I came here to get my transmission fixed, they took 4000 of my hard earned dollars and didnt put my skid plate and wheel well plastic back on, then when I got my car back an engine light came on and my awc is flashing and they are saying I need a new pump when it broke in their hands and they won't do anything. Don't come here unless you like paying money, I will be doing my own work from now on.
I recently purchased a 2018 Outlander at Westside Mitsubishi. Mike Kachkar provided excellent service and follow-up to the purchase. I previously owned a 2009 Outlander. I really enjoy driving this vehicle which was problem free during my ownership Loving the new features of the 2018. Quieter ride, better handling and a little bigger vehicle (third row of flip up seats).

Went there and got a brand new Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross from Mike. He was very good to deal with. He helped me and showed me all the features my vehicle has. When I came to the pricing I think he got me the best deal possible. From the general manager Aaron who also was very friendly. When it can time to picking up my new Eclipse cross Gt Mike came and picked me up from my house as I did not have a vehicle I was trading in and no way to get there. I would recommend this dealership to anyone as they went above and beyond any expectations I had. Also the 10 year warranty is a nice piece of mind:)

I bought my Mitsubishi Eclipse back in 2007 and with it I got life time oil changes. So today I went in to west side mitsubishi to get an oil change and they told me that my life time oil changes are not valid anymore because I have not been keeping up with my oil changes with them, as well that they where under new ownership. So it is now null and void. But no where on my card for my oil changes dose it say I had to get all my oil changes with them exclusively, and how dose ownership changing change there commitment to there customers.
This place is great! The people here are never too busy to take the time and attention everyone deserves. Salt of the Earth. Getting my oil changes here is the highlight of my week because I get to see so many smiling faces. They treat me like family, sometimes even better than my family.
This place has really bad customer service. I had a call with Izzy, Ismail Hajar before I went to their showroom to talk about the price of a car I liked. After some talk with his manager he agreed to a lower price and for negotiating it over the phone. I travelled around 2 to 3 hours to reach the showroom and then they tell me the price is not negotiable at all. This is absolutely misleading. If you don't want to negotiate you should say so over the phone . Absolutely pathetic. Please don't trust these people. I would never buy a car from them even if I get one in my budget. Very wily and cunning.

Cathleen in the finance department was great and actively worked on getting us the best deal and the financing we wanted. Great experience from front to back.. best price out of all the Mitsubishi dealers I had dealt with, I saved thousands! They were very transparent throughout the whole deal.
Showed up to look at one of their older used cars and felt treated as though we were there to buy a new car. Very accommodating and friendly. Didn't feel any pressure from salesman. Wouldn't hesitate to return.
Kudos to Mike K, fleet /internet manager who was very on point with answering my endless questions regarding my recent purchase of an SUV. Mike was genuinely happy for me. He went the extra mile to help, and indicated he would be available to text or call, if I had an issue. Women who are shopping for a leaseback/new-used vehicle on their own, need to do their research and leave nothing to chance. Therefore, it was nice to have a dealer exercise some compassion. Mike is a nice fellow, look him up!

I’m sort of disappointed in these guys because I went to them before my warranty ran out to see if my issues I’ve had with starting the car ever since I got it brand new would happen again and hopefully be able to fix it prior to running out Of the warranty. Well they said there’s no issues and when I went to another place for service tune ups I was told I need a new timing belt which is so expensive and I don’t know why Mitsubishi didn’t say anything about it! Now I have to shell out big bucks for something that should have been caught when I was there. Not happy.

Did not buy at west side Mitsubishi as sales was super pushy. It is way closer to home so started taking my car there for service and they were great. Started getting spammed with misleading offers to buy back my car and such asked to removed from all promotional emails and mail to which I was immediately spammed with more email. I responded asking for a manager to call me back and was very dismissive and just said they would delete me from their records which was not what I wanted but I will take it as they obviously dont care about my business
My daughter and I arrived at this dealership late one Sunday afternoon to check out a Mazda CX-3.that they had listed. Gini had the vehicle all ready for my daughter to test drive and stayed late in order to allow us to check it out. Even better, Gini let us take it home and keep it over night to help my daughter make the big decision. On Monday, we returned to the dealership and met with Gini. She and her manager were easy to deal with and my daughter drove away feeling pleased with her purchase and the price we negotiated.
A few days later, the car battery failed. We had a mechanic look it over and he found that the battery was very weak, but in all other ways the vehicle seemed mechanically sound. My daughter paid for a new battery, and the problem was solved.
When I informed Gini of the battery issue she passed the details on to her manager, Mike Kachkar. Mike contacted me by phone immediately, sympathised with my daughter's situation, and assured me that the dealership would gladly cover the cost of the battery replacement. I am extremely pleased with how quickly Gini, Mike and West Side Mitsubishi handled my daughter's battery issue and we would certainly feel confident dealing with them in the future!

Oh my gosh this dealership is absolutely amazing. I came to West Side Mitsubishi for a BMW they had posted and the salesman Jae was so awesome. He knew every little detail about the vehicle and is soooo cute with all his tattoos from around the world :). The sales manager Chris then got me a wicked deal and I literally could not be happier. This seems to be the only way to contact Cris Reyes the manager of this dealership. My question is will your dealership honor the life oil changes as it reads on my bill of sale? We spoke 3 times about this issue, the last was Feb 2019. Yet your service staff still seem to have issues with the concept of life oil changes. Life does not equal to 140km or 300km, it equals for life of ownership. It's now April 2019 and time for an oil change I would like to know now if I am going to have issues at my next dealership?

The location is a bit difficult to go to especially for those who commute. They have a variety of cars to offer, good costumer service. Right now, they are pushing to sell those eclipse cross.
They sold my girlfriend a Dodge Journey that was originally from bc, which shouldn't of been a big deal, but that right there says it needs an out of province inspection... You would think. When we went to register the dodge the dmv said that the out of province was not done and called the dealership. They said it was not done and they would give us a loaner and pick up the dodge the following day so they could do the out of province inspection . Okay great, but when they came to drop off the loaner my girlfriend was jumping in my truck to go to town to pick something up and the guy dropping off the loaner said 'oh well you don't need the keys for the loaner' then and took her keys and left. I had to call into work and say I would not be coming in... I have a 10 month old daughter and would not leave my girlfriend stranded with my daughter at home as we live half an hour from the nearest town.. What a horrible dealership I will not be dealing with these guys again .

Worst Mitsubishi Dealership in Edmonton!
Dealt with a Sales woman who was very knowledgeable, but that is where it stopped, the manager that came out to talk to us about a vehicle I wanted to purchase, had confused the car I was looking at with a different vehicle.
So even after he corrected himself, he was unable to clarify certain fixes that needed to be done, and just kept repeating certain information that he still was confusing about another vehicle.
The Manager we spoke with was rude, and very self centered. He was more concerned with showing people (Customers & sales staff) his new vehicle. Than trying to set up anyone else in a vehicle that they wanted.
After some thinking we came back to finalize the sale, do you think that this MANAGER had any time for customers?
(Nope), he didn't even come back over to the table, instead he sent the saleswoman back with an offer, that was a slap in the face, we took it as our time and money was not good enough for this Manager.
But I am glad it didn't work out here, as I have currently found my dream vehicle, and I feel good that I didn't get into a vehicle from this lot.
Most of the vehicles were dirty and had construction waste all over them. I do understand that they are cleaned when you buy them, but they didn't look to appealing.
***The Repair sheet that was presented, had all costs hidden, with N/C at the end of the cost line on the invoice, at other locations they show you the actual dollar amount put into said vehicle. ***

During our car shopping, my husband and I were served professionally by Luis Reyes, Sales Consultant and Cris Reyes, General Manager. They both offer friendly, courteous and helpful services. West Side Mitsubishi is definitely the car dealership that I would recommend to others.
I already knew which vehicle I wanted as I walked into the dealership. Sam Albanna had a brand new test vehicle ready, 2014 Lancer SE AWC. He came with us along for the test drive, answering all questions at length.
When it was time to crunch some numbers, he was upfront and tried to get me the best deal. Sam was professional and friendly, and could answer any questions I had about the vehicle in detail. 5 stars well earned.
Trade in time....
There is a big difference between a trade-in value and private sale amount. To my disbelief, and as promised by Sam over the phone, I received an excellent trade-in value. Let's say it was on the heels of a private sale. The manager, Bill Zahr approved this without me negotiating. Like Sam, Bill was professional, friendly and knows the vehicles well.
Not being pushy, understanding what I was looking for, and giving a good deal gets them 5 stars. I look forward to buying my first-ever, brand new vehicle from them.
Low pressure environment, courteous staff, great variety, and excellent presentation indoors. I did not purchase a vehicle from this dealership, but I would certainly entertain the idea and suggest it to others. It would actually be one of the first stops for me in the Northern Alberta region. My experience was with the internet sales manager, Evan. All of the staff was polite and helpful, but Evan was able to go that extra step to ensure that regardless if you purchased or not, you were happy when you left the dealership. If you want detailed information of anything on the lot, all of the sales staff seemed great, but Evan is top notch. Thorough in his knowledge (I would throw the word "specialist" out there to describe the passion and familiarity with the Lancer models in particular), I would highly recommend the West Side Mitsubishi dealership, the sales staff, and the internet manager, Evan (in particular). High praise to them in my eyes.
