Kudos to Mitsubishi Capital. Me and my Wife bought our new Car and everything went smoothly especially with the help of Jill Jhonson and Andrew Breen they were very helpful and friendly. They are very professional and they provided an exceptional and excellent service.

Set the bar low right away
Should of never bought a vehicle from here. Seems like alot of dealerships when they got the sale they decline to give good service.

I purchased a 2020 Outlander with 33000 km on it and the radio wasn't working . I had it replaced on warranty and it went out again less than 7 months later . I called the dealer and they said there is nothing we can do because I was over my km by 10000 . I called head office and they told me the same story.I own two Outlanders now but wouldn't buy either other one. Most dealers would at least try to resolve the problem

Purchased a used Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross from Hickman about six months ago, which I'm enjoying very much. No complaints with the SUV thus far. As for service --

I've only had two occasions to take my vehicle in to Mitsubishi and the service was poor both times. Most recently for a seasonal tire change -- one of my winter tires had a nail in it so they changed three while I paid for a replacement-fourth, which they were to order in and call me when ready. I called back exactly one month later because I hadn't heard anything and they had no record of it. Waiting for a resolution as I type this.

Getting service at a dealership is obviously more expensive -- you'd hope you could get at least adequate customer service for the price.

Went there had my transmission oil changed cost me over $500 absoutley ridiculous this is why unless it's warranty work NEVER NEVER NEVER bring your car to a dealer .I checked several other reputable garages in st. John's end the highest quote for the exact same work $200 quite the difference no. Lesson learned

had to bring a 2014 lancer in twice, going to be the third time now and already costed over $1100, nothing related to the problem was fixed. don't bother going for repairs because you'll get charged for random work that doesn't need to be done and still come out with the same problem. extremely disappointing service.

From my experience, felt poor vehicle service in this provider . No proper communication with the customer and very slow process .Did Not finish service in time unfortunately.I will recommend their vehicle sale service but never recommend the vehicle service section.

Had my car get both break lines replaced. Turned out it was a recall. Told by another dealer (this dealer is only 2 buildings away from Mitsubishi) that it only should have costed a third of what I was charged. Was the most expensive they have ever seen.

A true, fun and reliable customer service experience with incredible convenience. The Service Department always looks at ways of saving you money showing that they care about their customers and the environment with second hand parts. Their vehicles are intuitive and practical.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, there is a large comfortable waiting room with free beverages while one is waiting.

The service department is absolutely terrible. It is the worst car dealership service department that I have ever dealt with. Do not trust them to do work that is outside of warranty maintenance. Rip off artists that take advantage of the fact they are the only Mitsubishi dealership in town.

The service side is worst than Honda and that is saying something. They don't get back to you or reply back to emails. One service advisor is the worst there. Tells you stuff is covered but in the end you got to pay for it. Her tone to you is condescending and is disrespectful. I have done the surveys telling them this and you never hear back. It was great at the beginning when they try to sell you a car and they assure me that their service is alot better than Honda. But once the deal is made, they just don't care. The sales team are great and helped out whenever but the service side is the opposite. I went from 5 star to 1 star because of the service team, especially that one service advisor.

A professional maintenance service with exceptional customer service and an over the top sales floor. Don’t go on the sales floor unless you want a forty five minute lecture about how they’re not making any sales. Even though you’re welcome to get a coffee at their coffee café “free”.

I brought my vehicle in for maintenance about a month ago and asked to have a squealing belt looked at. The service advisor called and told me that the alternator belt would need to be replaced which I expected. I got a call when the service was complete and was told the belt had been replaced and everything was fine. When I picked up the vehicle , the squealing was still there. I called the service department back and mentioned the issue and they told me to bring it in and they would inspect it. I was told everything was working fine but it was the belt itself that was squealing and they would need to replace it with an OEM part since they used an aftermarket belt. I was never given the choice to go with the OEM belt during the original service. I was told to give it a few days for the belt to possibly break in and seat itself. The squealing never went away and seems to be getting worse so I brought it back for a third time. Service advisor called and told me that I would have to buy another belt and they would do nothing to offset the price of the new belt because they couldn't go back to the supplier because there were no defects in the belt even though they agreed there was an issue with it. I was offered a discount on the labor costs but that was insulting as I had already paid to have the belt replaced.

When asked why an OEM part was not used originally I was told it was because it was not in stock. During the original service I also needed another part replaced which was not in stock so my vehicle was with them for 4 days so they easily could have ordered the correct part.

All I would want is to only pay the difference in the cost of the parts but no, I am told I've got to spend money to buy what should have been used in the first place.

My household has purchased five vehicles from your dealership (and are incorrectly in the market to purchase 3 new vehicles) based on your wonderful sales staff who have helped me out numerous times in the past with your disappointing service department. Time and time again there are issues that could be easily avoided. I understand fully that sometimes things happen that are beyond our control so I have been very patient to this point but this is the straw that broke the camel's back.

Sales staff are great and really know there stuff. The Service advisor not so much....dont even greet you when you come in. Thought this was a one off thing but no....multiple times and same thing. If the service dept (advisor) was better and actually spoke, went over the work and at least greet you this dealership would be an easy 5 stars. It’s all bad enough that your car is in the shop but to not even be friendly come on.

Bought a 2018 eclipse cross last week. Noticed over the weekend there was damage to the rock shield and a dent in the intercooler, behind the bumper. Brought it in to be inspected and I'm told there is a BIRD in my grill. They tell me the bird has caused ALL the damage which is impossible, and put the blame on ME for hitting the bird. I guess thats why when the car was "inspected" the day before giving it to me, you made sure to rust proof the feathers for me! Yet still blame me for putting the bird there. Thanks guys keep up the great work!

Tried to buy a used car off Ryan. He reached out to us with a time to take it for inspection, which is first thing Saturday morning, as soon as they open. 8 minutes before this appointment, he calls to tell us another salesperson has it out for inspection, but he'll let us know ASAP what the other customer decided to do. We would have went in earlier if that was an option presented to us. After wasting half our Saturday waiting for this call, he calls us around 1:30pm to say that it was actually sold first thing this morning, not out for inspection. Don't know if the issue was a disinterested salesperson, or lack of communication in the company, but I'm not happy.

Horrible service is not enough to describe what my family had to endure on Friday Dec 13.
I purchased a 2017 Outlander this past October from my car salesman buddy in Gander, who I have bought many, many cars over the years. But unfortunately, there was only one key fob for it,so he ordered me a new one that I would have to get programmed in St.Johns, and he would reimburse me.
So my wife and family were going to St.Johns this past Friday and they would get it programmed while they were in there. I made an appointment for late Friday morning. I told the service department that they would be driving in from Gander, and the first place they would go would be to the dealer to get the key programmed. The service department said " No problem it only a 15 minute job".
So they got there at 11:45 then they immediately took the car and put it in the shop, then the mechanic decided he would go for lunch. It was after 2pm when they finally got the key fob back.
Someone should of told them that the mechanic was going for lunch and to bring back car in a hours time or at least give them a courtesy vehicle instead of making them wait over 2 hours to get a key programmed. From what my father in law and my wife said they were all standing around and discussing their Christmas party which was happening that night.
I still have lots of warranty remaining on this vehicle, and I will be bringing it there and I hope I get better service then what my family did.

They took three weeks to repair brakes and replace the battery. Service counter did not attend my calls most of the time. They did not call back after I left messages. I told them I have coupons. I reminded them at the payments time. But they did not include coupons and discounts in the bill. I have to call a day later to get a refund. I was not given any discount for not taking a loaner vehicle. Parts numbers used in repair are not traceable on the internet.

Mr.

The service department here is terrible. There are very nice people working there, but it seems like every time I bring my car i have to spend more money ($100-500 per visit) in order to not void my warranty. Their recommended services are repetitive and costly on my end. I'm not interested in supporting a business that wants to experiment with my money. Additionally I had requested various things from the service department/sales department, with follows ups, and never heard back on ANY issues. After having gone through this madness for the past 3 years with my new Lancer, I've finally decided to take my loss and trade it in. On a 3 year old lancer, Mitsubishi will give you $6K.. So much for good resell value, lairs... Take your loss and move on to something better like I did. You'll feel better about it later. I know I sure did.

Good Bye and Good Riddance. 1st and Last Mitsubishi I ever buy.

Unhelpful car salesmen. I was with my boyfriend while he was test driving a car. The salesman who was helping him insisted on him driving the vehicle and showing us all the features before we could go on our own. The whole car ride with the salesmen, he spit out ever possible fact and feature about the car. Very overwhelming and unhelpful for your average person.
