Justin at Morrey Mazda is the man! Great Service, A++. Saw a used car which I liked and so booked an appointment through their website. They had just received the car but agreed to have it ready for showing on the weekend. The car was waiting at the entrance when we arrived. Justin was very knowledgeable about the car and the previous owner, and answered all the questions we had. The purchase process was very quick and transparent, and we were out the door with a new car in about an hour. Highly recommended. Will be back again!

My experience with the service dept has been great! I bought a used RX8 and had taken it to a Mazda dealer closer to home, and they had me thinking the process of an engine replacement was going to be at least a month long ordeal. I took a chance after hearing Morrey had done a replacement for someone else last year and drove over from white rock. I went in expecting them to take my info and get back to me.. and I left with a deposit paid and an engine en route with a week delivery estimate! It only took them a few days to swap out my engine for the new one, and the entire process was painless and simple. I felt way more confident leaving there with my new engage than I did leaving my local Mazda after my first oil change.. I’ll definitely be making the hour+ drive out for future service and repairs!

Service advisor mentioned v belt was cracking and pads have 40% left. This inspection was done during the scheduled oil change. They are pretty thorough with this, up sell or not.

So I went ahead changed them with me ham Hands. V belt was cracking fair bit and Front passenger side pads was definitely low for sure. Thanks guys!

The team here was so lovely. When I went to pick up my car, I ended up changing my mind on the colour, and they bent over backwards to get a new car ready and detailed for me while I waited.

The sales team was also very helpful and not the typical back and forth on pricing that most dealerships make you go through. They just gave me the best price.

It is a lovely family owned and operated business and I highly recommend their services.

Be very careful dealing with this dealership. They are not transparent about their pricing at all, and they will waste your time.

I was interested in purchasing one of their demo 2019 Mazda 3s. On their website it says freight and PDI is included (see screenshot)

Makes sense as it’s a used demo vehicle and last year's model.

Despite this being clear on their website, in the finance office, they are telling me freight and PDI is additional. This is over $2,500 more.

That’s not all.

Their website prices are “cash” prices. However it doesn’t say that anywhere on their website. (see screenshot)

The actual price when you are financing is about $2,000 more. Plus the freight and PDI you weren’t expecting too.

Very disappointed by my experience here, and surprised, as they have a good reputation judging by the reviews.

When I pointed out the two discrepancies, they basically said they haven’t really been paying much attention to the website... etc. etc, agreed it was misleading but didn’t offer to do anything.

Lots of excuses and a hastily sketched up piece of paper with lots of numbers on it.

They will try to bamboozle you. Be very wary. And this was dealing with their sales manager.

Are there any honest, and transparent Mazda dealers in Metro Vancouver? The search continues. Hard to believe these sorts of things are still happening at car dealerships in 2020.

Customer Service is superb. Technicians are excellent. I feel they're worth the money spent. However, they recently changed the method by which they share the inspection results with customers - going from an clear and understandable colour paper report, to a bizarre digital dashboard - and for that reason, I feel they miss the full 5-star rating.

I had a very unusual incident that involved my sunroof exploding while I was driving on a mountain highway. Once I returned to the city Kevin, at Morrey Mazda said he would take care of it and gave me a courtesy car to use while my car was being repaired, which took a few days. It turns out it was a small defect in the sunroof track that caused the explosion. Very scary at the time, for me! I found Kevin to be very service oriented and a delight to talk to.

I have been dealing with Morrey Mazda for many years now and have always had excellent service. The service team does only what is required and have my car ready when they say they would. Last week I took it in for an oil change, but also mentioned that my brake pedal was feeling soft. Later on Mike called me to say that it was going to be rather an expensive repair. He took the time to explain exactly what the problem was and what could happen if not resolved. When I came back to pick up my car, I was quite happy to feel that Mike and the Morrey team had treated me in a very professional and honest manner.

First time here now that we’ve moved to the North Shore. Quick turnaround. Easy to get to location. I had called for a basic 40k km service appointment a few days before expecting a delay of a week or more, but I got in two days later for a preferred AM time slot. Vehicle was cleaned inside when I picked it up. Surprised there was no Loyalty Points program though for any service or parts purchases such as the program that Open Road Mazda has. Will consider them for a trade in/buy for a new Mazda when the time comes.

I thought I would give them a second chance. I booked an appointment yet after waiting over one and half hours my car is still not in for an oil change. Just an oil change. I bring my car in here all the time and they are usually pretty quick but this is the second time I have been kept waiting while others drive in half hour after me, they have an oil change and have nails removed from tires and drive away before they even look at my car. This has happened before and I have brought it to their attention but the guy up front denies it. Coincidentally it is the same service desk person.

I took my car in for the VIP oil change. They have bikes with helmet, lock and bike bag you can use while your car is being serviced. There are lots of bike trails close by. My car was very clean and serviced in about an hour. Awesome service. Thanks

I had an engine problem and was unable to operate my Mazda CX-5. I contacted BCAA to have my car towed down to Morrey Mazda of the North Shore. I contacted the Service Department to give them a heads up that my car would arriving on a tow truck. Kevin, the Service Manager, received my phone call and explain that he would try to get my car checked out once it arrives on the site. As it was a Saturday Morning, I felt that my vehicle would be not be inspected until Monday. Kevin texted me to let me know that my vehicle had arrived at the dealership. A few hours later, Kevin called and left me a voice message explaining what happened and that the issue was fixed. I was beyond surprised and extremely happy. I picked up my vehicle the following day.
I have to say a big thank you to Kevin and Service Department for your excellent service and communication!
