Darien was great to work with. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgable about the vehicle that I bought. The addons they charge which aren't optional were very fair and cheaper any other dealership in western Canada so again exceeded my expectations. Would buy again from that dealership easily. And hoping to if they get the right vehicle in stock!
It was a real pleasure from start to finish with the recent purchase of our new 2024 Kia Sportage. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional throughout the entire process. Last Wednesday I stopped at Yorkton KIA to see if they had an opening to service my Sorrento. As I was travelling from BC I realized It may be a day or so before they could fix me in.
The Service Manager did a quick check an stated that another customer had just cancelled his appointment and there was an opening right now.
His team scooped our Sorrento and 45 minutes later the service was completed and I was clear to go for our journey back to BC.
The whole KIA Team in Yorkton were super friendly, courteous and made to experience very memorable.

Apt. easy to set up. Business took vehicle in right on time, no waiting around because they were not ready to work on the vehicle. I was told it was a quick fix and the job was done quickly. Impressed with the efficiency.

Friendly staffs, on time. Just a suggestion if you can't do it personally maybe together with report a diagram of a car which shows where/what part of the car was serviced/checked/maintained. Not everyone knows every part of the car. Thanks

Car shopping is hard in 2023 specially with ship shortage and lack of cars. Where other dealerships putting higher price tags then MRSP. This car dealership is doing the right thing and doing the fair business. Darien Duffy is the best salesperson I have ever seen. He is very honest and transparent. I respect that a lot about him. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for car. Keep up the good job guys.

Overall, I had a great experience at this dealership. I drove all the way from Saskatoon to Yorkton to get the car I wanted and it was all worth the effort. Darien (sales guy) was really helpful during the whole process, providing very clear and detailed information about the car and the price (no hidden fees, all very well explained!). He even helped me getting the new car (Sorento) out of a snow-covered ditch! (yes, you read that well... we even got to try the AWD system right away) Thanks a lot, Darien! Cal (finance guy) was also very helpful and honest with the whole process. He even helped me out (when no other Kia dealership wanted or knew how to help) getting my lease buyout done for another Kia I was previously leasing. This Kia dealership is 100% recommended.

Drove from regina to Yorkton just because I was treated as a human rather than a bucket of money. I was so happy with the service and the staff, the Manger was amazing to do business with got my keys coded and recall work done on my spectra5 and it was done in less than 1 and a half hours.

I had a wonderful, recent experience.
I had no intention on trading in my suv as I just put new tires on and had the brakes done... but they offered me a great price for my trade, and got me into a near top of the line Sorento and only increased my payment 3$. I had my 5 year old in the dealership for just about 3 hours while we went over the vehicle and signed paperwork, there was a vending machine with snacks so he was set.
I had issues with my last vehicle due to manufacturing problems but this is my 3rd vehicle with Kia. They have a great warranty program. The ONLY thing that would be beneficial is if they had a free courtesy car program, or if kia covered the full costs of a rental(which is just next door), instead of only 35$ a day with their warranty.

LOVE my Telluride but have to say I'm not impressed with the post-purchase service. I paid for hitch package and floor mats two months ago and found out last week they hadn't even been ordered yet.
I bought used vehicle from this dealership and they even offered to do safety inspection for me because I’m from Manitoba. I was pretty happy with that deal. So the vehicle passed inspection without any problems.
After I delivered the vehicle to home I found all 4 struts are leaking oil.
Contacted to the dealership and was very surprised when they said struts didn’t leak when they did safety inspection.
Do you think they have good connections with safety mechanic or mechanic should loose the license as a person who is doing the job poor.
So to change 4 struts roughly 1000$ CA with labor and I offered to split the bill with dealership but I’ve got negative response from them.
My personal opinion they are not professionals and not very honest with customers.

I am the owner of a Kia Sportage that is less than a year old and fully covered under oh-so many warranties. While on vacation in Saskatchewan last week I had a flat tire. We called the road side assistance number and was told we would be towed to the Key Kia Dealership in Yorkon, I called the dealership to see how long it would take to fix my tire. This was on THURSDAY just after 12pm. The service coordinator (whose name I regret not getting) told me they couldn't look at it until MONDAY. We needed to be back at work in Alberta on Monday and had planned to leave Saskatchewan on Saturday. Never in my life did I think having a flat repaired would be so stressful. I asked to speak with the manager, the service coordinator said she'd call me "right back", nearly an hour later we hadn't heard anything...We ended up filling my tire, driving to Kal Tire in Canora with my dad following behind and paid out of pocket to have the tire fixed but we were back on the road in under 30 minutes.
The service coordinator DID eventually call back telling me they could LOOK at my vehicle on Friday but they may or may not have time to fix it. I am so glad I do not live in Yorkton and do not need to settle for such horrible service.
The initial experience was lacking, as sales person had very little knowledge of the the vehicle I was purchasing, though I knew before going in what I wanted through my own research. It's the service past that, that's made the dealership shine. Don in parts and service is great to deal with. The GM never forgets who I am and always ask what he can do to help. They've accommodated what few issues I've had in short order and have gone beyond for an issue I had prior to an extended trip, to get my car fixed. The car itself has surpassed my expectation as well. Kia has definitely upped the game!

WOW.....I have lived in yorkton for 20 years and bought all my vehicles locally....and after the deal and service i got at capital kia in Yorkton....WOW is all i can say there price was 4000 dollars better and a model year newer on the exact same truck i was dealing at a place that has been operating for over 20 yrs in Yorkton and i feel sick that i bought so many vehicles from the other guys.......Capital Kia Yorkton is light years ahead of the competion in this area---with there service there process and there pricing...If your from Yorkton or area dont buy a car without talking to Jamie and the crew...cant say enough good things....thanks again i will send all my family and friends
