I am the lucky owner of a 2021 Telluride. I've had it for a week now and I love this vehicle. It rides so beautifully. Many thanks to the best salesman, Tim Oliver, who appreciated that too much technology at one time is overwhelming for an old lady! He also gets my sense of humour. Love the people at Lindsay Kia. They were so friendly and welcoming and made me feel like they truly care about their customers. Service is everything in a new car so I'm hoping the service people are just as wonderful.
I bought a new 2018 Kia Cadenza from Lindsay Kia. I came from Toronto GTA over an hour and half drive to pick up vehicle. I arrived at 2:30pm and the licencing of the vehicle was ready at 3:00pm. From that point on it was all downhill. The salesman I was dealing with had to ask senior salesperson for instructions on practically all the paper work. Then a customer comes in and this salesperson spends over 3/4 of an hour with her, even though he knows my vehicle is ready. Finally, we get to my vehicle and the salesperson spends over 1/2 hour trying to find the duplicate remote that had been misplaced. Finally, we get to my vehicle and we rush through some of the particulars of the vehicle, since I am anxious to leave, because I have an hour and half drive back now in rush hour at 5:30pm. Lastly, they give me the plates off my old car. Then when I go to the local service Ontario office which is 10 miles from where I liver and wait over and hour in line, I find out they did not give me the other half of the ownership paper and I could not complete getting a refund for my old licence. This meant either waiting 2 or 3 days to get this from dealship which shld of been given to me in the first place and then travel 10 miles again and wait and hour or they wld produce a new duplicate for $32.00 and I cld get my refund. When I called the dealership and spoke the salesperson about this and getting as matter of goodwill my $32.00 back which I expanded because of their ineptness, they refused saying they wld of perolated the ownership to me. This of course wld of meant as mentioned another trip to service Ontario and a wait of over one hour again. Think about it, perolater wld of cost them approximately $20.00 to $25.00 and they refused me on this basis and because of their own inadequacy. How, dumb is that!!! Please take my advice and stay away, it is now worth the aggravation, they put me through.

I brought my mom's car in last week to get a service done, and from start to finish Kristen was amazing she had everything organized, and prepared as soon as I arrived. She was thorough in her timing and even kept me updated explaining every situation to me in ways I could understand. Her customer service skills are exceptional and her personality draws you in. This type of service goes above and beyond my expectations for Kia and even though it wasnt my car I will definitely be purchasing a Kia if she is still the service manager. Was hoping to get a email survey but haven't received one yet!

While recently visiting Lindsay Kia to trade in our 2017 Kia Soul we had the pleasure of working with a great group of employees from this Kia store. We worked alongside Tim and he was not only excellent with his customer service and knowledge he went above and beyond to accommodate us with our vehicle needs. I was very hesitant at first with getting a new car for myself. I am young and this is my first new car. I am in love with my new kia Forte EX. The man who helped me was very professional and understanding that I was nervous. He went through the car with me and showed me how everything worked, I thought that was amazing because he took the extra time and effort. Covid-19 has changed many things this year and buying a vehicle is no exception. Had to do most research online before making any approach to the dealership, but when we did Melissa and Zack were very helpful and able to help every step of the way. Tim and Melissa where the two individuals I worked with at Lindsay KIA. First Tim took his time to fully explain some specific information about my financial situation in detail. I felt comfortable to spend 1-2 hours on this topic before even discussing cars. I left that discussion feeling armed and educated on my next steps for the next 4-10 years in regards to my credit situation. It is absolutely above and beyond and I am blessed to have met Tim. Next was choosing a car that met my needs and I was provided many options which I tried, however when I saw the numbers for a brand new 2020 Forte I had to give it a try. KIA has upped their game in both external and internal design and after a ride I didn’t want anything else. They made the process simple and within another hour or so I signed paper’s for my new ride. That night I was all about the car so I looked at options and wanted an upgrade, that’s when Melissa came in and helped out with getting me the upgrade to a higher build with what was approved by the creditor. I got the sound system and all the tech options that I wanted. I walked away satisfied with my first brand new car. Suffice to say I put on 1000km’s in 4 days cause I just love my ride and that’s thanks to the great people I met at Lindsay KIA!!!
Great experience with all employees. Had my car towed there and they checked it out immediately, repaired the problem and had it ready for pick up within 2 hrs.

I've bought 3 cars from Lindsay kia, 2 from Bob and I will by another one from him as well. Great dealer, no bs, and willing to come meet me on his day off. Dealership has changed ownership, and I miss Teresa and Alan in service, they have some big shoes to fill, but so far Omar and the rest of service department has been excellent.
Will not deal with a dealer that went back on a contract to change tires for free as was what drew us there. Will deal closer to home. Dealership changed and now they're Nickle and diming the customers that made them successful

I used to get top notch service from Lindsay Kia. They knew you on a first name basis, and would go above and beyond to ensure you have a positive experience . However, in the last several months they have seen a lot of turnover in service staff and getting simple repair work done has dragged on and on. Nobody calls back. Calls now are diverted to a call center. No more personal touch.
Highly recommended. Has the atmosphere of your friendly neighbourhood car dealership where you are even allowed to talk to the mechanics. It was a pleasure dealing with Mark and Brad when buying my new vehicle. One of the best, if not the best, car buying experience in my 40 years of buying vehicles.

From the purchase of my Forte four years ago to the regular oil changes and maintenance, the staff have been unfailingly pleasant and the work they have done has always been prompt and top notch.
