Terrible service always try to upsell unecissary parts at the very least always get a second opinion if your bound to them by warrenty

I made an appointment in the service department to get birth pads and my door fixed. I drop my vehicle off before work. They called me at work hours later telling me that I needed to $2500 work to my brakes and that the parts guy who fixes doors is not in so basically they book my appointment knowing this parts guy whoever he is wasn’t working that day and had no desire, uneven, fixing my door. What a scam I’ve never been so disappointed in my life. They charge me a pile of money to look over the vehicle, which I did not even ask them to do. All I wanted were break pads and my door fixed.
Called the dealership at 12pm, had pictures sent to us of the vehicle we wanted. After viewing, we gave the greenlight for paperwork, we were given what we wanted for our trade in and accommodated in every way possible to minimize our time spent at the dealership, as we drove 2 hrs from antigonish. Upon arrival we were greeted at the door by Carolyn who saw us pulling in, from there her team was 100% on the ball !!! Skylar went over all the paperwork and answered every question we hit him with! After the hand shakes we were given a good overview of all the features in our new sorento sx, amazing service, amazing team and atmosphere at the dealership. I know myself and my wife look foreward to dealing here again !!!
Deceitful and misleading. They took $1000 from me last month in one swipe after telling me I was approved. A week later they said I needed a cosigner so I asked for my money back and went to a different Kia dealer ... 11 days ago I went in and they couldn't refund me, said they'll write a cheque ... today, the receptionist said it was sitting on her desk so i said i was going to get someone to pick it up but now they have finally "sent it" ... we will see how long this takes now.
Dropped by to inquire about a Sportage on the lot, they took my information and requested I wait a couple of days for them to get back to me on my 8.3 credit rating. Never received back any call, messages or email from the salesman or manager.
Poor service, lack of professionalism and bias staff, don't buy here.
I am from Ontario and the level of customer service at this dealership I am beyond impressed with. As a client with an urgent matter, they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and not left high and dry. I think I'll drive 5 hours to Halifax from now on. Waiting an hour and a half AFTER my scheduled appointment before the car was even looked at. Was told by the counter staff that brake failure was due to my traction control button being on (by default). Ive been in 3 times for various things, once being an oil change. 3 times I waited for hours before they even took the car in. Who knew that 2 oclock actually means "sometime before we close. Maybe."

Given the current challenges with supply chains and product availability due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I was incredibly happy with the turn around time to receive my new 2022 Kia Sorento SX, which was only about 1.5 months for the custom order. Not only am I incredibly happy with the vehicle, which is a lease and the most luxurious and well-equipped vehicle I have owned, but with the team at MacDonald Kia. Adam, the Finance Manager, and the rest of the staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful and genuine throughout the entire process. As it's only been two weeks with my new vehicle, I can't comment on the follow up service or Service Center/Team, but I am confident that my future experiences will be equally positive. Not only would I recommend Kia, as a brand and for their vehicles, but the MacDonald Kia dealership as a top option when looking for your next vehicle.
I took my Kia Sportage in for service this morning with a 10am appointment time. I was told the service would take about 2 hours to complete and was given a quote. My advisor said the technician recommended an engine air filter change which was not included in the service I was having. I was happy that the service was completed well before the 2 hour time span and pleasantly surprised the cost came in under the estimate. Staff were very friendly and welcoming as this was my first time with this particular dealership. Great customer service and I'll see you again.

Waited almost 1 hour and left was told by salesman be just a minute and then would go talk to men who came in after me . Salesman saw us leave and didn't even apologize. Was buying a new car as mine was totaled I guess your loss is Hundai gain
Horrendous customer service. Purchased a vehicle cash and have received ZERO customer service since. Whenever they say “we’ll call you when your license plate comes in” or “we’ll call you when your part comes in,” they never follow through. I always have to drop in to the dealership to ask what’s going on… The vehicle that I purchased was used (33,000 km). After 3 days, the left front tire separated and went flat. After going back and forth with the salesman for a few days, they replaced the tire. The problem is that they replaced it with a tire that has substantially deeper tread than the other 3. Driving an AWD vehicle with a mismatched tire damages the drivetrain. When I brought that up, the salesman said “the shop says it will be fine.” I regret buying a vehicle from these people and recommend that nobody else does! Would give 0 stars if it was an option.

sold me a van that is known to be bad too tow with that had the tow hitch removed and failed to replace the bolts in the crash bar had van inspected and finally found my 2 year rattle i couldn't find

would not recommend this company. they tried to fleece us out of money by claiming we needed a new part for an inspection sticker. after taking the vehicle to two different mechanics we were assured there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car. scum

Pathetic. You would hardly see such a bunch of non professionals. I calculated the price of a Kia car through "Build and Price" feathure ( including taxes , freight charges and all other fees). The Salesman took 3 hours to calculate the price and financing option of the same car with all other options the same and suprising, there was $2100 difference in price with the same financing options and other adds on. No explanation was given except "financing and service charges". What I noticed (maybe I am wrong) is that either they have already met their monthly sales target and wanted us to buy next month or they think that the buyer doesn't know basic finance (which I do) so just tell them anything or any number. My sincere suggestion: avoid them at all . I would never like to visit Kia Sydney maybe elsewhere.

Called in today to come in and test drive a Kia Niro. We were ready to buy. Told them we were a 2 hour drive away and wanted to see it and possibly 2 other cars. We arrived and they didn't even have one on the lot. Said it was 'just sold.' It really wasn't that hard to tell me you didn't have one, I could have come another day when you did. Instead you lost a sale.
Worst company I've ever bought a car from. They are as slimy as ppl say....run the other way!!
