Bojan greeted my mother and I as I was helping her shop for a car and was such a breath of fresh air after our experience at another dealership. He was so professional and direct, instead of all the sleazy little tricks that other sales people try to pull. He made my mom and I feel valued and never treid to pressure us, but wanted us to make the right decision for our situation. In the end, we didn't find the car my mother was looking for at Kia, but would highly recommend anyone to look for Bojan if you're in the market for a Kia!
I have 21,000 K on my Kia and wanted an grease and oil change.
The attendant suggested a #3 service which included adjusting the breaks and checking the alignment.
$400.00 including tax,Wow.
Granted they will wash the car too.
This is a little too much, competitors in the service business would be lucky to get $100 for the same services.
It seems to me Kia really doesn't want the service portion of the business just selling the cars.

The staff at Applewood Kia Surrey was outstanding.
I needed all of my brakes, rotors, and an e brake kit done on my 2016 Ford F 150. I brought it in, and they gave me a fair quote, and I thought about it with zero pressure - and called back the next day to book the service. They got me in within a day or 2, got all the work done and even detailed my truck. Now I’m picky about who goes through my vehicle, but they kindly sorted things to an area and did a thorough clean.
Jeff Gill was our mechanic, and he did a great job at a great price and walked us through the service he did at the end of it all.
I will 100% go back to Kia over any local Ford dealer (I’ve had the worst luck and customer service). If you need anything done, on almost any vehicle - go to Jeff Gill @ Applewood Surrey- you will not be disappointed.

I am super happy with the service provided. I actually got a vehicle from applewood ford in port hardy. They delivered it to applewood surrey Kia in a day free of charge.. all the paperwork was done fast. Staff super professional. Even served me a coffee of my choice while taking care of insurance transfer. Awesome job guys!

Went in to purchase my fifth vehicle from Kia Fleetwood. Unfortunately the staff has changed and not only was the service substantially worst. The lack of an loyalty and the absolute insult for trade value which was less then there push pull or drag price. Extremely disappointing.

Today I went to Applewood Kia Surrey location and man I have nothing but great things to say about this location. From when we first walked in, right to the end it was nothing but a positive and great experience. We were greeted by John, he then took us to his desk pulled out a piece a paper and ACTUALLY LISTENED TO US AND WHAT WE WANTED. He wrote everything down and I mean everything and every little detail. We were expecting to this take not very long as we've been to other dealerships and no one trested us this way, let alone took out so much time with us. Between the receptionist and John making sure we have everything we wanted, right down to tea and water. After going back and forth, looking for the right car, even at another location. John and his management team; Tony and Jonah brought us exactly and I mean EXACTLY WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR. We fell in love with this SUV and we knew our kids would as well. He literally took us out for a test drive, not like the rest of the dealerships out there. Where you feel like it's a road test and around the block. It was literally, do you know the area? Yes, well drive wherever you want to go. Went for a nice long test drive and well we fell IN LOVE!!!! We were sold! After John had did his part, one of his lovely management team members; Tony came and sat with us, chatted and made sure everything was great. All around this experience was fantastic, words cant even explain it. Applewood Kia Surrey, doesn't make you feel like just a customer they make you feel like family. I highly recommend this location and all its staff. If I could more than 5 stars I would!!! Great job guys from reception, to management, sales and the financial team I couldn't be more pleased with everything and the experience... I will be recommending you guys to everyone.
Terrible experience with the service department here bought my 2019 kia Forte February 1st 2019 drove it for a while no complaints there Dec 15 2019 realized there was a bad leak in the trunk due to bad smell looked underneath my spare tires styrofoam holder and found 3 inches of water instantly told the service department made an appointment with a guy named Keith Keith had told me when I dropped it off they were going to do water testing on the existing seal in the trunk they did the water test and found the fail in the seal in the trunk Keith had called me and let me know the seal would be coming from South Korea and will take two weeks and gave us a courtesy car and we patiently waited Keith called about two weeks later and told me my car was all sealed up no more leak my fiance goes to get the car and I did not go but when I came home from work I quickly noticed that sealent had gotten all over the rear end from the installation of the seal I made a new appointment to have the sealant removed from all exterior of the vehicle we waited one day and got a call back told us there was no caulking left on the vehicle and has been fully detailed once again my fiance goes to get the car brings it home I quickly noticed there was still caulking on the light bar across the trunk in two separate spot's I then got curious to check underneath the styrofoam again and what else than a puddle of rain water freshly starting absolutely done and regret choosing this dealership in general terrible experience!!!!!!

Bad mechanics/techs.
Had 2014 Forte in twice under warranty for rear main seal leak - they never fixed the leak while managed to let my wife drive off with unsecured upper rad hose losing half the coolant on short drive home. All three torque rod engine mounting holes were stripped with one bolt missing and the other two hanging there about ready to fall out. Had to take the car to real mechanic to get HeliCoils in and new bolts.
I'd not recommend using them for any car service or repairs.
Nothing but Excellent. I was in market for an AWD sports sedan. I went to Applewood Kia where they showed me all new 2019 Kia Stinger GT Limited. I instantly fall in love with this vehicle. Applewood gave me such an amazing deal. Excellent staff, best customer service experience, state of the art warranties. Manager Tony and all staff are well experienced. They know what a customer wants. I bought my second car 2020 Kia Forte GT, My brother bought Kia Niro and Friend bought Kia Talluride. Best experience ever. If you are in market for a new car, please visit this place for sure. You won't be disappointed

Went this AM to look at a car I was really looking forward to seeing and if all went well driving off the lot. Wondered around the lot to no avail. Went inside to inquire about vehicle they were advertising to see if still available. Salesman said car was still available but not on lot due to manager driving it around. I understand the term demo but “demoing” a 2013 100k plus car didn’t make sense to me. Not sure why the manager and upper management are okay with this kinda sketchy policy. Are you guys wanting to sell cars or just drive them around, putting more KMS and wear and tear on parts.
John was very helpful and informative. He made me feel comfortable and not pushed. I am happy to do business with John as he gave me a great personable feeling. I didn’t feel ‘sales-ed’ into a corner or like I had to buy. I felt like I could trust him.

There was no pressure to buy our vehicle but the experience was well worth it and we decided to buy because both managers concidently named Bobby worked the numbers to meet our budget. Always a great experience when I come to get my car serviced (2016 Kia Rio). Aliesha, the manager, is always a pleasure to deal with. The other staff members are super friendly. They have a nice, accommodating waiting area. Services are done asap and my car always returns looking brand new!

We had multiple rounds of bad service at Applewood Kia Surrey, right from the time we bought a brand new Kia until now. We have been bounced around from Kia Canada to Applewood Kia Surrey and still they have not managed to find the issue in our vehicle which suddenly accelerates. We have told them that this is dangerous but they still haven't found THE issue. They can be the best bunch of sales people when you are buying and that's it, all love and responsibilities drop as soon as you buy and leave the yard
Too many gimmicks. Sales people attitude is despicable to say the least. Their English is very poor. Always trying to pull the fast one on you. Seems to be the company culture at the Applewood group. Worst car buying experience ever.
