Watch out for their sales manager. He comes across as kind and considerate. The term, taillight warranty reigns true in this case.
The in-house service mechanics perform the safety certification. They overlooked a rotted exhaust system front to back. We had our own local mechanic perform the repairs because Georgi refused to. Multiple holes and a crack in the flex pipe. The holes became obvious 1.5 - 2 months after purchasing the vehicle. Georgi became defensive and left us to deal with the issue. Up until this incident his staff were great and fairly informative. I had to inquire about everything though. I’m sure their motto is “don’t ask, don’t tell”.
I got my Brand New 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander Noir. Bonny helped me throughout the process making it simple and smooth.
Also, I ordered mitsubishi all weather mats but it didn’t arrive due to supply chain issues which I understand . So Bonny managed to arrange Weather-tech Mats for me for the same price.

I just wanted to give a HUGE thank you you to Shawn and the rest of the team at Oakville mitsubishi. I originally filled out a credit application and after being contacted by Shawn, told him that I was interested in a 2018 Subaru WRX STI that was on their lot. After going back and forth with Shawn he schedule a meeting for last Saturday. I test drove the car, verified the history and previous ownership of the car and I was sold. Shawn was extremely informative and accommodating, we finalized the paper work before leaving on Saturday and I had the car picked up by Tuesday.

I recently took delivery of my 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV GT-P. Sharik played a big role in getting me the best deal I could get at the soonest possible time. I needed a car so bad when my ‘09 Lancer got totalled 2 months ago.
To be honest, my impression of dealers and sales people especially coming from my experience buying a new car 13 yrs ago, my first ever car, I already prepared myself to deal with pushy sales tactics. Sharik was the complete opposite! It’s like a breath of fresh air. He’s very helpful and easy to connect with whether it be by text, email or phone - very responsive! It’s like communicating with a friend. He kept me updated while I wait for the car to be delivered. No pressure sales, very friendly and knowledgeable.
I also like the fact that Oakville Mitsubishi doesn’t charge any instock premium unlike those greedy dealers out there. I know Sharik did everything he could to make sure I don’t pay for anything unnecessary. He even got me a good deal on some accessories!
My experience dealing with Sharik and Oakville Mitsubishi in general has changed my impression for the good and made me become more loyal to the brand.

I’ve owned VW, Nissans, Chevrolet, etc and the experience with Mitsubishi has been by far the best. Oakville Mitsubishi specifically is a super friendly shop, from reception, to sales, and service especially. Would highly recommend servicing your vehicle there as well, Kevin and Ryan are both awesome and easygoing. Would strongly recommend looking into a 2022 Outlander (if you can get your hands on one!).
My experience with the branch was much more than satisfactory. My initial interaction was with Kevin Bangal who was extremely polite and welcoming and willing to go above and beyond to help, taking into consideration the status and age of my vehicle and my financial situation. The good service didn't stop there but it got even better once I saw Harm, the mechanic that worked on my vehicle, who showed a great deal of professionalism and answered all my questions and gave me advice on how to take care of my vehicle and how to save money where I can. I truly felt that they cared and were not just trying to pull money out of my pocket by convincing me to do extra unnecessary work. I really appreciate what Kevin and Harm did for me and many thanks to Mitsubishi for having such qualified and dedicated staff.

What an experience!
Due to mechanical issues I've ended without a vehicle in the most difficult car market that ever existed. Visited multiple dealerships and was faced with very difficult information. Example, for new Toyota Rav 4 wait time 11 months or used ones being same or even higher price than new ones. Running around with no good options for a decision I've ended in Mitsubishi Oakville.
I was immediately welcomed and sat down with the team. Told them my story and my needs. They immediately understood my needs and compassionately acknowledged the difficulty we were facing. Within an hour, they had multiple offers for me, out of which, one was a perfect match, both the car (entire package) and the price.
I've deposited resources immediately and believe it or not I got the car in 4 business days. Paperwork was ready and super easy, the finance team was efficient and super effective, they all worked like one person. Very organized and easygoing.

I used to go here all the time and call them whenever I had issues. The lady who picks up the phone at customer service is always cheery and nice and understanding. I love their showroom and it's always comfortable waiting for my service to be done.
Unfortunately, today I think there was a new guy on the service phone. I asked very clearly and politely the service I needed, what car it's for, and that I have been there before so you just need to pull up my file. He asked what service I wanted again. I repeated myself. He says what car is it for? I repeated myself again. He says can you hold? I hold. I get hung up on. I call back, speak to the nice lady and get directed to service again. I try it all over again. He asks what car, what service. He doesn't understand the Mitsubishi part and service I'm asking for when the last time I was there, a service guy had mentioned the part to me. He should know Mitsubishi parts. Frustrated now, I ask to speak to someone else. I get hung up on again.
Maybe don't put your new guy with terrible customer service skills on the phone. Who hangs up on customers. Sadly, I won't be coming back.
This dealership was so friendly and understanding right from the beginning. They also do a fantastic job advocating on behalf of their clients. I am not the “ideal” client as I had poor credit history in the past and have taken the necessary steps to rebuild - but these things take time. I was transparent with my situation as I am in the process of rebuilding my credit and I needed a new vehicle but didn’t want to waste anymore dealerships time. The staff at this dealership were very understanding and inviting for me to come in and meet with Shawn to see what can be done for me. Honestly, I’ve been dreading coming to another dealership to apply as I’ve been quoted interest rates that were too high, or have been turned down, required a cosigner etc. Shawn took the time to listen to my requests; no cosigner (as I want to do this on my own), no crazy high interest rate, and no huge down payment. Shawn got my application approved within a day after hours spent negotiating on my behalf to get me qualified for a larger loan with a better interest rate and no cosigner. I got the vehicle I wanted, a decent interest rate, a good compensation for my trade in, and he kept me in the loop the whole day through each process! Approval, paperwork and arrangements for vehicle pick up were absolutely seamless and pain free unlike my experience at other dealerships! Definitely recommend Shawn and his team at Oakville Mitsubishi! His professionalism, understanding, friendliness and determination made my experience great! He made me feel confident in my ability to improve my credit over time. It was a no judgement zone. I can’t wait to do future business with this dealership!

Great dealership. A gentleman named Faisal got us a really good deal on our first family suv. The car was in mint condition and Faisal gave us everything we asked for in terms of mats, tires and breaks. People there were great and friendly. Just a follow-up: they changed the ownership and thus rejected the previous owner's promise (change engine oil for free). i am quite disappointed. Accordingly, i am changing my five star rating back to a neutral rating because it is a 'new' store as they claimed and i dont know whether the service from this new owber is good or not.

Not many people know of this new Mitsubishi dealership in Oakville. I visited them for the first time and was astonished by their service department. Mike, Candice and Kevin are the best Mitsubishi service team in Ontario. The technicians Harm and Mike B are very skilled and friendly, they fixed my car right the first time. I also found their prices to be very reasonable and competitive.
The Parts and Sales team is also top notch. Such great Mitsubishi accessories and new and used car inventory to choose from. I have no idea how anyone reviews this place as a 5 star. Its absolutely terrible as they promised that the car was in great shape and that they would also provide a detailing before delivery of the vehicle. They didn't do any cleaning at all. The seats had sweat stains they never cleaned, dirt in every corner, smelt terrible and on top of this there was some greasy fluid spilt in the trunk. Hundreds of dollars of clothing went in the trash as they were permanently stained. They also provide a full tank of gas, which sounds nice, too bad they incredibly cheap and put 87 in the car instead of the 91 the car requires. Service is alright, but they harass you over warranties.
Very well priced, smooth and easy transaction. They made everything easy for me and even picked me up to get the car!
