Bought my Velar at Land Rover Vancouver last year and the level of customer service has been top notch from the get go. From the courteous front desk staff when I've brought my vehicle in for service, to getting a courtesy car during the repair, to dealing with any other issues.

I just had to bring my vehicle to a different location to cover something under warranty and they couldn't process the warranty for some reason, so my advisor, Bo Seeto, at the Vancouver location went out of her way and got it all figured out!

We wouldn’t buy another car from this dealership.

When you’re buying a car this expensive, you expect decent customer service.

It started with the terrible communication. Messaging the sales agents with no response, it was like pulling teeth.

Then the financing, being told one thing, only to be told another a week or two after.

Finally, the icing on the cake...teaching my wife how to use the parking features ends up in crushing the front of another car in the parking lot. The guy never instructed us properly, just sat there like a clown while the Range Rover backed up into another car.

Then the dealership never took zero ownership.

Seriously, stay away. There’s better options, go to another dealership.

Our Sales Consultant, Robert Fan, did an excellent job showing us the LR Discovery Sport. It was to be our first new vehicle purchase after 13 years. A lot of things have changed during that time span and needed explaining. Robert was very patient and knowledgeable. He told me after the test drive that I would be converted. I have had my Ranger Rover for just shy of 3 months. It is the best car I have ever driven. If you are looking for a new vehicle go no dirtier than Land Rover Of Vancouver. Make sure you ask for Nate as no one else will give your better service or a better deal. Robert Fan replied immediately, and we arranged a test drive. After completing the test drive, we negotiated a fair price for the vehicle including the value of my trade. After transferring the funds for purchasing the Range Rover Sport, we dealt with Eric Law who arranged the paperwork, extended warranty, insurance for the new vehicle and cancelation of insurance for my trade. When I took delivery of my 2019 Range Rover Sport Autobiography, I was given the presentation of the vehicle by Jarvin. Two months later, after using the vehicle I had a written a list of advanced technical questions for the vehicle user interface and numerous software features. I thought I would have to contact the manufacturer to distill this level of sophistication. Today I stopped in at the dealership and Jarvin was able to patiently and professionally step through each item in the car. He has an exceptional knowledge of the product line, and was very courteous as well. Land Rover, take note of your staff who made it a "5 star" experience for me.

Purchased 2017 CPO Range Rover Evoque. In the shop 3 times in the first 4 weeks of owning it (took to another Land Rover dealership for the repairs). All things that, if the vehicle had been been checked over before putting on the lot, should have been caught and dealt with. A few minor warranty repairs (not noticed during the test drive - only during my 7 hour drive home) and one major repair that could have caused big problems. Maybe I'm not clear on what "Certified Preowned" means, but it was my understanding that the vehicle passed thorough inspection. There's absolutely no way this vehicle even went through a quick, minor inspection by a service technician before selling.

Amir is my sales consultant and my primary point of contact at the dealership. For my very first interaction with him, we had a quick ten-minute phone call to establish my budget and what I was looking for. Shortly after the call, he was able to work with his manager, Dustin, on an extensive list of cars that fit my requirements. In the end, I spent no more than 30 minutes in the dealership before signing the paper and closing the deal on my new car.

I took the new car home yesterday, and I am very happy with the acquisition.

I also would like to thank Bo for being incredibly accommodating and flexible to work with my schedule. I am also very appreciative of Alex for being attentive and helpful during the delivery process of my new car.

I've purchased more than ten cars in the last 5 years, and it was easily the easiest car buying experience I've ever had.

Avoid this place! I am really disappointed with Land Rover customer service. I took my Velar for it's first year service, and what was supposed to be a 3 day job, ended up as a 30 days nightmare.

The car had a coolant leak that required the replacement of certain parts, which were not in stock. After 2 weeks of waiting, Land Rover suggested me that I could keep driving the 80k car, cause the leak "was not significant" and they would let me know when the part would be back in stock. I use the car to drive my toddler to daycare every day. Land Rover basically suggested that I should drive a car with a deficiency that could lead to an engine fire.

Land Rover gave us a courtesy car to use in the meantime. Given that my wife and myself have different schedules, we needed 2 car keys. Land Rover refused to share the second key, because WE COULD SALE THE CAR.

Basically, Land Rover asked us to trust them driving a luxury car with a coolant leak but would not share an extra car key because WE COULD SALE THEIR CAR.

Finally, after many follow ups, we recieved our car back, to find paint stains in the seat....

Can't wait for my lease to be over so I can go back to Audi.

I recently purchased a 2018 Discovery Sport from a different location (purely due to proximity to home) and 2 days after driving it off the lot, the engine light came on in my vehicle. Obviously frustrated and not able to return to the dealership that I purchased it from, I called JLR Vancouver and explained the situation. Talking to Jason, he was very sympathetic to my predicament and frustration at having to deal with this 2 days after delivery, and offered to take a look at it as soon as I could bring it in. I took it in that same day, he did an initial diagnostic and deemed it was safe to drive, and said I could drop it off the following morning to get a full diagnostic to figure out what the solution was. The next day, I dropped it off with Brian, and it was fixed/ready to go later that day.
Dealing with Jason and Brian was an extremely reassuring experience, they were extremely helpful and the fact that they allowed me to inject my issue into what was already a busy day for them shows that they put the customer first. In addition, Jason also gave me additional information about my service schedule, to ensure I benefitted from my first free servicing before it expired (info the original dealership failed to mention).

By far one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership, thanks guys for making what was a potentially off-putting situation a reassuring one!

Not crazy about my visit.. went to discuss a lease price. I asked before the visit that we discuss lease cost by phone so that we don't waste each other's time... When they asked me to come in to discuss the "special managers price", as suspected, I got the bait and switch!! Really???
I got the walk in jo-blow price! Why?? We're they trying to maybe catch me on a bad day or something? Why would you want to sit for an hour and waste time doing anything in life let alone sit in a car dealers office and listen to nonsense!
Here's the thing,...at the quoted price, I would of payed near 90 PLUS % of the total vehicle cost in a 4 year lease!!! In other words, my buyout would be around 16k .
I wonder what the " no. Managers cost" would have been? At this point, who cares..

Walked in here ready to do the numbers to get into a Range Rover (my husband loves the new sport ones and our lease at Mercedes is up soon). At first we noticed only one sales person who was assisting other customers. We looked around at some vehicles for about 15 mins as two other employees appeared, both sitting at their desks going about their business (not sure if they were sales or not), all the while knowing we were there but NOT acknowledging us. I went to the receptionist and asked if there was only one sales person on Sundays and she replied, no there are two but not sure where the other one is. Maybe he's in the break room or something. I just stood there waiting for assistance and then said okay, looked around and went to go find my husband. At that point given the lack of service or concern for our business, my husband said screw these guys we'll go somewhere else. Funny because we were acknowledged and asked if we needed help by multiple employees at Mercedes, Lexus and Audi that day.

Unfortunately this isn't out first lacking experience with this dealership, as two years ago we came and were approved for a Jaguar but then got better service at another place and never came back to finalize the deal.

Maybe they don't sell to many people who are financially independent under 30 years old and in a position to purchase their brand. Perhaps they assume we're window shopping, because I have a feeling if we were older we would have been taken more seriously. Thought we would give them another chance because we do really like Range Rovers...guess nothing has changed though. Too bad for their sales since we were already sold by the vehicle!

Hopefully the other Landrover dealership will operate under more client-centric service and less assumption (aka ageism), and if not, I guess it's back to Mercedes.
