I have had an amazing experience with Mercedes-Benz Regina. Right from the buying experience of getting my first Benz and dealing with the service department there after. Recently, I drove down from Saskatoon on probably one of the coldest days of the year just for my service appointment. When I arrived, they were quick on getting me set up with a loaner and once I told them I drove from Saskatoon, they got me back on my way rather quickly in my freshly washed and serviced vehicle so I wasn't driving into the evening. The guys were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable!! Whether I reach out to the salesman, Dan, the Sales Manager, Andrew or the service department, they answer any questions I have and overall they have been excellent to deal with!
I’m a Porsche guy myself but I now own two of the Mercedes vans and they have been great, service has been great! Good dealership to deal with.
I always receive fantastic service. Andrew and his team always go the extra mile to see that all my needs are met. I can’t say enough great things about them!
Absolutely horrendous service. A few months after purchasing a supposed “luxury” brand vehicle as Mercedes claims to be the brakes started squealing everytime I applied them. Took the car in and they claim it’s to be expected from “high performance” brake pads. I was told to do some hard braking everytime I leave my house and that should minimize the noise. Are you kidding me? That’s the solution from the Service Manager. Was also told it’s just an annoyance I’d have to live with. They refused to do anything else and then completely dismissed me. This will be my first and last Mercedes! Anyone want to buy my car? Will sell for cheap if you can handle the annoyance from ridiculously loud squealing brakes everytime you touch the brakes. Mercedes you can do better and should be ashamed!!!
One of the best experiences purchasing a vehicle we've ever had. Andrew and the team at MB Regina were fantastic to deal with. Courteous and efficient in all aspects. We highly recommend them.

I'm sharing my experience with a fellow by the name of Marcus. This is for other customers whom expect more from a premium dealership like Mercedes-Benz of Regina.
This will hopefully prevent the circumstances from happening again.
I would like to provide a negative star rating or even a "0" based on what would be my overall dealership experience. Unfortunately I can't as "1" is the lowest you can score an experience with Google.
My comment in short:
If you value pride of ownership (Dealership Principal FYI - Didn't even return our email/concern) or being treated like you are a valued customer; being provided the service level that you would expect from a reputable Mercedes-Benz dealer then this is definitely "not" the place for you to be shopping for your next vehicle.
If I provided this same customer experience I received from Marcus to my own customers, I would likely be out of business. I'm really surprised Mercedes-Benz Regina has not had more complaints.
When there are so many other choices now a days; you go the extra mile Marcus. You stay a half hour longer to make your out of province customer happy with the buying experience he expects buying your product from a premium dealer such as yourself.
What you don't do is blow them off, then make it out to be not such a big deal - That is poor character.
Next to a purchase of a home Marcus, luxury vehicles are the second largest purchase people make - I myself will now think twice about Mercedes-Benz of Canada after my recent experience.
"BEST OR NOTHING" those are the words the entire brand is supposed to stand for.
To the dealership management team, Marcus was very reluctant to even provide me the principal's contact details/email address or direct message/voicemail in order to follow up and make a complaint.
I took my vehicle for maintenance service and they dont have shuttle service, thats terrible! other car company still have transport service in the midst of pandemic. Where's your "best or nothing" slogan?
Absolutely amazing customer service from Dan, Marcus and the rest of the Mercedes team. Provided very honest and thorough information about their vehicles. Came in looking for options, but walked out with a brand new GLC 300 within a few days. Will definitely be going back for future purchases. Highly recommend!

Dan is helpful and very friendly. He makes you feel comfortable and leave the space for you to express opinion. Unlike many agents I have met, he is the guy who understands where his customer are coming from and why they hold unique opinion, like me. He made me feel comfortable to express disagreements. I think the best customer service is also letting your customer have this comfort. Being persuasive is good, but this guy knows when to not be, and when to be. He definitely is the guy to see if visiting this location.
Andrew and Dan made the purchasing of our new SUV hassle free and easy especially during this difficult time. Andrew was quick at replying to emails and was able to get us the exact SUV we wanted even though our list was very specific and Dan walked through all the features of how to use it perfectly.

Absolutely exemplar customer service. The staff at the service desk went above and beyond to reconcile an issue that was caused by another mechanic shop. They have even turned down my offer to charge me more for services since they had to inspect the car twice. I do not remember the last time I was impressed on this level with a dealership service department. This experience has me strongly considering staying with Mercs as my vehicles from now on.
Andrew Kuski was an absolute delight to deal with. He was well informed about all of the vehicles to a level of detail I have never experienced with any other sales persons, in any industry. I came back to edit this review because I don't think I did enough justice. I am super-inpressed with the service that continues to be first-class even after the sale. Dan, you're truly THE man! Dan has been upfront and honest about all the details of the sales and service process, and has ensured that we are fully informed at all times. As I said before, normally excellent service ends once the sale is made but this has not been the case. Dan has followed up with us and ensured that we are fully taken care of at all times (not to mention helping mu wife to pull off the surprise of a lifetime! 😊🙌🙌 ). We were so inpressed that we got a second vehicle! And my kids are already looking forward to the time they will be able to get theirs too! Dan, thanks for being awesome, man! Excellent customer services! Everyone there is so customer oriented. I rarely find this level of excellence in any other company. Especially my sales advisor Dan! Have dealt with a few car dealerships over the years and it would be an understatement to say dealing with Mercedes-Benz Regina was hands down the best experience me and my family has ever had. We were in the market for a used car and wasn’t 100% sure if we can find a good appraisal on our trade-in. Not only did we get what we were expecting on our trade-in but were in a “new” used car in no time. Props to Marcus for being a swell guy and for introducing us to our salesman Dan the man!!!! Dan catered to all our needs, answered all our questions and just made us feel good about the whole deal. Even after the sale went down, he hooked us up with a few minor fixes on the car. Nice to have a salesman who puts your needs above anything else in a sale. This place is very friendly and down to earth (don’t let the people dressed like they’re attending the oscars intimidate you). Our experience was so good, we’re in the process of purchasing a new vehicle from them. Highly recommended! Needless to say, look for Dan the Man! He’s my favourite salesman, but don’t just take my word for it, go check them out.
Great experience. Dan was my salesman and he helped me navigate the purchase of a 2016 Toyota Rav4. As mentioned in other reviews, Dan knew his stuff on the vehicle despite is not being a Mercedes. I had a slight misunderstanding with regard to final cost and when brought to the dealership's attention, they reconciled everything to my version of the misunderstanding without any hassle. I always appreciate a dealership ready to work with me.

They have the answer on every question I asked about the CLA 250 4matic coupe which I bought on an awesome deal. MB Regina has the best customer service I received from all the dealership I visited in the city. You'll get to feel as a very important person.
