Having a minor issue, it would have been very inconvenient and pricey to go to Edmonton Lexus, my “home” dealership. Knowing I was making an emergency trip that required passing through Saskatoon, Ens Lexus fit me in to make the repair. I was given a 1:00 pm appointment, but told to arrive anytime. Arriving at 11:40, I was in, problem repaired, and back on the road by 12:30. The real surprise was they went over and above by fully washing the exterior and detailing the interior. Ens Lexus went way beyond to provide superior customer support to a distant traveller. THANK YOU!!!

Even with Covid-19 restrictions the team at Lexus got my car done the same day even with a number of items to work on. Also was provided with a clean loaner to use for the day and returned to a sanitized finished car of my own. Much appreciated!
End Lexus service department went absolutely out of their way to help me. They were able to send one of their mechanics to my house to do an update on my vehicle, as I was located out of town and not able to get in. This was done free of charge. I have a very horrible experience in Lexus Saskatoon today. My family are very interesting in Lexus RX350, so we went to that store today. A Chinese sale person show us the vehicle, but he was impatient and absent-minded all the time. When we wanted talk about the details of the price, he even made up an excuse about another customer was coming, but no-one there. He left us outside the store and went in by himself. We are very embarrassed and angry.
I think the best vehicle worth the best service, but his service made us very disappointed. It must not be a appropriate attitude towards the customer.

I just came for an oil change. They checked everything else too and found 2 leaks that require significant repair estimated at $5,000+. Warranty expired at 110,000. The odometer showed 115,000. They took the issue to Lexus and rather than tell me “too bad” offered to cover 75% of the repair costs. A form of extended warranty. That impressed me. Glad I didn’t have the oil change at Mr. Lube or similar.
This is my 7th Lexus. I’ve put on more than 1 million km on them combined. Repair bills have been rare, only one water pump premature failure. So this failure is a concern.
I am totally in disbelief on how the customer service has diminished at this establishment! I went in for an oil change and waited about 10 minutes for the guys across the shop to notice me before another service guy asked me if I’ve been helped and this was with no other customers in the shop at the moment in time! After I finally got out and started speaking to the service guy I asked if my vehicle was good for the recall they were doing on the paint and he snarled at me as if I was crazy! He told me he didn’t know about that so I asked him if he could find out for me! Again he hummed and hawed about it! Finally found out it wasn’t applicable for that service which was fine with me! Ok! On to the next stage! So I waited about an hour and a half for them to call me back for my oil change to be done! Went back and to my disbelief they were trying say that my tire stem had broke and I needed a new tire system! I told them they installed those tires 3 years ago and They’re the only ones to do any kind of service at all( take into the fact that I’ve never even put air into the tires as they never needed it once since I got them to install the set! 10 ply tires) i then have to shuttle home with my daughter and wait another 20 minutes to catch the shuttle! Get into the shuttle and the shuttle guys is less then friendly! Tried talking to him about some things about my daughters car seat and he just acted so frustrated that I was coming with my daughter! I then get a call from Toyota saying that they installed my tires but these weren’t the ones they installed! I told them they have to be as they are the only set I’ve had on there besides the ones we had on when we bought the vehicle! The service manager Dave made me feel like I’ve been lying about the whole situation which I’m fact I wasn’t! After a bunch of arguing I finally got them to fix what needed to be fixed! After 6 years of going to this establishment I will never give them my business again! Super poor customer service along with management! What a waste of time and money!

Took my wife in to look at a nx300 and had probably the best dealership purchase experience I've ever had. She loved every minute of it which made it very easy to get her out of her old car. All the staff were top notch.

I wanted to give 2 1/2 stars. I made appointment by phone asking for an oil change and tire rotation. I was asked if I was around 30,000 km. I said yes and was told it was covered. When I got to the appointment I was told it would be over $ 300.00. Outrageous for what I asked for. I declined the recommended brake maintenance. It was done anyway. Cost ended up at $449.36. I asked for car not to be washed as I was hit in a parking lot earlier this week. SGI appt had not happened yet. It was washed anyway. All in all very disappointed in the experience. Oil changes will not be done at Lexus again.

I have complete faith in their service dept. and believe in the integrity of their staff!

I called for an oil change and was booked right in. My car came back fully inspected and very clean. Friendly informative service staff.

I purchased a 2010 Lexus is350 from Jeff Luc. It didnt matter if I spent 10k or 100k I felt as if I was #1 priority throughout the whole sales process. I test drove the car Saturday and was purchased on Monday. When I arrived the car was in the showroom and it was detailed and it looked like a 2019 model. Sitting next to the other cars. I was truly impressed with the team at Ens Lexus!

Drop off for service takes only a few moments. Drop off point is slick. A drive in glass garage so you are out of the elements dropping off your car. The process takes a few moments till you are on your way. Service people are fast, efficient, helpful, professional and friendly.
In minutes you are either getting a ride or a beautiful new courtesy car. In my case I need a car since I am out of town and always have a lot of running around to do while in the city.
Flexible pick up process is just as quick and efficient. My car is cleaned inside and out and all things considered. This time my wiper blades were changed. I forgot to mention it but they caught it. I am thankful since they were really annoying me.
My girlfriend was with me this time and was very impressed with the whole process.
I forgot to mention the beautiful wash rooms and waiting area with water and coffee. A treat while waiting or to freshen up after a big day in the city.

Prices on Lexus inventory seem reasonable and about on par with the public MSRP's posted by Lexus corporation.
Service counter was professional and prompt. Oil change price is a bit steep though, however other maintenance items like transmission fluid change and differential case fluid changes are reasonable.

Most amazing service ever!! Got in for an appointment to have maintenance service and check out noise in rear wheel in 3 days. Worked out perfect for me and got to drive around in a rx350 loaner vehicle while it was done. What more can you ask for!!
