My husband and I were looking for a new vehicle for me. I knew what I was looking for, and several dealerships in Lethbridge had a Ford Escape on their website. Turned out many websites weren’t updated, and these cars were no longer available.

We saw a gorgeous Escape on College Ford’s site. Not getting our hopes up too high, we showed up, and there it was. The next day James the Finance Manager booked an appointment for me to take a test drive.

I met with Ray, one of the Sales Specialists, and took the suv for a drive. I fell in love with the car, and with Ray’s personable disposition. I had found the winner.

Ray was super to deal with - real - friendly - honest. Some pretty big kudos to this guy.

If you’re looking for a car - go see Ray first. If they have it, he’s the guy you want to buy from hands down.

James was also great in explaining all of the additional coverage and extended warranties that you might want, and helped me contact my insurance company to get new pink slips emailed immediately.

The dealership itself needs work and front end needs someone more personable as I had to greet them and make conversation rather than them helping us.

Don’t go here if you’re a person of colour. My husband and his friend went to fix their car and while they were waiting around. They were attacked by the workers there with sticks and accused them of trying to steal a car even after they explained they were waiting to pick up a car they still kept accusing them to trying to steal a car. And nobody came back to apologize the entire time they were there waiting to pick up the car until they left. I’m sure if they had guns they would have shot them. If they weren’t people of colour I’m sure they wouldn’t have immediately jumped to that conclusion. Zero stars.

I traded my ford fusion hybrid in for a 2017 Ford Escape. Our salesman Troy was exceptional and is exceptional bending over backwards to help.
I bought over the phone which was a bit stressful as I usually view and test drive car. There were a few expectations I had
1. All paint chips repaired as there were too many to count, I was given a supply of touch up paint when asked.
2. All aspects of car to be in working order- tire pressure sensors didn’t work(repaired), heated seat when using ford pass did not work and still does not work. Will repair at later date and is on record.
3. I have a vibration under my floorboards that is of concern, I’ve had to take my car back with no result. Troy has assured me it will be looked again next week when I am in town as I’m out of town.

Overall my experience is positive and I would return to buy again from college ford and Troy. Next time I will view and drive car before buying

We came in for the passenger airbag recall and unexpectedly had a problem with the car the day before. College Ford Lincoln performed the recall as a booked appointment but also checked out the problem and rectified it while the car was at their premises, thus saving another appointment.

We needed a wheel alignment and were able make an appointment. Dropped of the Escape at noon and requested that it be ready by 3:30. Picked up the SUV at 3:30 and the work had been completed and on top of that we got in on the $89.99 special. We truly appreciate the fact that the job was completed on time, in the past we have been at other dealerships in Lethbridge and when we returned to pick up our car the work hadn't even been started and they wanted us to leave it over-night so that it could be completed on the next day.

Yesterday at 1:30 PM, I took my F150 to College Ford Quick Lane for summer tire rotation, new wiper blades, servicing, and a recall notice regarding the block heater cord. On arrival, I received excellent service from Mandy and Henry. My vehicle was ready for pickup by 3:30. I very much appreciated the courtesy ride home provided by John, and return to College Ford when the job was completed. On picking up my vehicle, John Van Dyk fully explained what was done and the results of the Report Card examination of my truck. All and the work done on my vehicle is very satisfactory, and I am very pleased with the service at Quick Lane College Ford.

An excellent experience all round! To begin... we took our 2011 F350 Lariat in for service... and left with a 2017 F450 Lariat! When our "check engine" light came on, we knew that we wanted to return to College Ford for service because we trusted them after having work done there last year when we were in the area. Buying a new truck was not something we planned on doing but something that was meant to be! Our Sales Person, Riley, was tremendously patient and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. What he didn't know, he made sure to find out. Soon we had lessons from Tim and even Kim. There was never any pressure; simply answers to our very specific questions. Throughout the process, Riley could not have been better. He is an asset to the College Ford organization. When it came time to finalize the purchase, Cindee too was really helpful; making sure that the details were attended to as we needed to return to BC to register the vehicle. A great experience!

It's about service. Every dealer in southern Alberta was booked a week or more. Mandy @ College Ford said, "How about tomorrow, nine a.m." And it got better form there. I was given a time frame and offered the shuttle service. Latter, given a thorough explanation of the problem over the phone and when asked, she was ready with a quote, wow. When I went to pick up the truck, I was again given more information and even asked a few questions directly to the tech who did the testing. In the end, after all the smiling faces and jovial humor during my payment. I returned to my truck and found a complimentary bottle of water in my cup holder thanking me for visiting. Although my tray was as dirty as I had left it the water was welcome on the hot day. I would definitely return. Thanks
