Robert and James for all they have done! Thank you to them and the team. You guys are awesome! Will recommend to anyone I know!

What can I say that hasn't been said before in here. Scarborough Mitsubishi is simply the very best when it comes to service and customer satisfaction.
I am 70 years old so I have been to a number of dealerships in my time. Some of these dealerships were also good but Scarborough Mitsubishi is #1.
In addition to being 70 years old I am also disabled. I need assistance transferring from my vehicle to my wheelchair. Every time I need servicing Rob or other staff members will be available to assist me by simply calling them to let them know I have arrived. Because of my medical disposition it is extremely important that my Outlander is serviced properly, I can not afford any breakdowns. Scarborough Mitsubishi is extremely thorough in that I am always subjected to a Q and A session in order to determine the performance and safety of my 2014 Outlander.
Thankfully Mitsubishi manufactures a very reliable product and to date I have not had any major issues other than general servicing. Take care of your vehicle and it will take care of you.
I thank you Scarborough Mitsubishi from the GM to the receptionist for all your excellent service and looking forward to purchasing my next Mitsubishi.

I bought my 2020 Mitsubishi RVR at the dealership, thanks to the great work of Joseph. He was amazing the whole way and, quite frankly, a good reason why we bought this car. I just came from my first schedule service appointment, which was complementary, and Robert did go out of his way to help me : my dog had an accident in the car and Robert went to get wet wipes and even offered dog poo bags! All the help was truly appreciated!

AMAZING! (AGAIN)

I purchased a car in late July and came in for my first oil change and tire replacement.

Rob- the service manager, was so sweet with exemplary service! Him and his team had my car in and out within one hour! The car was washed, the oil was changed, and the tire was taken care of! Couldn't have asked for better service.

15 years and 2 vehicles in I've been 5Stars all the way but 2.5 hours for an oil change, headlight and quick recall adjustment seems extremely excessive. Booked the appointment three weeks earlier and have other appointments booked that I've had to postpone. Unacceptable and once the warranty has expired hard pressed to not give my business to my old mechanic that I still use as he's never kept me waiting like this.

I have purchased many cars over my life from many different dealerships. I must say that I have been bringing my car back to this location for one reason only. Mr Robert Cruise! The best service manager I have ever met. You will always be greeted with a genuine smile and treated like a customer should be. Robert has become a familiar fixture at this dealership providing me with a sense of security my vehicle will be treated with the same way I am. I live in Durham and could easily get my car serviced at a closer location however I can’t expect to receive the same level of satisfaction. You buy a car once and get that new car smell. AMAZING SERVICE! AMAZING STAFF! AMAZING EXPERIENCE!

Huge shout out to the staff from Scarborough Mitsubishi! They truly made my first car purchase easy and seamless. 100% professional, not pushy, understanding, COVID SAFE, and they care!

Paul, the sales manager, sat with me for over an hour on a call discussing every detail and answering every question I had (and this was before I even booked an appointment to see the car). He gave me some great advise in regards to what to look for in the car and also a solid lesson on how to get the best insurance rate!

Rommel, my sales associate, was super patient when I came in to view the car. He was knowledgeable, attentive, polite and very kind. Knowing i was an inexperienced driver and unfamiliar with the area, he kindly drove in-front of me to make the GTA traffic less intimidating. After the viewing he followed up with me and was available via text and phone even on his day off.

Kamal, the Finance manager, was hilarious and kind. He sold me on a great extended warranty so I would never have to worry about anything mechanical, electrical, rusting etc (because i know absolutely nothing about cars). In addition he ran several options so that I could get the best rates possible and the Certified pre-owned interest rate!

I really could not have asked for a better experience. The staff's customer service, kindness, and professionalism sold me on the car almost as much as the car its self did.

To be honest, I has a really good experience with the team at Scarborough Mitsubishi! Not only were they friendly AND professional, they also weren't aggressive -- which can sometimes be a problem with salesmen when you are planning to make a large purchase. The attitude was relaxed. I walked into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted and (without any up-sell) they were nothing but helpful. I walked in, paid the full down-payment, and drove my car off the lot three days later -- and that includes the time they took to get my plate and stickers for (which saved me a lot of hassle). My experience was flawless and I can only say good things about this team....

My outlander radio used to freeze , I took a video and sent it to the service manager , they could not do any thing about it and had send it to Japan. The service manager never got back to me till I am out of warranty and now I have to replace it at my own cost. Terrible warranty experience.

I spoke to the service manager myself this morning and he is blaming me for not following up, yet his last email was that he will get back to me when he hear from Japan and he never got back me. And now he said I passed my warranty (which is not my fault) .

I received my car from the service and piston slapping repair done on August 2 2019 and my car went down while I was driving to my work on August 3 2019. I think the mechanics dont check car before calling the customers for picking up their car.
When I went back to the service department regarding this issue they came up saying its because of the crankshaft position sensor damage.
I seriously don’t understand how can the sensor gets damaged exactly the day after I receive my car from the repair and that too its related to the piston slapping and the sensor is located near to the pistons.
I got charged for 496$ for replacing the crankshaft position sensor.
This is the second time having the bad experience with this location.
I never suggest or recommend this place for service.

Drive from far west wanna meet the the final evolution here. They sale the evolution as 39K. It's the highest price in Canada. We are the car guys and we wanna buy a Final edition in good condition.
And we disappeared. This evolution over 70k odo. Highly rusted on chassis (drive in winter). Modified and track. The rear bumper has been removed for painting job.
It's the only final evolution in Canada? What a amazing price with this rust edition evolution.

This dealership will not back up their warranty. The blower motor on my 6 month old mirage started to make a high pitched squeal noise so I brought it in to get checked. They failed to recognize or admit to any issue claiming it sounded normal. After testing two other cars that had absolutely no noise they still would not admit that mine sounded bad despite the clear squeal coming from the motor. I will now be forced to pay for the motor myself as I can not drive for more than 10 minutes without getting a headache due to the annoying high pitch squeal. They also charge insane prices for basic service such as an oil change. Go somewhere else.

If you’re looking to buy a Mitsubishi and NOT play games, Scarborough Mitsubishi is it. After visiting several other Mitsubishi dealerships I found Rommel and Paul (GM) refreshingly honest, and most helpful. I have been coming to Scarborough Mitsubishi for the last five years and I have never been dissatisfied with the customer service that is consistently phenomenal.

Joseph, from the day I bought my car, has been the most honest, kind and thoughtful salesman I have ever come across. He always greets me by name and with a smile even after five years of purchasing my car.

Paul, the general manager, conducts this location with the utmost integrity. He ensured that I was entirely happy with my purchase and still to this day, remembers my name and always makes an effort to say hello and goodbye when I come in for an oil change. When I wait for services on my car he always checks in to see how I am doing or if I'd like anything to drink. He even went as far as to buy me and a couple other customers lunch one day when a blackout occurred on a frigid winter day. It's very clear that the people that work here are happy and that he manages this Mitsubishi with pride.

The service department is by far my greatest experience with Mitsubishi. Rob and Brad are always a joy to talk to. They are reasonable and realistic. They are honest with what work needs to be done and explain very clearly the process they will take. They treat my car with such love and care as if it were their own. I know when I leave my keys with Brad that my car is in good hands.

The people at Scarborough Mitsubishi are so genuine and honest. I appreciate that I have a place I can trust to treat my car well. With the love and care Rob puts into my car, I am sure it will last me another ten years. But, the next time I am in need of a new car I would not hesitate to come back to Scarborough Mitsubishi.

I don't even know where to begin... Me and my wife went to this place and both the sales guy and his manager were VERY disrespectful. I told them I was self-employed and they asked me how much I make a month. When I told the sales guy, he said: "It is important that you don't lie, because the bank will find out". I told him that I'm a software developer consultant and after saying this, he tried to fix things by telling us he was going to talk to his manager to see a good price for us. His manager was even worse, I told him that we are not permanent residents yet and he said no banks would finance a car for us. I told him that many friends that are not PRs yet, managed to finance their cars and his response was: "Impossible, it is the law". I asked him why he would call me a liar, he replied: "I've being working on this for 35 years, I know that it is not true". I have NO idea how someone as disrespectful as this guy, is a manager of ANYTHING. I can't imagine how many new comers have talked to this guy and felt really bad after. If it is your case and he made you think that you can't, just find a decent place and you will be able to finance your vehicle. After going through all of this with this incompetent, I went to a Nissan dealership almost in front of it and got my credit approved, they just asked for some down payment and that was it.

The service department is wonderful with great service and knowledgeable people.
They also have a SCAMPI program which helps us repeat customers save some money when we come in to service our vehicles.

I bought my car here in 2008, and another in 2013. I have only serviced my car here and even had a few goodies painted and installed via the body shop. You will not find a more knowledgeable, friendly, and customer oriented group of dealership employees anywhere. Rob Cruz saved me hundreds from diagnosing my car a couple times. Paul the manager got me into 2 cars and I couldn't be happier with the professionalism and attention to detail. I send my parents, my girlfriend and even my girlfriends mom their !!
