Terrible Experience with this dealership. They loved us when we originally leased our SUV with them but treated us like crap when we didn't give them our business when we were finished with our lease. We explained we moved to another town and didn't want to travel all the way to Milton for service. Ford Motor Co. should be thouroughly embarrassed with the representation of this dealership. Beware
Never again will I ever take or call for service at this location. The way you are talked to and the lack of customer service is unbelievable. How can you get a recall for your vehicle call to make an appointment and then told they dont have the parts which is understandable but wait almost 1 1/2months with no call back and when you do call back the attitude from service is we are on 6 month back order and I would of told you that the first time you called. Again the lack of customer service is not acceptable. I called the next closest Ford service department 10km away and guess what I have an appointment this week for my recall that was supposed to be 6 months behind . I can accept waiting what I cannot accept is rudeness and not caring for the customers that help your business thrive.
Went in for a service and Graham, my service advisor was truly amazing. He was caring, understanding and had a great sense of humour. If you need to get your vehicle serviced, Graham will take great care of you!

We purchased a 2020 Mustang from this dealership and Randy was our sales person. Randy went above and beyond. We purchased during the pandemic and Randy brought the vehicle to us for a test drive and then brought it back to us after the purchase. The purchase was smooth and the paperwork was completed efficiently and correctly. We are very happy with our experience!!
I took my fusion in to have the airbag recall done, while it was in I booked and alignment, oil change, had then remount a tire winter tire that had been installed with the incorrect rotation (not installed here), and replaced a tire pressure sensor.
On the appointment day the part for the recall wasn't in. The alignment was done and seems to be correct. The oil change was done. The tire pressure monitor went off again on the drive home. The tire that was mounted incorrectly is still mounted incorrectly.
I was told that I would be called when the part came in for the recall, this was in December of 2019 and I still haven't received a call.
I also booked an appointment to test drive the new Corsair while the service was being done. Unfortunately nobody was in the sales department to help me despite having an appointment. While not frequent new car purchasers my wife and I have bought a new ford every 7-8 year since my first Escort 1991.
My experience here was a real disappointment.
My son recently bought an vehicle from Gallinger and we had a pleasant experience. The sales team was upfront, honest, and courteous. They had a large collection to chose from and good prices on offer. Sema, our salesrep, was helpful and very patient throughout the process.
We plan on returning for vehicle maintenance and hope the good customer service and honesty continues in the future.
The new management at helm these folks are going places and fast. Looking forward to my new ride and strengthening my bonds with the new sherifs in town

Within the last 6 months we have purchased 2 vehicles from Gallinger Ford. The first an F150 which we are thrilled with. Drove it to Arizona and back and enjoyed the ride. Fuel consumption was amazing.

I typically would not take the time to write a review but i feel compelled to share my experience buying my new F150 truck.
I shopped around and was not impressed with the attitudes and tactics of some of the car sales people I dealt with in my search for a F150. I happened to be in Milton one day and stopped into Gallinger Ford and met up with Ahsan. He was straight forward and helpful without being intrusive. If Ahsan Knan is not the best car sales person at this location and every other Ford dealerships I would be surprised. Ashen was not your typical pushy car sales person. He was very patient and paid attention to the my details of my purchase. Ashan even went so far as to pick me up from my house to bring me to my new truck instead of me taking an Uber. At no time did i feel I wasn't in control of my purchase.
I can't say anything about the other sales people at this location but my experience with Ashan was extremely positive.
Just did a deal here for my husband’s company truck. Scott our sales consultant and the owner Dave were absolutely awesome to deal with. They were competitive with their pricing and gave us great service from start to finish. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Ford or a Lincoln! Small town service with a smile!
Recently purchased a 2015 Ford Escape over at the Gallinger Ford. I dealt with Ahsan Khan, the guy was very welcoming right from the start. Super easy guy he helped me pick out the vehicle I wanted. Than shortly after I dealt with the manager Glenn Bricker who worked out the deal that I wanted. I mean this guy bent over backwards to make sure I walked away happy with the amount I was willing to spend.
Two solid guys right there I highly recommend this location. I myself am a skeptic of car dealerships in general. And these guys did not disappoint, I have much more confidence now knowing if there’s any issues, these guys will make sure your taken good care of.

Used the free pick up service that is offered for our vehicle and its been nothing but disappointing. First time we booked you were two hours late, second time you were two hours late and never showed up, we had to call and see what was going on, only to be told by the service department that they could not find us in the system even though we had confirmation email from Hannah. We reached out via email to Hannah to ask what had happened and she never replied, really unprofessional Hannah. The two stars that I did leave are for the super friendly gentleman that works the service counter, great job.

A nice dealership to visit if you are looking for good deals on any Ford vehicles. I was there for a brand new F150 but a previous year's model, so the price was right, but due to their interest rates for this particular vehicle my monthly payments were almost same as a current year new model with extra features; sadly the deal dropped. Overall good experience, their sales person Puru is knowledgeable, very informative, honest, helpful and tried his best to make this deal go through. I noticed that no body from their senior sales team or finance team even bothered to comeover to say hello or even came out to talk to us while we were there. I was there with my wife and son both drove all the way from Oakville so they very well knew we were serious buyers. Other than that, very good experience, a nice place to buy a vehicle.
Imagine buying a limited edition F150 only to get it scratched after getting your truck bed sprayed from the dealership and it gets better, they tell you it's a truck and it will eventually get scratched anyways. I mean, how do you respond to that??? I bought a limited edition not a utility edition Sir!

Great Team- Sunil & Scott. I recently Purchased a 2019 Ford Mustang GT and the whole experience was awesome. They matched the best quoted price without even a question (I was out of their place in 30 mins). Later, I made several changes to my original upgrades and eventually had to re-order the car. Sunil & Scott helped me re-order in spite of 1st car being ordered and will be sitting in their lot . Overall good buying experience- made a good decision of not only buying from local store but also received an excellent customer service.
Slowest place of all time. 3 hours for basic servicing and they didn’t even change my oil it’s black. Terrible. Avoid at all costs. Go to Oakville, Guelph, Kitchener or anywhere but here TRUST ME the mechanics have gone so downhill over the years.

I was looking for 2019 F150 Lariat trim truck. Like any informed customer, I "built" my truck on Ford website and sent that built to different dealerships to solicit a price. I did that with the aim of removing any ambiguity in the pricing whatsoever and to compare apples to apples.
Ray Dunbar and his manager Sunil from Gallinger Ford reached out to me. Their initial offer was $65,675.00 +HST. I let them know that I have been quoted a price of $ 61,872 with free oil changes for lifetime by their competitor. Ray replied to my email, "is the offer you received $61872.00 + HST ONLY for a Cash purchase or with you utilizing the Ford Credit 72 month financing at 0.99%." My reply was "it is with financing". Ray said that they would offer it for $59,900 + HST. I called him to verify the price on phone and specifically told him in the email that I do not want any last minute surprise. He assured me of no surprise and no gimmicks.
My wife and I reached the dealership, went over the built and verified that all the components were listed on the truck order. We met another personnel Richard who took my personal information and we went to his office to go over details of additional warranty options. Richard then informed me that the interest rate is 4.99%. And I was annoyed and surprised at the same time.
Sunil walks back into the office and then starts explaining to me that he can only offer me the truck at a higher price with .99% financing. And, he has no answer for the shady deal and wasting my time.
Sunil guarantees me that no dealership will offer me the truck for the low price of $61,872 even though I have the competitors quote in an email. I ask him if he will be willing to bet to give me 4 oil changes if I get the truck on that quoted price. He informs me that he has worked for 10 years at Yong and Steeles dealership and no way am I getting that price. And when I push for a bet, he changes tactic and says he is not sure of the price and basically chickens out.
No wonder dealerships are often mentioned as "stealerships" and Gallinger Ford is an epitome of the stealership mentality. To future customers, be safe and avoid this dealership. Be careful, very careful in dealing with them.

Absolutely the worst service possible. I got the email invite to come in and trade up. Sent all the information to Tarique at 12:30 pm. He said he would put numbers together and get back to me. I called him back at 5pm and he told me they were very busy. It is not 11pm and still no numbers back. I gues their having a really good day.

Worst experience with a Ford service department in my life!
They had my FORD FUSION in for the same issue on two separate occasions, leaving me without a vehicle for 2 1/2 days. After that, I was still told that they could not find anything wrong (Along with me having to pay a $100.00 deductible for them to do absolutely nothing)
Fast forward to the Canada Day long weekend; we were on our way from Milton, ON to Montreal and the same noise (that I was told multiple times that they could not find anything wrong with) started again, this time even louder than before AND every time we pressed the brake. This whole ordeal ruined my husband's, my friend's and my holiday, all due to the "Ford Trained Technicians" incompetence.
I HIGHLY RECOMMENED NEVER GOING TO THIS DEALER FOR ANYTHING SERVICE RELATED!! Especially since my husband (who is a FORKLIFT technician) located the issue and fixed it within 3 hours.
Just picked up my second vehicle from Gallinger Ford. I made my initial Inquiry on Thursday May 5th and my brand new car was ready to drive off the lot on Friday May 6th. Rob who took care of me is an awesome salesmen. He does not rush or pressure with sales tactics and works pro actively to fit your budget as best he can. Rob takes the time to brief you on the latest features of your vehicle upon delivery and works to make sure you are driving off the lot happy. Vehicle was fully detailed and waxed upon delivery and they did a great job. I could not be happier with my purchase and buying experience. I will be going back to Gallinger Ford for many years to come.

First, Richard Nelson, their Finance & Accessories Consultant, was very thorough in explaining all the options regarding extended warranties and protection plans offered for our car. We totally understood that it is his job to provide the best options to his clients and he made every effort and stride to give the best choices possible. Although we didn't select any extras (due to being on a tight budget), we appreciated the fact that he was not pressuring and accepted our final decision. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and helpful. He really seems to go that extra mile to help and accommodate the clients. Although we didn't spend very much time with Richard, it was a sure pleasure meeting him. His service, time, and patience was overall excellent!
We spent a lot of time with our sales person, Kevin Gallinger, and he was outstanding in every aspect! We have never been to Gallinger Ford Lincoln before and initially we were not looking forward to the "negotiation process" at all. However, from the very start, the whole experience became very relaxing with an EASY feel to it - thanks to Kevin. He is not a pressuring sales person at all - we became very comfortable with him. He answered all of our questions, showed us so many features of the car and was so down-to-earth with his overall attitude and personality. It was as if we had known him as a friend for years and years. He gave us a very generous trade-in offer for our previous car and an added discount. We felt we got an amazing deal, from Kevin, on the Ford Fusion as well. Kevin is a person who definitely "crosses his T's and dots his I's" - very diligent in his work in so many ways. He told us that a part had to be installed in the car which was the very first thing that he mentioned when he first met us. We appreciated his upfront honesty. He also said that the part would be installed on a certain date - which is was! Everything that we discussed and agreed to at first - Kevin came through and stood by his word 100%. So, when we arrived on the pickup date to get the Fusion - everything was done with no issues or surprises. Kevin was beyond exceptional and we would definitely buy another vehicle from him in the future. This has been the best experience in buying a vehicle - ever! No exaggerations about this at all. It is actually shocking in a way to find this great customer service within a society that has many sales and services that just "aim to make the sale" with no care or consideration to the customers. I recently purchased a 2010 Ranger and I cannot be more satisfied. The salesman Rob was very informative and helped me get into a car that I did not think that I could afford. Richard the finance manager was just as helpful by sorting out all my very affordable monthly payments. The service is also remarkable.
