Very bad place to do business with. They will deny that stuff are not on warranty and charge you the dealer price without you knowing that the stuff that was suppose to be the best warranty don't cover anything as far as I can tell. They will charge you anyways.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Timely service on my vehicle. The waiting room is great with numerous hot beverages and TV. They will provide taxi chits if you need go some place while your car is being worked on. An overall pleasant experience.
Great Service. The Staff are knowledgable and accommodating. The Sales department are all Professional and considerate in your needs for a vehicle. Not pushy on just buying the first car you test, many suggestions letting us test anything even if it took time. Mechanics are fantastic and efficient.

Kia corner Moncton. First trip there was difficult to get the attention of any reps inside the building BC although it was open. It was almost closing time and no one could have been bothered to help me order a paint pen for my optima. Second trip wasn't much better either.
We bought our new 2021 Kia Sportage 2 weeks ago and couldn't be happier, Greg and Krysta made everything super pleasant and easy. Both were very friendly and not at all pushy 10/10 experience and we love our new vehicle!
The Moncton Kia dealership deal in strange ways. Everything is warranty until you actually need warranty. Then, you have to pay everything that is NOT on warranty at dealer price.
The people running you papers probably give your info to there dealership group and you start getting spam email and phone call for political survey or other non solicited services.
I am afraid to take my car to there shop as it's sure to be an all day event and it is as if I'm a burden to the shop.
The service will be expensive, it will take all day and you wont know anything is ready until the shop is about to close. They won't respond to complaint even at the corporate level.
Buyers beware.
PS: Go out of town for dealership and service as most of Moncton dealerships are owned by the same 2 guys and the bad service is everywhere they own.

Had an amazing experience with this dealership in getting our new car! The sale was a bit urgent on our end, as our car had unfortunately just been written off. Even so, we didn't feel pressured at all. The salesman, John, was very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we didn't feel pressured and were absolutely satisfied with the purchase. He recommended we test-drive a few different vehicles so that we could be certain of our decision and not have that nagging "what if" feeling down the road :) The financial advisor, Krysta, was wonderful to deal with as well! Everything was explained clearly to us so we could make fully-informed decisions. I also very much appreciated the care they took when I explained that I have scent allergies and would prefer if they didn't use anything with a strong smell when doing the final detailing before we brought it home. John and Krysta were both very conscientious about that, so that I wasn't bothered at all by anything in the office or the car. I can't recommend them highly enough! We've been in the new car for about a week now and we couldn't be happier.

I was going to be walking at the end of the day since my old car was beyond repairs on friday morning. Called Kia Moncton, was interested in a blue Forte which was on the lot, within an hour, I was the proud owner of a 2020 Kia Forte. Never been so happy to get a new car.
About two months ago, I had an issue with my forte's engine, I took it to moncton Kia to get it fixed since it is still under warranty. When I got it back, it's like they did nothing! I believe that they didn't spend enough time to check it out, it's covered and they are not gonna get paid. The next day I called them and made an appointment, after all I could not get a straight answer! The engine still has that weird noise...

What can I say, right from the get-go it was customer-service 100% . I was there for a tire change from season to season and I had to wait a little longer because of the sensors, this lovely lady came out and said to me, that because of the sensors it might take a little longer help yourself to coffee tea hot chocolate and if you need me I'm right here for you. This is all we want to hear if people could just come out and do that life would be good thank you Kia for 100% great customer service
I bought my first Kia in the spring. The actual transaction was good. I dealt with Chris and he was great but ever since then it has been downhill. My Sorento was in the shop for over a week because the service department had their heads in the sand. They ripped apart the motor in my vehicle to replace a timing chain when the problem was just in the exhaust. I had to bring it back to have that replaced. I made my disappointment known to the manager and I never heard from him. Nobody seemed to care. Then the GPS on my vehicle got me lost and brought me down to a road that was not maintained out of town and I asked Kia if they could supply me with an updated SD card for the GPS and they said no. So they sold me a vehicle with an outdated GPS. Anyway, I won't buy from Moncton Kia or Kia in general. I am trading in my SUV for another make.

Just bought a demo 2019 Sorento, the customer service was good 5 star, however the detail shop didn't do a ever good job cleaning it 0 star.
I came in without an appointment, and they were still able to accommodate me and change my oil. The best part of my experience here are always the shuttle drivers, Alan and Jerry. Professional and mature, and always great conversations, and always on time. They truly make the experience a great one!

The service was excellent throughout the entire process. I was really in a bind with my old car being completely out of commission. I got a really good deal and they went above and beyond to help me.
I was only in Moncton for two days and asked if I could have the transmission fluid flushed. They worked me in and met my needs. Had a MAF sensor malfunction diagnosed by them during a snowstorm recently. No issues and they were fast despite my just showing up without an appointment on my way to a meeting outside Moncton.
Definitely meets the standards I expect for modern Kia dealerships.

Never buy a car from there. Bought a used car there and was told it would be inspected Ted, fixed and check engine light problems repaired also. 2 months later and it still hasn't been fixed, probably won't pass safety because I have an inner tie rod to be replaced, check engine light still on for same problem as when I bought it and door locks were on the sales reciept to be fixed and guess what. STILL NOT FIXED. Salesman will tell you anything to sell you the car, financing department tried to pull a fast one on me and charge me more for the car LOL.
DON'T buy anything from this place put my experience on Facebook and close to 14 people said the same thing.
Keep bringing my gf vehicle bcz ''under waranty''. Did a oil change today for 1pm. At 2h45 it was done. Wtf, it's only a oil change. I got late for work cause of this. Thanks Kia Moncton.
