How refreshing! As cliché as it sounds, Leggat Kia Sales (Atif) and Finance (Syed) were both very friendly and accommodating unlike some car sale experiences I've had in the past with other dealerships. This was my first Kia purchase (Forte).

My wife and I purchased a new Kia Sorento from Leggat Kia and are very happy with the staff . Brett was the salesman we purchased from and was very pleasant and meet our needs. Syed and Aly also made our purchase one of the best we have ever had. The extra's that were offered were excellent as I have never been offered anything like it before...If I were rating the staff and dealership I would have to sat 10 plus...on everything.

Ricky was absolutely amazing , this was my first time buying a car and I was so nervous about what to do, he had all the answers for my questions and he made sure not to stray away from what I wanted as a customer . He even went out of his way to stand in line at service Ontario on a Saturday just so I could get my licensing and get my car that day! AMAZING customer service .
Aron Wayne also did a great job helping me understand the financial part of buying a car , he made sure to go through every discount available seeing if I was eligible for any of them too! Absolutely happy that I chose Leggat Kia over any other car place !

Great Service. Bought a new car off Mike there - he was thorough and made sure to follow up and check in to see how I was loving it. He addressed any concerns and was just a text away if I had any questions. Service was speedy when I went back for a remote start installation. I'd recommend or buy from again!

Excellent service! Very friendly and engaging staff. Service staff held onto disintegrating brake assembly at my request for further explanation. It made an absolute mess of their counter and they were happy to be obliged. Highly recommended shop.

I bought an used 2014 Nissan Sentra and had the best customer service experience i have ever had. Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful while comparing all the vehicles. Once the decision was made he took care of everything and i was able to drive off with the vehicle in 2 days. The financing of the vehicle was done very swiftly and the best possible price was reached, Mike also is really relatable and responsible in terms of ensuring future assistance could be attained easily and whenever needed. I would definitely endorse him for his sales skills and car expertise.

Bought our first Kia…. and that too the New Kia Telluride from this location. I have to say... it was one of my best customer experience. Ricky Wyatt was the sales person who helped us with our purchase...he had great knowledge about the vehicle even though it had just hit the market and his service was beyond EXCEPTIONAL. Once we made our decision, Aaron Wyane helped us with our financing and once again we experienced the same great feeling... he knew our requirements and helped us with the process in an excellent manner. Mike the manger in the dealership was very rude! I was put my car in a garage for repair, and got no better thing to do and walked in to this Kia dealership. I had my empty coffecup with me, try to throw it in the garbage bin and wondering into a wrong room. Then Mike showed up ... He didn't stop me going into the showroom, but when I tried to ask him a few questions(I do plan to buy a car for my daughter before September), he was like if you don't by a car now and don't even know what kind of car to buy, he doesn't have time to waste on me. He refused to give me a quote, and eventually showed me the door … I am sure he won't treat a white guy like this. I will never buy a Kia.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Buyer Beware -- Spent 5+ hours over 2 days negotiating a deal. We couldn't come to terms. Bought a car from another dealer within 25 minutes. During that process we discovered that Leggat was going to over charge us for extended warranty and GAP Ins. by thousands of dollars. In addition they bait and switched the financing rate, which ultimately lead us to walk away.
Very fair dealership. Peter the salesman is great. We have purchased two vehicles from Peter and recommend anyone looking at a Kia to go there and speak with him. Service is your typical dealership service. Decent waiting area. They do offer a shuttle service.
Kyle was great! I was waiting to see someone on the sales floor and after walking around and standing at the door I was starting to get frustrated. Kyle was with a customer but as soon as he was up from his desk to file something for his current client he made time to introduce himself. I decided to wait for him as others were not with customers and never came over. Kyle stayed late to help me with my request which led me to purchasing a vehicle.
I was always kept up to date by Kyle throughout the process and they ensured all my needs were met!

I specifically had a exceptional time in purchasing my first car from the Salesman Kyle Kew! His knowledge and patience made my decision VERY easy and comfortable, which is not always the feeling you get from other individuals.
I highly recommend you making the trip to this dealership. The location is very easy to get to being right off the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW), and I say that being from Brampton, ON myself.

Staff were great! Came in with an issue and they immediately searched for any service recalls and notifications about my car. Discovered a service recall, fixed everything for free and even fixed a couple of other pieces as they felt the recalled part may have caused damage. They were fast, professional and helpful. Even cleaned my car which was a great added bonus!!
