Overall - service staff were extremely friendly and polite. As with any dealership - cost of service is very high. A simple quote to remove my wife's wedding ring that had accidently fallen in between the gear box and handbrake in my 2012 Camry was between $140-180. A simple video on youtube helped me get it out for $0!!

I came into this dealership on September 2nd, 2020 for my fuel pump recall. I arrived at the scheduled time of 9:15am. Right from the beginning I dealt with issues, they did not notify me that you had to be 23 to get a rental car, however I was able to get one even though I'm 21. They didn't tell me about the $200 deposit they would charge me but I didn't have my credit card with me at the time so they let that one go. These aren't even the big issues, just small inconveniences.

My first real problem is that I had a sealed poster in the backseat of my car when I left my car there. When I got the car back and drove home, I noticed it wasn't there anymore. I called multiple times and they said no one took the poster, but they acknowledged seeing the poster back there so they are aware of it. The poster was a gift for someone and you're only able to get the poster in Toronto. They didn't offer to even compensate me for the poster. I also confirmed with them that they would need to be in the backseat to work on the fuel pump because they have to lower the backseats, so they must have moved the poster so it wouldn't get crumpled up, the baby seat that was in the back was also not put back in the way I gave the car to them.

The second problem was that when I went into the trunk of my car, I found a used cigarette in the trunk of my car, which is absolutely disgusting considering COVID. I do not smoke and have never smoked in my life. I brought this up to them and they said the technician who worked on my car does not smoke, which clearly makes no sense on how a used cigarette would get in my car.

Overall, extremely disappointing trip to this dealership, considering it was my first time here. I understand mistakes happen, but to say "welp we can't do anything about this" is upsetting. They could've compensated me for the poster and offered to remove the cigarette out of my trunk but would rather do nothing about it. Always heard about Lexus' customer service and how well they treat their customers but this was the worst experience I've ever had with any dealership.

Came in to look at an rx350, was working at a construction site nearby so stopped in quickly while I had the chance, not exactly looking my best (think: messy, dirty work clothes...not the best look for a luxury dealership 😳)

Was greeted immediately by a friendly receptionist upon entry. She immediately set me up with a salesperson after letting her know I was interested in a certain model. Not just an ordinary salesperson but Raj Rajput! This gentleman took all the time needed to answer all my questions and took me for a test drive. Needless to say, I returned with my wife that weekend to purchase the vehicle. Raj not only got me the vehicle I wanted but at an extremely competitive price!

Listen, if you're in the market for a Lexus RUN don't walk to Erin Park Lexus and make sure you ask for Raj if you want to enjoy the true Lexus experience!

I had purchased a 2019 Lexus RX 350 in April 2019 from Erin park Lexus. In Nov, 2019 the driver side door of the car was frozen and this happened twice . The car was given to the service department who kept the car for one week sating that the lock cable was frozen. However this was replaced and returned to me and the door was opening. Now after fifteen days the same problem has reoccurred!!
This is not acceptable! I am having serious problem with the car since I have taken the car from you. The car was delayed and the GPS system given to me was also faulty It took one month to get the correct system installed. I have purchased a Lexus and never in my past twenty four years of owning a car I have encountered so many issues with the car. I cannot run around you guys every now and then. Very much dissatisfied with the car. I would rather have a bullock cart!!

What is happening to good service and honest people?
This is an open letter to Lexus top management .
I have this car because I love it, but it becomes more and more difficult to service it.
Just as we speak I am having hard time with 2 clerks at the front desc of service department of Erin Mills Lexus.
Lexus covered plate number of my car with clear plastic shield and in order to place the annual sticker need to unscrew heavy bolts-which is impossible for woman using domestic tools.
I have been coming in the past here for help and know -can count on this little but important job to be done for me.
But not this year- the person front the front decided to use electrical tool and forgotten to change button from screwing bolt in for “out “ mode. Then I witnessed him consulting with his associate which position the button supposed to be put on.
Then I have been sent home and suggested to make an appointment to deal with the problem.
Upon arriving home-the plate fell off on the ground!
Driving without plate number to work, called EM service department manager Paul who was not available, left message-never returned my call.
After work brought car back to Erin Mills Lexus and had horrible dishonest conversation with clerks and unidentified person posing as big manager- “manager of everything “.
All three of them supporting each other denied all wrongdoing , twisting facts,saying -I am the one not saying the truth.
Then I was offered to pay for those people “trying to fix the problem “with big possibility of car being damaged and needing body shop work .
Reading previous reviews I can clearly see- it is not first time Lexus Erin Mills disregards clients complains about damaging their cars.
What a disaster and disgrace!

My father surprised me and bought my car (September) 10 months ago. After few days I had noticed my front bumper coming out and there was a knock noise at the back.
I contacted the sales person and asked if this car was in a accident and she said no and she told me to come when ever you can do thy could see the car.
I went to a Lexus location Richmond hill in October and they advised me that I had to go to where I purchase my car. I contacted Lexus head office and they told me that they can’t do anything and I have to contact the dealership?????!!!!!!!!
Having a very busy schedule I was able to go to Erin dale Lexus some time April and left the car for a week. When I went to pick it up they parts manager advised me that this was the best that they could do(my cars pumper was still not fixed and now when I drive the car makes a very loud noise)
as I was driving back to Richmond hill from Mississauga and called the manager and they told me that they are sorry that they here not able to fix the car and they will work on numbers to do a exchange with out any extra fees. Mean while as I was driving and hit a bump the front bumper fell down and got scratched, which I called and told them. They were to send me a list which I did not receive any emails. On July 15, 2019 I went to Lexus and they said that they will trade my car for $20,000 and they wanted extra $200 a month.
Today the sales rep said that she did not know that that car was in an accident. WOW
You think to buy a car from a major dealership the sales rep know there products and they they would represent Lexus at there best. I bought a Lexus not a lemon but clearly I was sold a lemon from Lexus.

I went there to do an oil change and requested a shuttle to my home which is within 5 min drive and was told by my service advisor (Richard) that shuttle service is not offered for oil changes. I've been going to alot of different dealers for my Vehicles and have never heard such a pathetic reason. All other brands offer shuttle service even for oil changes if requested/needed. Secondly, I pay $87 for an oil change at Northwest Lexus and was charged $115+taxes=$136.39 by Erin Park for the same vehicle and same oil change.
I was in the process of buying a RX 450h from them and promptly cancelled and got my $2000 deposit back. Who needs to buy from such people working for a Lexus dealer who have zero customer service. Will take my business somewhere else.
Hope someone reads this at Erin Park Lexus and trains the service staff who just cost them a sale of a $70,000 vehicle and not to mention all my future business.
Update:
Got a call from Paul (Service Manager) after he read my review and he explained me that they don't have shuttle service at all but instead offer taxi service to their clients who need a ride. Secondly, they do not offer fleet rates at all.
One thing Paul did notice as I pulled in was that my license plates were installed incorrectly and he had them swapped at the time of oil change. Also, I'd gone without an appointment and was accommodated.

This is my 3rd RX and all came from Erin Park. This tells you I'm pleased with the vehicle and the Dealer Service. Ryan and Sid always welcome me by name, and know my vehicle and what was done last time and what is scheduled for this visit.

At the end of the service appointment they review what I should expect on the next visit, walk me to my car, which has been washed, and thank my for being a customer.

The 5 STAR rating system is not enough, this is a 10 STAR Store.

Great customer experience

I just wanted to say if you go for a service at Erin Park Lexus that Paul Machado is the guy to go to. He listens to your issues and doesn't try to give you bogus reasons or explanations as to why the issues are there. He totally understands your point of view and will work on getting them fixed. His commitment is second to none and will constantly keep you up-to-date on your service situation. He is the reason why I won't go anywhere else for my service requirements.

I've been going to Erin Park Lexus for over a year now, despite my lengthy drive all the way from London, ON. Unlike most dealerships, I feel as though Scott Bertrand in the service department has always been honest and treated me respectfully opposed to a "girl that knows nothing about cars."

I always appreciate him keeping me in the loop throughout the larger maintenance services and going through my future services -- due to the fact I will procrastinate any chance I get.

My lease on my current Lexus is coming to an end and for a while I considered switching brands due to unsatisfactory visits to other Lexus dealerships, however, Scott makes me want to stay consistent to the great brand and continue building the fantastic rapport that has started.
