Completely unprofessional and the story is not over yet...

So, on August 9th, me and my husband came to buy a vehicle, after negotiating a deal we choose Mazda 3 Sport Graphic Mica color. The dealer asked us to make a deposit, and told us not to worry. On Saturday, August 11th I got a call from them confirming that I was approved for a loan and that a sales person will call me back on Monday and will tell me when can I pick up my vehicle. So, today is August 17th, Friday - NOT A SINGLE CALL, NOT A SINGLE FOLLOW UP from them. We had to call the dealership EVERY DAY and were given false promises " I'll let you know in an hour", "Tomorrow we'll contact you". So on Thursday evening I sent an email asking to cancel the contract and requested to refund my deposit. No wonder, there was no answer.... Ok, Friday morning around 10 am I called General Manager and he confirmed over the phone that he received my email and was going to reply within an hour. Nothing... Finally at twelve I drove to the dealership and asked to speak with a General Manager. "he has an appointment, will be here in an hour" Ok, fine.. After 40 minutes he finally showed up, after brief conversation he told me that he needs Owner authorization to cancel contract and refund me money, and is going to call me Monday. Honestly I dont believe a thing, so I guess the next step will be Legal action.
VERY disappointed with a lack of service and follow up

Their service and accessories prices seem to be quite reasonable. They are not pushy and don't try to sell you anything in their service department. So far quite pleased. Haven't had a chance to deal with sales folks, so not sure about that, but service has been good so far.

I had terrible service at Erin Mills Mazda...TWICE! I just could not go back there again so I found DIRECT MAZDA and what a difference. These guys saved me over $200 in a service bill that Erin Mills tried to jam me for!!! It's nice to finally deal with an honest dealership like Direct Mazda. In fact my wife will now bring her Honda here as well.
