We first bought our Toyota Corolla from Ken Shaw back in 2008. Our neighbour recommended Ken Shaw as she had her Corolla there and it was 12 years old and still going strong! Well, just traded in our little car and it gave us 12 amazing years of travel and very little in the way of repairs. Of course we went and did a trade in and bought a used Rav4 from Ken Shaw. If you want low pressure sales technique and a whole lot of common sense go see Kevin M. over in the used car sales department. Kevin was incredible and found the car we wanted before it could even be processed! Loving our Rav4 and the ease in which it all came together. All of our service/repairs were done at Ken Shaw and we are very happy with the service we received over the years. Just got a Lexus Vehicle from ken Shaw Lexus, through Jian Qiao! excellent service! 1st the facility is fantastic, clean and beautiful. As soon as you walk in, everything is happy and very friendly. We dealt with Jian Qiao because our dearest family member just recently got her very 1st brand new lexus. We have always wanted a Luxury SUV, got tired of our pick up and because of Jian's knowledge of the Lexus vehicles, we also made the switch or move to Lexus. I had a wonderful experience at Ken Shaw Lexus, I bought my very 1st brand New Vehicle there and dealt with Jian Qiao. Jian helped me right from the beginning and we went through many vehicles, He explained everything to me and was very thorough. He is very knowledgeable of all the details of the Lexus vehicles. He helped me encouraged to test drive the ones I was interested until I was 100% satisfied. When I finally decided on my vehicle, he was able to get all the paper work ready and my vehicle was available and ready very quickly (even thought it was coming from Vancouver BC) He kept in contact me with and always keep me up to date with the arrival of my vehicle. On the day of pick up, I spent over 2.5 hours with Jian as he explained every single feature to me., WOW. That was so amazing! I would give him 10 stars if I could. Bodyshop/Collision department is the worst one I have ever seen. Service quality is “0”.
They can not determine the damage properly and keeping the customer on wait for a month to provide a part you need. Although the other Lexus services could provide the same part in a few days.
They didn’t even clean the vehicle properly before deliver the vehicle.
They don’t deserve being a Lexus service with this quality!!!

I had asked him how fast the car could go and he responded with “faster than you can handle” and left. I was shocked on how rude and disrespectful that comment was. I have been in faster cars than the RC350 and that just threw me off.
However I am still interested in the RC350 and will 100% speak to Michelle about it in the future.

oh man where do I begin?...Ken Shaw has definitely surprised me with the way customers are treated.I have to admit I've been to other dealerships & have said they're all the same BUT "man oh man" Ken Shaw gets the cake.
I was treated like ROYALTY at Ken Shaw (& trust me when I say I've owned several cars & visited many dealers in my life span).
(Sigh) I honestly didn't want to do this but i guess I'll have too because some quality control needs to be done at the collision repair department.The service department is still top notch,never had an issue BUT that collision repair center is a whole other ball game.The 3m paint protection has bubbles on the side fender,the one on the mirror is all bubbled on the edge,my keyless entry sensor on the drivers door doesn't work anymore & I could hear something loose inside the door panel.MAYBE it's just me but it did work before I left it with them.I honestly thought I was taking the car to professionals & not anyone who's doing on the job training,there's other stuff they did to the car but they fixed it when I pointed it out to them (after watching the before & after pictures)...I think they can do better for such a name that stands by their brand but some QC is needed in that shop & I think it would also be courteous to have someone from the body shop come out with you to go over the repairs to your car after handing you the keys like any other smaller body shops.
I will still service my car there but I have deducted 1 star because of the level of repair work @ the bodyshop.

Probably the worst dealer i have seen for sales, not sure why their sales person was being rude. you would expect more welcoming and nice behavior! not enough smart to understand that with their customer, i will not go there for sure and not recommend to anyone.
I would say I had worst experience with the auto collision centre. My car was damaged where they has to replace passenger rear door and quarter panel with the alignment with the bumper. I left my car for month. I never received the call that may car is ready even after one month. I called and followed it up. Then it was not repaired correctly and I told John who is the Service Manager. He marked the car where it needs to be fixed and Lawrence called and told me that car has been repaired. Now I am at Ken shaw and still the same issue. Somehow they dont how to fix the bumper. It has been 1.5 month still car has not been repaired.
I brought my 20 year old Toyota Avalon to this dealership for service. I had expected to pay much more than I will end up paying and that in itself was pleasing enough.
The dealership itself is newly renovated. The customer waiting area is dramatically nicer and more mature than at the usual Honda dealership I attend for service on my Honda car. The music is soft enough. The coffee is tasty enough. The chairs are comfortable and the Wi-Fi is very fast.
While I was waiting I browse the showroom and was very impressed with the level of knowledge by the sales person who attended to my curiosity.
this dealership is actually barrier-free for those who are not fully able-bodied. The washrooms are accessible the entryway is accessible and the dealership is broad enough to navigate without impediment.
I would hope that all Toronto businesses would adopt such an approach to dealing with customers and when renovating their existing premises.
Not bad, like any other lexus dealership you pay a lot, but they try to make it feel premium. Good if you're into that. Meal vouchers for service, free coffee machine, nice little sitting area. It's comfortable. For first timers, drive your lexus around to the back on the Lexus side. There is a big automatic door labelled service.

I was in a car accident and wanted my Lexus RX350 to be repaired properly so I had it towed to the dealership despite intense pressure from the tow truck driver to have the vehicle towed to his body shop.
My experience from the very first phone call was amazing. Hartley Ellis picked up my call and stayed late to wait for me and had a courtesy car waiting for me. John Bennett, the body shop manger, had the dealership absorb the cost of this rental because my insurance company would not approve a luxury replacement car.
Hartley & John worked with my insurance company and had the adjuster come in twice to make sure everything was covered. Hartley did an extra inspection of the vehicle and had a small rust spot on my door repaired at a very minimal cost to me.
Once the vehicle was repaired in perfect condition, Hartley & John arranged to get me an extra Faab key covered under warranty. They completed the programming of it while I waited in the lounge, and also performed a needed recall on my brake pedal.
I have my SUV back now in perfect condition with no leaks or squeaks. It's perfect. I will be taking my vehicle back to the dealership now for routine maintenance. I cannot rave enough about the exceptional service I received.

From the very first day we walked in we told her what we needed, and she found the perfect vehicle for us. She is extremely knowledgeable and worked with us to find a car that suited our needs while being in our price range.
Michele gave us a thorough run through of the SUV we had decided to buy and left no question we had unanswered including the finance portion of the deal where they explained all extra incentives available to us but not once did we feel pressured to buy something that we did not want.
