DONT GIVE YOUR MONEY! I had paid two years ago when I first bought my car to have a spare key done for the car. They told me that my key was done so we picked it up and thought it was fine, come to find out that two years later - the key doesn't even work.... We had called Edwards Mazda and asked them about it, come to find out they didn't even program the key and didn't even tell us the key had to be programmed. So we asked for our key to be programmed than and its almost $150 more!

Absolutely sick to my stomach witnessing the videos of a car fire on Boundary Road. My nephew bought that car from your dealership a month ago. He could've been killed! It never should've been sold in the shape it was. How on earth it passed a safety is mind boggling. He deserves a FREE brand new car! It also sickened me to give you one star, you deserve zero!!

Went in to trade my truck for a used vehicle they had on the lot.after the salesman went to have a chat with peewee Herman to see how much they could get away with They offered me 6K less than blue book value saying “it’s hard to sell a truck like that people don’t want them” it’s a ram Ecodiesel. Not really sure what he was going on about. Truck runs fine with 2 years of factory warranty left. They just wanted it for nothing. And wasn’t willing to budge on the overpriced vehicle I was looking at. I’ve heard it before about this place and not I know first hand Nothing but crooks.

I do not recommend buying a car from this dealership. Horrible costumer service, if your vehicle goes in for a service it will probably come back damaged. Make sure you check your car inside and out folks before sending it there. I am missing brackets and bolts. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous I would not send me worst enemy there.

Made an appointment for (quote): "Winter tire change and regular servicing".

Tires were in the car, and I confirmed when I arrived that the tires would be done. I was assured there would be no problem.

When I got the car back I asked if there were any problems, I was told no.

Out of paranoia I checked my tires - they had no been changed at all (though apparently they were rotated).

The explanation was that "because your tires weren't on rims, it would have taken extra time to change them". That's kind of understandable I guess (though remember half the reason for my appointment was to put the tires on).

What boggles my mind, though, is that they didn't bother to either ask if the extra time was okay, or even to tell me that they couldn't put my tires on. If it wasn't for my checking, I might've driven the whole winter without knowing. Makes you wonder what other stuff they didn't bother to inform you about.

If I could give zero stars I would this place deserves a negative rating. took our new 2020 dodge ram to their carwash in Pembroke...went through the automated wash, we weren't in their for even a few minutes when we heard something hit the side of our truck, 3-4 times the wand hit the back end of our truck leaving a small dent on our $1200 bumper -- called immediately after we got out and spoke to a women on the phone who chuckled and said their machines are programmed to go around vehicles so it was unlikely that it hit and "okay so what would you like me to do about it" after getting home we noticed a small dent in our bumper and some scuff marks from where the wand was hitting...we took our truck for them to look at and Roger told us there is no way their machines could dent our bumper, when we told him our truck is new with zero dents he laughed, smirked and again said there's no way our car wash would dent your bumper.

the lack of professionalism and arrogance is unbelievable. I knew as soon as that number we called said Edwards Mazda it was going to be a joke. stay far away from anything to do with this company.

We've been servicing our vehicles here since our move to the area in 2013. We had a used Mazda 3 and even though we didn't purchase it from here, they always treated us like a loyal customer. The staff are always knowledgeable, honest and transparent. We also had a second vehicle, when we moved to the area, a 2012 Ford F150. It continued to be serviced with Ford due to our purchased maintenance package. Mazda always offered a better service and customer experience than any Ford dealer. Therefore, when the maintenance package expired, our F150 was also brought to Edward's for all service and regular maintenance. Due to the exceptional treatment we received from Ethan and his team, when we decided to upgrade our Mazda 3 in 2017, we knew we had to give the sales department an opportunity. The sales team also surpassed our expectations. We purchased a brand new CX-5 with the help of Jamie Hawkins and Jamie Holmes. Both were honest and never pressured us in any way. We found the buying process very smooth and efficient. Edward's continued to service our vehicles and treat us the same way they did the first day we became a customer. We've always felt valued and for that reason, we continue to support them and have now purchased our second new vehicle through them. Our CX-5 was traded for a 2021.5 CX-9. We appreciate everything they do to make us feel like our business matters. Price does sell, but service goes a long way in keeping your customers happy. High praise to the whole team at Edward's.

I have not had great experiences here. Lack of compliance with masking/public health measures was my first concern a few months ago. This week, I needed to have my summer tires put on. I was storing them at the dealership. When picking up my car, I was told there was a cut in the sidewall of one of my summer tires and that it was "probably fine for 50k". Then I was asked to sign something that said it was unsafe. This raised a lot of questions for me, but I was also concerned as to how this happened. I guess in hindsight, it could have been damaged from a pothole (which isn't a stretch when you're living in Pembroke). I was frustrated that this wasn't caught when my tires were changed in the fall. I checked with another mazda dealership that confirmed the tire tread is inspected for wear before storing, and I feel this should have been caught. I was really confused as to why they went ahead and put the damaged tire on without notifying me, and I also hadn't had the opportunity to see it yet. After I looked at the tire, and had someone else look at it, it was determined to be too unsafe to continue driving on. Ultimately, when I called them back I was able to get a tire replacement ordered in and put the following day, and they did not charge me for the install (which is why I put 2 stars instead of 1). I am thankful for the staff that made this happen, and helped me get this dealt with sooner rather than later.

More like a used car lot. Once they got your money they can't get rid of you fast enough. Service Dept seems very unhappy. This dealer ship will never see me again. Very dissatisfied with the service. Bought a brand new $30, 000 plus car with extended service package a couple years ago. Brought it in for oil change and brakes about 2-3 hours of work. So I asked if I could get a loaner to drive 3km to king burger on the same road to have a burger and wait for the service to be finished. Not only would they not give me a loaner the 3 staff members that were standing there doing what seemed to be very little (12:30pm) didn’t offer me a drive either! Then acted like I didn’t exist!
After giving up the loaner idea I then Went to sit and wait for 3 hours in the sad cubby hole under the stairs they call the waiting area. I notice I wasn’t even able to access internet from my phone and the tv was nothing but static. So I was pretty upset at this point and limped out of the service area because I have a sciatic back problems. They all watched me limp out and walk to king burger. So I had to take a cab back to the dealer ship that the “car was bought from!” (More money down the drain) because they don’t give two hoots about you after they take your money!!!! And You just keep on having to pay for service even with the extended warranty and service. Now I have to take half a day off work and pay for cabs to get my car serviced so I don’t have to sit under the stairs and watch static on the television for 3 hours...
All the happy songs you hear on the radio are all Lies....

Would defiantly not recommend!! They cant deliever what is promised! When confronted with the issue they basically said theyd get back to me and just never bothered. A year of bugging for what was promised in my contract and was told it slipped through the cracks. Then they said it would be handled immediately.. When I turned down a new car instead surprise surprise.. They still havent called me. Once they get your money they no longer care. I wont be buying anything from Edwards Mazda again and will be discouraging everyone I know from buying from there. Such a rip-off.. Dont waste your time.

They ruined my life. They signed all of my ex partners debt and finances into my name and put the ownsership in his name, meanwhile they reassured me the bank loan was not going into my name. It was not fun finding out my life was over and I’d never recover from this. My ex partner was happy, and everyone knew what they were doing except for me whom was lied to. So I do recommend you sign or trust anything at this place.

Just had my winter tires put on that I bought from Edwards Mazda, when I bought my car.
I Found out that Edwards Mazda Mechanics put 1 tire on the rim backwards.

The tires are directional !!!!

Also just had an oil change done by Edwards Mazda and was told that everything else on my car looks good!

I just discovered my rear brakes and rotors need to be replaced ASAP !!!!

Horrible. I bought a new car from them and they never told me I had to have the brakes serviced. All four brakes were seized and I had to buy all new rotors. I wasn't the only one to get screwed. When the guy was telling me about the brakes needing to be serviced, another customer just bought a new car and never was told to get them serviced either! I've brought my car in for oil changes and check up and was never advised to fix my brakes.

Spent 30,000 plus on a jeep. Got payments of 800 a month. Rear calipers seized both sides, rear pads rotten, adjusters seized. Service dept will not come good for it. Shouldnt have passed safety. Poor customer service dept. This has been the second vehicle, and the last vehicle I ever buy. If you buy a vehicle from here I urge you to have it looked at by another mechanic before you buy it.
