I would warn purchasers to read through final paperwork and make sure all numbers are correct - as I did find mistakes made - however they were all corrected before we made the final sign offs.
Dishonest and unethical service department. Told me my rear brakes were so "rotten and corroded" that they couldn't be serviced. They also told me that my cradle and cradle bushings needed to be replaced. All tolled, Orléans Kia told me that I needed over $2000.00 in parts and labour. I took my car to another mechanic who looked it over and couldn't believe that Orléans KIA would so flagrantly lie to someone. My brakes were fine as were my cradle and bushings. If you must get your vehicles serviced, ANYONE BUT ORLÉANS KIA"

Dealt with Midori as a sales rep and Meedo as the closer. Both were low pressure and easy to work a good deal with (a simple no stopped inquiries of extended warranties.) The car I wanted was priced aggressively and I got a fair trade in value for my car and a good interest rate. Would deal with them again happily if they have the car I am looking for. Class act all around.

I wanted a used car and a salesman named Rishi Kupta gave us an appointment today at 5:30 after two calls. When arrived the guy was nowhere to be found and to our surprise the car was sold two days ago. I wonder how their customers manage with such lack of professionalism.
16 Sep. UPDATE: The Manager asked to call but once again they lived up to their standard. He was not in the office and the receptionist forwarded yet my call to some lady. After being on a hold, she came back to me with the excuse he is not there. VJ does not put much effort like his salesman to turn the experience around

This dealeship gave me a really bad experience as it felt like they were something different when they want to sell their car and something else when it comes to give any after sale service like repairs. I bought a Hyundai Sonata from them last year and these guys were asking me if I want additional warranty on that car and they are going to repair it for free under some conditions. I didn’t took that warranty but I booked an appointment for checkup of my car as there was some problem in it. They book the appointment and gave me a call twice that are you coming on the given day. And when I reached there at the time they said me that they deal with KIA cars only and they are sorry. These guys were already having all of my details like they sold this car to me and they also booked an appointment for that car and even they said that they could repair it for free if I had the warranty.

After years and years of always buying used cars, I bought my very first new car from this Kia dealership. There were a couple of small hiccups, but the staff went above and beyond to make sure I ended up having a great experience. Driving on a highway, this Kia Forte 2019’s transmission failed on us... for the second time in 10 months. Realizing this car is a lemon, Kia is refusing to get us out of this unsafe vehicle. Kia does not care for the safety of their customers. Stating the only way to get out of the lease is to buy our way out (which is the remaining of the payments plus a $400 penalty). Horrible customer service. Thinking of buying a Kia? Run in the opposite direction.

We bought a car from them earlier this year and everything seemed great during the sales process. Really friendly, and do everything they can to help. The process of finalizing the sale of the car and collecting it was a mess- they didn't tell us that we both needed to be there to pick it up, and then the day we came to collect it wasn't ready meaning more time off work.
After we had the car, we contacted them about CarPlay missing despite being assured it came with it (the car is compatible but it turns out we had to pay ~$300 to upgrade the software). They dodged multiple phone calls and never ended up responding.
This was our first time buying Kia and while we love the vehicle, I was really turned off by the organization and support offered after the purchase. We'll likely buy another, but we'll buy it elsewhere.

Newer dealership in Orleans. Friendly staff and helpful. Took a car for a test drive and salesman crunched some numbers and wasn't pressured to purchase a car although wanted us to consider a lower end car that was within budget rather than make a deal on a car more desirable.
Having been a client of 417 Kia for over 6 years I decided to try Orleans Kia since they are closer to where I live. First time... Last Time...Horrible service. Took my car in for an expensive service, told me it would be ready by the end of the day. I waited around at home for the call but never got a call telling me my car was ready. 4:55 rolls around and I get tired of waiting so I call and get put on hold, after 3-4 minutes of waiting I hangup and call again and am once again put on hold. The person on the line then comes back after a minute and tells me that the service counter is closed. Irritated with myself that I never called earlier I asked if there was any way I could get my car. I never realized that this location's service counter closed so early. I was also irritated that this was not communicated to me when I dropped the car off. I asked if there was someone I could talk to, a manager that could give me access to my car, anything. I was told no one was there that could help me. Person on the line then refused to provide me with the name of the on site manager or the owner stating that they were new and didn't know anybody. Finally when I ask them for their own name they hung up. First and last time I will be going to this dealership. I will be returning to Kia 417 where they confirm appointments, call when your car is ready and where you can pickup your vehicle after 5PM on a Monday.
Salesperson George was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We called around to a bunch of dealerships beforehand, and these guys were the nicest of them all. No pushy or gruff peddlers here. We knew what we wanted coming in, of course, having done all our research ahead a of time, so it was easy and quick. By the way everyone is very helpful and nice. Very satisfied. I will recommend for friend and family.

I am a devoted Kia owner and have owned several Kia’s since 2010. My experience at Kia Orleans dealing with Arash and Orlando was absolutely amazing. It was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. What made it so special was the fact that both Arash and Orlando treated me with the most respect and ensured the experience was based on my needs and my budget. Never did I have to haggle for deals or at no point did they make me feel that I was a dollar value. They honestly treated me as a friend, I walked in a few times since it was a big decision trading in my 2012 Optima that I absolutely loved but the new Optima SXL was to much to resist.
