A lot of places try to swindle you into paying for things that you shouldn’t have, I paid $200 for the last diagnostic I got from another place and they basically just told me there was nothing they could do. So I was super happy to find out that they fixed my car up and also cleaned it and it was all covered by warranty! Honest, hard working people there, great experience!

Very good service today. Thanks for demonstrating adherence to social distancing requirements. 2 comments: The person who books appointments, somehow missed one I had scheduled for last week at 1000. I arranged my day around it with virtual meetings etc . But when I checked the day before to confirm-could not be found. Not sure what happened there but I am quite certain I had made the booking. So I came today. I was asked if I wanted a ? complimentary wheel alignment when I booked and I said of course. I may have misunderstood but it should be crystal clear to customers that it is the wheel alignment CHECK that is complimentary. Just a small comment. I always have good service. That is why I keep buying the product. The shuttle drivers are also excellent when used in the past. Thanks.

Waverley Mitsubishi has been an amazing dealership to work with. From the beginning back in 2012 when I bought my RVR, the sales and financial team was friendly and acommodating. Since then, I have had contact with the AMAZING service department for my regularly scheduled maintenance. From Brenda, who books all my appointments, I receive friendly and prompt customer service. Most of all, from my service coordinator Nick. Nick is always going above and beyond for me. He listens to my concerns (which haven't been many) and is extremely knowledgeable with his expertise in Mitsubishi vehicles. He has been able to diagnose the problems and never books unnecessary or additional work. This leaves me feeling very confident in knowing I will never be taken advantage of. He is always greeting me in the service bay with a smile and will take the time to chat making me feel appreciated. He calls when he says he will call, makes sure I get out of the dealership on time with the shuttle so I'm never late for work and always explains whatever work was completed on my vehicle. I've loved my experience with Waverley Mitsubishi, my mom has since purchased her vehicle from there as well! I highly recommend this dealership for their professionalism and great line of vehicles!!

Just picked up a 15' GTI from Mike Bewick, great experience sales wise. The Finance Manager Damien Perera was great to deal with as well. Kyla Attardo figured out why my phone wouldn't pair to the Car so that saved me some hassle figuring that out.

Couple complaints though, the Service and TPMS reminders weren't reset when I picked up the car. I had to look up the reset procedures, check my tire pressure, and reset those myself, the Car also says I need a new battery for my fob. 5 stars if it weren't for those oversights, I'd give 4.5 if I could because everything else was great and I'd recommend everyone I dealt with to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Slightly annoyed I have to go track down a new battery for the fob though.

Bumping my review to a 5 because of the owners reply. 100% satisfied.

A nice clean and straightforward environment to make a purchase of a new vehicle which offers better trade in value than otherattentins and attentive personalised service. Essentially if you buy a car the only kind of car to buy is a Japanese car and Mitsubishi are at the upper end. They've been making cars since 1911 and they even made the famous Mitsubishi Zero fighter plane. I think they know what they're doing.

Worst experience ever. I selected brand new Mistubishi RVR and the sales person requested me to deposit $1000 and applied for my financing.My financing did not get approved first time and they called me that they will try to get it approved but i decided not to get that vehicle as I am not interested anymore. I called them to refund my deposit but they said i have to get as vehicle and they won`t give my deposit back.No legal final documents were signed. I tried to get hold of GM but the receptionist there said he is not here and told me to call tomorrow. Sales manager does not want to talk, if the deposit won`t be given back I will file a complainant to the Better Business Bureau.

First of all, from what we experienced, please do yourself a favor and do NOT go to this place. Here is our experience: I wanted to buy a car and there was a dealer named Dan who tried to deceive us by any means he could. He found us a car which he said it is $13k , when he found out that we're not interested and the price is too steep, he suddenly reduced the price to $5k! As we didn't have a car, this guy told us he'll pick us up and give us a ride. He lied to us and never picked us up, he called and said that I found you some excellent cars but now I am too busy, come to the store as soon as possible as these cars won't last long in the store! We went there and after showing us some rubbish car with almost twice the actual price, when we asked to give us a ride, he (Dan) said I am too busy with my customers and in a very unprofessional, rude and humiliating way he proposed to give us some money!!! I think he did this because he found out we are not that easy to be deceived! We won't forget this rude behaviour! A place with a good management won't let such dealers to work there and take care of customers. Something we have not found there!
