Chris was super nice and made sure I knew everything about the car. He never pushed me into anything that I didn’t want. Susan made sure that I was comfortable with what she was doing and explained everything in detail. They were fantastic and would definitely go back and see them again.

This was the first time buying a brand new vehicle and I can say I had the best experience with the crew from Wheaton Kia. I met with salesman Chris and Jason. They are easy to talk to and are very knowledgable with knowing their vehicles and directed us to a vehicle that fits our needs and answered all our questions. Once i chose the the Kia Sorento i met with Chris in financing. Chris was very good at explaining all options and making things work for your financial needs. We travelled 4 hours and it was well worth it!!! Unannounced appointment, got there explain the noise I had, they checked out said nothing wrong the engine as I came for that then told me a shifter when changing gears was just making noises I also asked them to refill the coolant and washer fluid and power steering. They said they did but the fluids weren't refilled. $140 for the labor and refil that didn't get a refill... overheard one of the sales worker, saying they had the best mechanic and soon to worlds and gonna go to Korea to learn more.

Safety is a concern!
I purchased my Kia this year and have been nothing but happy with my purchase until now. Wheaton Kia performed service 2 to my car recently and when rotating the tires failed to remove a large build up of mud and check the balance of the tires. While a new vehicle should be balanced already; having over half a pound of mud in 2 tires can cause a vehicle to shake. I got out onto the TCH to Moose Jaw to find out the wheel was shaking extensively. After calling the dealer they responded it will work itself out or I need to come back. They told me to 'watch out if it gets worse'
This should have BEEN DEALT WITH IN STORE. It would have taken minutes to clean the wheels and instead I was left unable to safely go 100KM on the TCH. I was also left with a 30$ bill from a Moose Jaw shop so they could clean and balance the wheels.
I was fortunate enough to go into Mr. Lube and have then clean the inside of the tires for me which brought it back to safe driving.
I would except the shop to look into the matter and get back to me on why this happened and how we can make sure this doesn't happen to any more customers.
After this incident I am very close to driving the extra 2.5 hours to Saskatoon for service and feel that is my next step. For obvious reasons this will reported to KIA Canada as this was crazy to have happened.
As for pricing they charged me 160$ plus tax for a Hybrid service 2 which is about on par with industry standard.

We bought a new car there on Dec 28. We went in on the Saturday after Christmas and Chris was our salesman. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He came for our test drive which I normally hate but he was awesome. Telling us to really test out how the car moves on all types of different streets. He really wanted us to know exactly what we were buying. He was also willing to work with our budget! They had it ready for us to pick up Monday afternoon already. They were very quick and professional. Every single person we dealt with there! I will for sure recommend buying a car there.
I would not recommend going to Weston. I had received problems after going in for an oil change. I had also done additional services with Weston and they had broken my brake line. And instead of fixing it they wanted me to pay $300 for a $10 brake line. I didn’t get my truck back for a week and they tried to scam me on the prices. I was lied to multiple times by multiple employees

I didn't end up making my purchase here but I had a pleasant experience. The salesman spent lots of time showing me the car I was looking at and offered a test drive right away. He also showed me several trucks around the lot and spent time discussing with me. Next time im vehicle shoppong, I will definitely stop in to check it out again.
One of the best experiences I've had purchasing a vehicle!! My young adult daughter was buying herself a jeep... every step of the way was amazing for her. Kris Willard was her salesman and was incredible. He showed us the back history of the jeep had no accidents and it was never used as a rental. He showed my daughter all the wonderful features and really made her fall in love with the truck.

I just recently purchased a new Kia Sportage. We had Chris helping us out in sales and Susan in finance. Gregg sold me a 2014 Hyundai Elantra Limited. Looked fine. Until I drove it home and found that the clip that holds the corner of the bumper on was broken and there was nail polish in the center console storage area. Would have been nice if they were transparent about everything. A painted bumper alone is easily around $1000 to fix the issue
