This is the second time I had my car to the service center and it's the second time I had great service. They dont try to over charge you and they will be honest and tell you when something is under warranty. So they dont try to charge you for anything you should not be charged for. The staff at the service desk are friendly and knowledgeable.

They did a back bearing on my outlander that was covered by warranty and when they called me to pick it up they notified me that a seatbelt was recalled and they also replaced that for me. Have to pick it up after work so far so good.

I initially went to Toyota to buy a vehicle but, after waiting from Thursday, until Tuesday at suppertime....they still hadn't checked my credit...so I searched around and found Mitsubishi to have a great warranty (10 years). Unfortunately, due to personal reasons I wasn't approved for the 2020 RVR but, they offered me a 2019 Nissan Rogue AND added to Mitsubishi warranty for me...without me asking!!! I'm beyond happy with my new wheels. I was impressed with their quick kind service! After my first visit on a Wednesday, I was driving away in my beauty Rogue on the following Friday! Thanks Mitsubishi!

Fast service Friendly Staff
We are reserving our opinion while we wait to hear from the dealer about honouring a recall issue. A week after we paid out of pocket for a caliper repair, the exact same part was recalled. The parent company told us “too bad”. They would not reimburse us even though they would have repaired it for free under the terms of the recall one week later.
While the local dealer has been cordial, the reason we bought Mitsubishi in the first place was the great warranty they advertise. All this to say, we like the car, but the service may not be as great as they suggest in the advertisements.
So, we will reserve judgment for now and suggest shopping around ...
So, several months and multiple visits to Loch Lomond Mitsubishi, and we finally spoke to the manager of the Saint John operation. He had never heard our story from his underlings. They didn’t think our dissatisfaction warranted a mention to the top guy? Well, he listened. He was very interested in our story. He awarded us service in equal value to our financial loss. That service has been stellar so far and we are much encouraged by the resolution we achieved with Loch Lomond Mitsubishi.
We will now consider returning for our next vehicle.
Took awhile you might say ... and I must agree. But we are willing to see past the obvious ineffectiveness and short sightedness of those sales and service guys. But Mitsubishi might want to take a look at their “frontmen” and decide if they are representing the business to promote sales ... or just to piss people off ....

I know Dealers from the inside out. Over the last 40 years I have worked at 5 dealers as a mechanic and warranty manager and for the most part this experience has made me cynical and wary. We bought a new Outlander in 2011 from Loch Lomond Mitsubishi. Immediately events and visits started giving us reason to feel good about our choice. Nearly 5 years later we feel even better because we have all these years of the confidence Loch Lomond Mitsubishi has earned every step of the way. It is the first dealer I confidently recommend, I am highly confident that anyone I send there will really appreciate that advice if they take it.
I confirmed this In 2012 by not taking my own advice. I decided to buy a second vehicle, I wanted a manual transmission with high output engine. I never saw a dealer work so hard to accommodate a customer but their product only offered automatic with the high performance model. I bought an Si from another dealer. I have regretted that decision ever since. Occasionally, when I am not in the mood to be treated as a walking wallet I even have my Si serviced at Mitsubishi. I paid $2000 for the best extended warranty on my Si, road side assistance ran out in 3 years. My "Included" Mitsubishi warranty roadside runs out in 5 years. Where I bought my Si my salesman averts eye contact when I am at the dealer. At Mitsubishi, the owner will come out of his office to call me by name and ask what he can do for me. My Si dealer makes me feel like they are important. The People at Mitsubishi make me feel like "I" am important. The only negative comments in these reviews are from people who "Did NOT" buy from Loch Lomond Mitsubishi, there is big money and many years at stake here, food for thought.
My wife and I were doing some research online on 7 passenger suv's and were not looking to talk to any sales person until we seen all of our choices and looked inside at the interior. While we just drove into the Mitsubishi dealer we had a sales man come to us that was so nice and understanding that we gave them a chance to talk more. Once we finished at the dealer w looked at our other choices and customer service. I didn't like the way they were dealing with us. So long story short we bought a new outlander and love it. As of right now we have been treated great from every department including the owner Randy taking the time to talk to his customers and getting to know them.
