Jason Weeks is a corrupt, lying * u know what*. He sold us a car that needs thousands of dollars of repairs and after taking the car back multiple times, each time to have them reset the engine light to try and trick us into thinking they fixed it. Then he lied again to say they had it checked out by the manufacturer’s dealer (not a Kia) and then accusing us of accusing him of lying! And THEN HANGING UP ON US AS WE TRIED YET AGAIN TO GET JASON WEEKS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY !!!! Pay for this repair or take this car back!! N.B. The engine light came on the day after driving it off the lot. STAY AWAY from Kia, Guelph!!!!

Worst service ever. Refused to take responsibility for a broken windshield on our car that had been sitting there for 3 weeks waiting for a part. They made up a hand written note saying that they noticed it and called us, but we have no record of this. As well, very rude and not the first time we have had to go back in and be forceful with our concerns. Will never go back.

This has to be the worst dealership for customer service. I was in Guelph for a couple of months and had an issue with my car running rough (miss firing). I brought my car into Guelph Kia since it was still under warranty. Took three visits before they could find the problem, they needed the engine light on to locate the issue even though the car has had issues of bad coils in the past. They said I needed a new coil and it would be covered under the warranty but said I needed to replace the spark plug at my own expense since it was installed wrong and cause the problem. I had the spark plugs replaced 6 months prior by another Kia dealership. They said the other dealership installed them wrong and installed two different types of plugs. I told Guelph Kia that I didn’t want to replace the spark plug even though it is only $10 then the service manager then came out and said if I didn’t replace the spark plug I can go find another dealership to replace the coil. That really left me with no choice but to replace the spark plug. After receiving the service, I asked for a receipt and the service tech said they don’t give receipts for warranty work. I said I also got a spark plug replaced and want a service record of that, they had to go ask how to print one up. I would rather drive back to Saskatchewan then to deal with this dealership again.

Great experience buying my Kia Forte5 from Guelph Kia. They cover every concern about your purchase of a new vehicle. Recommend anyone looking for a new car, van or suv to go here. They also have one of the best if not the best warranties for your new purchase. All staff members are very friendly and professional.What I really  liked about this place is that they care  to get you the best loan/finance options as possible. I also find the over all environment of the dealership to be warm and welcoming. Would deal with them again no questions asked.

Moving to another dealer. The service at Guelph Kia's service department has gone down horrible. 8 years customer with 2 brand new vehicles and various referrals didn't count. Today my car was deemed under no warranty (has 8 months left) and computer didn't have notes to complete my services. I have to say the service manager was helpful to address the issue but the counter was unprofessional, lack of knowledge, had to get really upset to finally get pushed away. Dealer has very good people and for one individual and a simple service request all goes down. Moving away.

I'm happy with the purchase of my Kia. Best price around, has been a great car for the last 2 years. But their service department is slow. Every time we go to get routine service done to the car, we are waiting 2 hours or more. We have appointments too so I don't know why they take so long. Are they short staffed? Over scheduling? After going there for routine maintenance several times and having it take so long, I'm going elsewhere for the service. Tire alignment should not take 2 hours, especially when the car isn't even that old.

Terrible service. Scheduled repairs twice and both times they didn't order the parts to come in - complete waste of time driving there. A noise coming from the engine was something apparently to just wait and see if it will fix itself. Turns out it's a belt needing replacing. They will try to avoid repairs until your warranty is out so you have to pay. "Let's wait 6 months and see if the noise goes away". You mean 6 months when the warranty is over? Nice try. Horrible place to go. This is the kind of place you want to go somewhere else first for a second opinion before paying.

I wanted to give a zero star, but the system wouldn't let me. Avoid dealing with John French, Financial Services Manager at Guelph Kia because he's a racist person to the bone. Of course, he's subtle about it but the negative vibes were radiating of him all the time he was supposed to "serve" me and my family, until he ended up telling me to leave because I informed him that he hasn't been a great help. How dare I tell him that! OMG, the man took it personally as if I swore at him. Of course, how can a non-white person like me tell Mr. French that he hasn't been a good help???? Me and my wife and 9 year old son must be thrown out of the Guelph Kia showroom immediately because it is Mr. French territory and we trespassed on it with our non-white beings. I went there to purchase a car and ended up being thrown out of the showroom because Mr. French feelings got hurt from me. My advice to Mr. French is the following; face up to your prejudice towards non white clients because we're in 2016 not in 1916. All Google's negative reviews are from Non-white clients complaining about you. Keep in mind that clients like me who make managers like you, because without my money you won't have a manager's job to brag about, and see your self better than other people like me. I will take this complaint to KIA's CEO in Canada for his review. If I don't hear from KIA Canada, I will contact the head office in Seoul-South Korea for them to review and comment about the reason why a racist person is representing their excellent brand, which is well known for its equality and love of all people worldwide regardless of race, religion and gender. My name is Noaman Al-Sammarraie, and I'm ex Regional Marketing Manager, Middle East and Africa, Etihad Airways, the national airline of the UAE. As a marketeer, I know a certain fact that "the client is always right". My family and I were deeply humiliated by Mr. French. I believe that Mr. French is not suitable to hold a managerial position representing an excellent international brand like KIA.

Amazing customer service! Goes above and beyond the expected in sales and service. Got an amazing deal on my used 2005 Kia Sorento and have been extremely satisfied with how I've been treated in service. Donny, the service manager, always remembers details I've told him in the past and makes me feel like part of the family. The fresh baked cookies in the morning are a really nice touch, not to mention all the drink options!
