I bought a “certified pre-owned” Range Rover Evoque 2020 from Land Rover Laval and learned that the panel under the engine is being held together by plastic tie wraps - see picture.
After notifying the dealership, I had to wait over a month to bring in the car for service. When picking up the car, the mechanic simply told that they don’t have the plate, and the tie wraps are “solid” and it’s “not a big issue”.
I spent over 6 hours in traffic back and forth from the dealership and a month later the engine plate is still held by tie wraps
The inspection report I provided Land Rover Laval clearly states that the tie wraps are a safety issue requiring immediate attention.
Land Rover Laval deliberately delivered a vehicle with a safety issue, then tried to convince me that it’s not a big deal, and ultimately did nothing to fix it (other that waste my time).
How the tie wraps were missed during the 165-point checklist inspection for approved certified pre-owned vehicles remains a mystery as Land Rover Laval never bother to respond to that.

It’s a nice dealership but the service could be improved there’s always a glitch in order to get your vehicle repaired; sometimes the representative hangs up on you unreasonably or neglects your dealing with your issues. That’s why it’s 2 stars from me.

I really wish I could put no stars. Servicing my vehicle at this establishment has been by far the worst experience in my 25 years in the automotive industry. The management and some staff in the service department are dishonest, disorganized and have attempted to fraud me and my contract agreement by applying hand written terms after fact. Its so disturbing knowing they are suppose to be a renowned Jaguar/Land Rover dealership and they have acted so unprofessional and scummy. I would stay away from servicing your vehicles here. Im still so shocked to have experienced this here…unreal!!

Had a appointment this morning with the service department for a Range Rover SVR(Still under original warranty) for two reasons, a check engine light and also a problem with the controls for the windows(there was one of them that had unclipped from the component and the rest were very stiff to open/close). As i got into the service bay the technician already started giving me the run around about the button without going further into the investigation(almost stating that they were not going to replace the module with the buttons which in the end they ended up changing). The week prior i had taken a appointment stating i wanted a curtesy vehicle and they told me there would be no problem. As i am waiting a gentlemen comes to see me and states that he will be giving me a KIA SOUL as a curtesy vehicle and on top of it, i would need to pay for the rental(When my vehicle is still under original warranty). I found this mind blowing and left with the vehicle. I then later get a call that my check engine light is due to a injector problem but because the computer says that it is receiving faulty gas that they can not cover it under the warranty. I even mentioned that i had all the gas bills to provide them to prove that i put high octane fuel into the vehicle and they still did not want to know nothing about fixing the injector problem.(Now dealing with the Service Manager at the dealership)**. It was my first visit and definitely my last visit to this dealership. (DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL( FULL OF EXCUSES WITHOUT ANY RESULTS EVEN UNDER ORIGINAL WARRANTY.....)

Impossible to make an appointment for service. This is the 3rd time that I call. Receptionist transfers you to a voice mail that does not work and you cannot speak to anyone. If I'm lucky I may be able to have my tires changed in July!

Showroom dis not have all models, due to Covid, however, the sales representative (Chris) is top notch. Chris is very easy to work with, he will go the extra mile, even if the sale is not confirmed (or in our case we were exploring and we told him). He still spent enough time and gave is the needed attention until we left the showroom satisfied with the explanations he provided. I would recommend Chris and Land Rover based on the approach and customer service anytime.
First time dealing with Jaguar Laval and OMG what a super experience. I called for something so simple like crossbars for my car and paint to cover small rock chips and Naf Singh made me feel like the most important customer in the world!!! I would highly recommend Jaguar Laval, at least the parts department to everyone that owns a Jag. I cannot wait to see how well I am treated by the service department, and one day soon by the sales team!!! Hats off to the owners for hiring such a super employee. J'ai été extrêmement déçu par le service du concessionnaire et ce, à plusieurs moments pendant mon expérience chez-eux. D'abord je ne suis pas quelqu'un d'exigeant en temps normal. Malheureusement j'ai mis la main sur un 'citron' qui avait des bris majeurs fréquemment. Chaque fois il fut compliqué d'obtenir des délais raisonnables et d'avoir des informations claires sur les bris de ma voiture. Par la suite, le service à la clientèle était passable. On me promettait un service de raccompagnement au travail, lorsque j'arrivais à la concession, personne n'était au courant. J'ai été témoin de conflits entre les employés devant moi, ce qui rend l'expérience client un peu moins agréable. Également, lorsque j'ai demandé de l'aide du concessionnaire pour mon transfert de bail, visiblement cela ne faisait pas leur affaire. L'employée chargée de mon dossier était très nonchalante, se fichait complètement de moi, me répondait avec un air très condescendant. J'ai donc été déçu de A à Z chez Jaguar Land Rover. Dommage car j'ai plusieurs collègues qui désiraient magasiner chez eux et je me ferai un devoir de leur conseiller d'éviter l'endroit.
