We were looking for a luxury SUV specifically for GLC43 AMG. After talking to Alexandra Tomulescu we decided to come to the dealership in St Catharines.
Alexandra explain everything about this car, took us for a ride and was explaining everything in details. She is very intelligent, polite, very patient and very helpful.

Performance Mercedes has gone downhill since the new owners have taken over. The best people, like Glen in Service, are gone and the new style of customer service is like dealing with a bunch of money grubbers. My wife just bought a certified E-Class within this past year and because of Covid 19 has driven very little. The service notice came on and my wife brought it in for service. Remember, it's been almost a year, and they wanted $1000.00 for service A. She was told she needed new spark plugs, transmission fluid change, brake fluid etc. This was all BS of course. How does a Certified Used car suddenly need new spark plugs, transmission fluid change etc?

This is not the Performance Mercedes-Benz that John Mann and Cam Champion built up with good honest service and customer care. I'd switch to BMW but the new people own that as well and from what I hear the same problems exist there as well. We will be looking for a new dealership.

From Start to Finish, simply amazing experience!

Our experience started during the peak of the pandemic, so we were very apprehensive about buying a new car. Dan (manager) went out of his way to help us find the right car for us with absolutely zero pressure. What an amazingly kind and genuine person. Once we had found the potential car for us that met all of our specifications, we arranged a social distance meeting at the dealership with Kyle. Upon entering the dealership we were greeted with open arms and great smiles (behind masks of course!). The reception was very genuine and warm, and Kyle greeted us with his enthusiastic and relaxed manner. Due to social distancing, they entrusted us to drive the car alone, with zero pressure. After we agreed to buy, we met Shobhit (Finance Manager). Shobhit, like his colleagues, was incredibly genuine and welcoming, with absolutely zero pressure sales for added extras. He was incredibly informative and supportive.

Since the purchase, Kyle in particular has been incredible. Kyle will not rest it seems until everything is perfect. We found a small issue after the purchase and Kyle (and team) went beyond expectations to completely solve them and ensure we were absolutely nothing but 100% happy.

I cannot express fully how much I recommend this dealership. They made a potentially anxious experience fun, relaxing and an absolute pleasure. We will be returning to replace our older car! Thank you Performance Mercedes!

Never again to this place. Very disappointed with everything there from service to sales to customer care. I purchased twice from them and now I regret it. If you are looking for average quality of after sale go for it but defiantly not to luxury car level. They can deal with basic stuff but when it comes to slight complicated issues forget it. My car was in the dealer and I asked to fix my sensors and parking assistance , they said it is the dint on your bumper. Did not even to look exactly where the problem is. I fixed the bumper and still the same issue. I went to fix the brake and right after I got warning active break assistance not working. Now I am on my own with this pandemic situation no pick up no wait in the shop. I am stuck and simply they do not care. Better to find another dealer.

I was extremely impressed with Kyle Datzkiw at Performance Mercedes. I sent a request about a pre-owned Audi RS5 and Kyle phoned me back Immediately. I traded in an 11 year old BMW that has been a sentimental favourite in my family. Kyle was extremely honest, but aware that assessing its value was a matter of pride for me. We had to communicate over phone and email as I live in Toronto, but I ended up putting in an offer that same day, subject to inspection of the cars. Kyle went the extra mile to fix some curb damage on the rims on the RS5 and was very communicative and responsive during the period between putting in the offer and inspecting the cars. On the day I picked up the car Kyle and everyone at the dealership was extremely professional and friendly. We ended up inspecting the cars, doing all the paperwork in a little over an hour. Bought my first Mercedes from this location. I didn't haggle on the price, I was just happy to purchase a car I had worked hard to save up for.

I've just nearly surpassed 60,000km and have had to replace 3 different tires. $450+ each time. I appreciate that some vehicles have problems, regardless of price, make, age etc.— however what is most concerning, above all else, is the complete lack of integrity and the subpar service I've received. "We don't make the tires", to me, isn't an answer that is by any means helpful or emblematic of any care or compassion. I hate resorting to posting negative comments on a social platform, but I will truly find solace if this can hopefully prevent at least one person from making the same mistake I made.

Unfortunately, the excellent service we received from Nick in sales did not follow through in our service experience.

Mercedes is not responsive to the dealership. We had a part replaced a year ago break again and the dealership can not get a reply from the manufacturer in terms of honouring the warrantee. They asked me to start at ground zero with customer service and provided the general 1-800.

Ryan in service reception has been very sweet but there is not much he can do and perhaps our business is just not that important?

Not all of the service reception team is as customer orientated as Ryan.

Not the experience in service I would expect.

I am disappointed with the product, the manufacturers integrity and lack of responsiveness.

I was starting to loose faith in the Mercedes brand due to poor customer service with the two local dealerships to me.

Wait times for servicing and loaner vehicle availability is a joke at the other Mercedes dealerships.

I’m so beyond impressed with performance Mercedes because they not only got my vehicle in quickly, they fixed it right, The first time. They even came to my doorstep to pick it up and drop off a loaner vehicle!!! WOW

I’m completely amazed! I didn’t even buy my Mercedes at their dealership. And they still truly rolled out the red carpet.

I've been having a long ongoing problem with my transmission, the car would be happy with just turning the car off and on. Well it finally quit after 4 years in my garage. That is terrible, because the car locked itself out from being moved. I sent a message to the best sales guy (Nick Smolak) I know on a Sunday, and he responded and got the best service manager to plot a course for getting me out of this jam. CAA already threw their hands up on removing a car from a garage, Glen the service manager got the right stuff to my house and got my car out and brought it to their shop for repair. Diagnosis was quick, it was expensive but not as expensive as I thought considering I've been riding a broken horse for 4 years. I got a loaner vehicle to take care of the loss of service, and everything was finished within the week, parts arrived, vehicle fixed, vehicles exchanged.

Some of the worst services I have ever received. They were two weeks late on delivery of a used car, which isn't a huge deal. But they kept telling us it would be ready the next day. So my wife and I would make arrangements and they would keep making excuses. Very poor communication. Two rims were sent out to be fixed when getting them back Rob from sales said he refinished the rims himself and didn't realize until I got home that he took the finish off the rims. Treated my wife and I like second class citizens. Kept saying things like "well it's a 2010 what do you expect" (2010 C300 with only 78,000kms) Picked up the car and someone at the dealership blew the rear speaker, which wasn't blown when we test drove the car. If there was a negative score I could give I would. I will never return to this dealership or recommend anyone going there. I have bought many cars and never received such poor services or have been treated in such a condescending manner. Thumbs down to performance Mercedes.
UPDATE: After getting the speaker repaired, they let the car a disaster, there was boot prints all over the back seat and a boot scuff mark on the back of the centre council. they never cleaned up the mess in the trunk Also the oil change was not done as promised. The service oil light came on only after 15 days of owning the car and come to find out the brakes were not done either as we were told they were new.
Words can not express how disappointing and concerning this is. Was told by Rob from sales today that the dealership doesn't do oil changes or detail used cars and what do I expect from buying a 2010 car.
