Just had an amazing experience with Mercedes Saskatoon, particularly with Zane from the service department. We are actually from Regina, and drove up to Saskatoon for the day when we ran into an unexpected issue with our vehicle once we arrived into the city. Zane went above and beyond to accommodate us and get our vehicle looked at promptly, even though we showed up completely unexpected. He was even gracious enough to lend us a vehicle so that we could still get our errands and appointments in the city completed, while they assessed the issue for us. Once the problem was resolved, Zane took the time to fully explain to us what had happened and make sure we would be safe to get back on the road home to Regina. I really can't express how much we appreciated the service we received, and would 100% recommend the Saskatoon service department to anyone else! Thank you!!

Polite people but the experience was horrible, turn in my van to re code key and I received it after 5 hours with no remote start, they needed to disable the remote start but instead they cut all the wires and pulled out, going in for a $80 for re coding and came out with an almost $500 bill, I guess they gave me the whole "dealer" experience!!. Again, they are polite but not honest, 3 hours to cut 5 wires seems to be a lot of time to me.

Left my Mercedes there for an out of province inspection as I got it from Mercedes Benz Heritage Valley. What I got in return was completely shocking. It was dirty all over and had bird waste on the back bumper. The differences between both the dealerships are immense. I was planning on doing all the service at the MB Saskatoon but now I’ll surely rethink about it

Edit: service department called and offered to clean my car. I’m really not the kind of person who’d scrutinize small details and post negative review. Thanks for your prompt response over my issue.

Dropped off my far three weeks ago. During this period of time they've NEVER answered my phone nor called me back. Left messages everyday however haven't heard anything from them yet for TWO WEEKS. That's how this dealership treats their customers... very disappointed. I wish I could rate 0...

I took a company vehicle in to the service department last week. We were having an issue with the sliding door. Due to the nature of our business we needed the vehicle back ASAP. I made the team aware and by 10 am (we dropped it off the night before) the door was repaired, the vehicle had been cleaned on all the surfaces that could transfer you know what, and we were back to work. It is this kind of service during these kind of times that sets a company apart. Thank you to Bryce, Stewart, and the whole team you made our week.

These people are very good at lying and cheating. I have been waiting for my vehicle's allocation for a year and half. I was NO.6 in the whole waiting list and they just keep pushing me back of the list. Today I was told there are still 8 people before me. There are more people before me after some deliveries and 1.5 years, can you belivev it?! I have all the email and massage history and will definitely report this to MB Canada. I have had some issues with this dealership (sales and service) in the past, but after meeting Miguel, all my anxieties were washed away with his charm and friendly dealings. I am sure I am going to purchase my next vehicle with no other than Miguel if I go for a Mercedes car. I am not easy to be pleased; I am a hard bargainer and I insist on my terms. It is not easy to deal with a customer like me, but then it is their job to satisfy their customers. (I have a harder job than theirs: I personally see 30 -40 "customers" a day, and almost every other "customer" is difficult to deal with, and yet I have to show my highest courtesy, respect and good manners.
The only concern I have is I am not qualified for a free loaner when I bring my car for service or otherwise, (even though I live 150 km away), because I bought my S450 from another dealership outside of Saskatoon.

They also are willing to fix a tear in my seat for free which I completely did not except but I appreciate so very much! Our shop called 6 times in total in the last two weeks to get quote on parts for 4 different cars, got hang up 3 times and waited more than half an hour then i hang up myself twice. Only 1 call actually went through, then the guy on the phone said he will call back after but never did.

Ended up having to talk our customer into ordering after market parts for all of those vehicles. Because we cannot even get to the dealer's parts department.

My Sprinter van broke down about 150kl from Saskatoon and I had it towed all the way to the Mercedes dealership. They are really the only ones equipped to handle the Sprinter engine, and I couldn't have been happier with the service I received.
They spent hours with my van, taking it apart and really investigating what the problem might be. Their diligence paid off, and they discovered a rare and challenging issue, one that didn't even appear as a dashboard indicator light. But rather than just tell me the problem, they took pictures, as well as the time to explain exactly what was going on. I really trust their mechanics. I felt like I wasn't being conned in any way. Quite a relief in a strange city with little options. But this review wouldn't actually be complete without a shout out to the women at the front desk. I sat at the dealership for two days, waiting for some kind of news about what was going on with the van, and without anywhere to go. I live out of that van. I sleep in that van. I am on tour, and I know no one in Saskatoon. They were so kind to me - and really made me feel welcome. I do not fit in well at a Mercedes dealership. I am a touring artist from Portland, Oregon. I ooze hippy. I tracked mud into the showroom. I combed the rats out of my hair in the lobby. I drank many cups of the fancy customer coffee. And it was lovely. I felt really well taken care of by these ladies. They gave me advice, they commiserated, they made sure I had a ride to the airport when it was finally clear that I was going to have to leave the van in Saskatoon for a spell. They were great company, and I'm so grateful for their generous customer service. If I ever have the means to buy a Mercedes, that's where I would go.

This is the worst mercedes-benz location ever. I hope to never ever need to go there for anything my experience with them was horrible and if you have any reason to have your car serviced here RUN. Regina location is so awesome ask for Kelly she is very nice and has good customer service skills. Unprofessionalism is the middle name of this location. We had a flat tire on our way to Saskatoon and had to get our tires here they were trying to sell us 4 of there tires after telling us we needed 2 tires changed when only one tire needed changing. Again don't use this place if you can avoid it.

I had an emergency request to this MB place about Def failure codes in my Sprinter. Service advisor named I believe Tony said I have to leave my vehicle there codes reading. My MB mechanic in Chicago would laugh on this but I was 1300 miles away from his MB shop dealing with "no clue" Tony. I gave up on this MB place.
