We walked in last Friday and no one was there. We stood around for 2 minutes before someone walked out of the back and looked at us with a confused and questioning face, like we were idiots. I was so confused and said "hi?". This lady dressed in sweat pants and a dirty shirt and looked rather dishevelled, I figured someone from service.... She rudely questioned "what do you need?" I was literally so shocked and just explained that we were looking to buy an SUV. She just grunted "I'm sales and we have no vehicles" and handed me her card.
I've never been treated so poorly in any establishment. We did end up buying elsewhere.
Do NOT buy a vehicle from here. Terrible customer service. Absolute gongshow! My father had bought a vehicle from here, had to get something fixed and they wouldn’t answer his calls, give him a loaner or anything. Do not recommend. Took almost a month.
Excellent customer service, friendly staff. Would recommend friends and family to talk to Holly Peters if they want a new set of wheels. We applied in the morning and got approved that afternoon! Awesome.

Very displeased with learning of the professionalism of the manger of this facility. When discussing solutions in regards to a rate payment miscommunication within this business the manger acted in a rude and unprofessional matter. Customers should expect a kind and respectable experience when purchasing a large investment such as a vehicle. Do not expect this experience when dealing with this manger.

Horrible Horrible. MIL Put $1000 down on a car. Had a health issue, told Kia would pick up vehicle when she gets out of hospital, this was on September 24th. They sold the car. They say they sold the car to the service manage's daughter. Stinks!!!!!!!! never deal here. wish I could give minus stars. The deal was made on Sept 20th, contacted on Sept 24th about her health, they were contacted October 20th to pick it up. 29 days later.
Awesome dealing with Kia PA on buying our new sorento. Brian was very easy to deal with. Explained everything as we went along with the deal. Everyone there made us feel welcome.
WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! we purchased a premium used vehicle which is suppose to give buyer peace of mind which was far from what happened with this car. First when we picked it up it wasnt detailed or even vaccuumed out! The check engine light was on. It left an oil stain in our driveway as there incompetent mechanic didnt do it right the first time replacing rear seal. Many times back for check engine light was diagnosed wrong! The check engine light was fixed at Hyundai in saskatoon not the gas cap like p.a. kia said it was they even ordered one in for it. It was bad wiring on emissions system. Back to incompetent mechanic... fun motor group will ship cars to other dealerships do that avoid PA Kia even though the sales people were not bad to deal with.

This was a place I would brag about and tell everyone to buy a Kia but also to buy a KIA from here especially. My first sales person was incredible! I loved her and came back to upgrade.
Then they changed staff and now they have become the typically "snake oil" sales and finance people.
I loved their service department; so that kept me coming back until now.
There is no service or any customer service. I took my brand new 2020 in because the transmission is messed up. The service manager was obsessed with whether or not the engine light was blinking. He was rude about it too. I understand that means a major fault.
But, I was having my car towed from over 100km because it was DEAD!
This place is changing and not for the better. Buyer beware and go to Saskatoon.
The purchase of the Sportage wasn't too bad. Our sales person was okay and not too pushy. Kind of dropped the ball when it came to putting the winter tires on. Took the whole day. That was the first interaction with the service department. Then came the first "free" oil change. Again, the ENTIRE day! Then we dropped our vehicle off first thing in the morning, for the second oil change and tire change over. Kept calling but the service manager never answered, or returned our calls. Ridiculous service department. The vehicle is fine, but when we are replacing our second vehicle, it's very unlikely it will be a Kia, because of the service department.
I would highly recommend this location Ethan and Brian were great to work with. I purchased my new 2021 KIA Sorento and it is my first KIA so far 5 stars. I've always had my eye on KIA and never jumped at it till now. I am very glad that I did. I am sure that I will be a repeat customer for kia of Prince Albert.

Purchased a Subaru here. I was happy with the deal, however should have taken more time to inspect the car. It was not cleaned (detailed) and the tires were mismatched, which, on an AWD car is a no-no and will need 4 new tires. Don't bargain without looking at all the details. They also told me there was only one key at the point of sale, so I ordered a second, only for them to later send me the second one. $250 gone.

The people were very nice and friendly. They went out of their way to make me a deal. The car they sold me should have been check out before it was sold to me or to anyone else. Also they should of ask me what date I would want the payments to be made on. They told me it was the dealership who set the day of the payments. But I had to get it change to a different date that will make the payments little more.

My experience with the Kia vehicles has been no less than perfect. They have gone beyond the normal service to help in anyway possible. The Kia itself is superb. The other day when everyone was scared to drive on the ice and were slipping and sliding the Kia drove safely like a trooper that it really is. The Kia unlike the other vehicles that are on the road keeps its true value when It comes time to resell it. I truly love my vehicle and strongly recommend Kia to anyone who is looking for a safe dependable vehicle! Thank you

Definitely would never buy anything from them again. Bought a used car from them turned out it had a blown head gasket. They wouldn't give me my money back so I had to get something different from them. Then the second car I had bought broke down and took two months to get back after it was sent to Subaru of saskatoon to be repaired, because they didn't have the tools to repair it. My $4000 warranty wouldn't cover the bill so I got stuck paying close to $3000 in repairs and towing fees. I have been trying to try get some kind of reimbursement from them for the last three months for the bill but nothing has happened, the manager Shawn has been saying he would call me back but still hasn't. Then the had the nerve to call me asking if I wanted to buy something new from them, the only thing I can say Is I hope they go out of business Prince Albert is too small of a city to treat customers like this.
Worst dealer in Prince Albert. bought a new car from them. They were nice to deal with until they got their money. Long story short. I take my car to Saskatoon for warranty work. They called me and asked me to trade up for new vehicle. I told them no. They ran a credit check on me anyway.
