The best thing I can say about North Shore KIA is that they make you feel like family and not just a customer. They quite literally fought to give us the best deal possible. Buying a vehicle can be daunting but Alan, Kia and Kim worked together to ensure the experience was pleasant and had our best interests at heart every step of the way. We traded in two cars and got a 2015 KIA Sportage in excellent condition at an amazing price.
Their willingness to go the extra mile for you is what sets them apart. I will never buy a car anywhere else. They carry my highest recommendation.

Recommend the team, easy in and out for my purchase. Straight forward answers. I knew what I was looking for so didn't need any guidance, but was a smooth process from start to finish. They put on a bumper sticker without asking me, so make sure you get that removed before driving out (as it took a heat gun and a razor).

To make it short.....North Van Kia....will not give u a fair shake.....they will under value your Trade in and turn around to sell it for a bigger profit....while they gave you peanuts for your trade in!!That is one reason why, car dealers make more money on a used car than a new car!Car Dealerships are just out there to take your hard earned money ......why should we as consumers have to loose money on our cars in order for them to make LOTS of money on our trade ins??
Bought a used civic from here and its great. The salesman Manu was very helpful and transparent from the start. Him and the sales manager worked together to put a deal in place that worked for me. Manu made sure I left the dealership happy with my purchase and answered all my questions thoroughly during the whole process of getting a vehicle.
I just drove out with my Kia Soul EX and I couldn't be happier. The team at North Shore Kia is really great! My Sales Associate Manu was the best: very professional, thorough and patient, as we tried to work the numbers to fit my budget. He took the time to explain to me every single detail in the car, and was always kind and attentive to my needs. The same extends to the rest of the staff (Natalie, the Finance Manager and Toby, the Insurance Manager). I had a really pleasant experience buying my first Kia at North Shore Kia and I would recommend the dealership to any of my friends in a heartbeat!
Worst place to get services and worst customer service.
We got a lifetime oil change package when buying the car without any CONDITIONS, and have been using it with Kia West in Coquitlam for years now. Recently, we decided to get an oil change here in North Vancouver since we now are closer to them. When I got there for the appointment, they told me I have to do the "RECOMMENDED SERVICE" and pay money for it. They didn't do my oil change because I didn't want to do the RECOMMENDED SERVICE today. Over the past years, I have never been forced to do these services in Kia West. Waited a week for an appointment just to not get my oil change. Will go back to Kia west. Can't believe there is so much quality difference in two different branches of the same company.
On the web site I had clicked "book a test drive" and I put in the comments the time that I would be by. When I showed up I was informed that they were taking the vehicle to the sea bus to pick up someone to test drive it. I told them I had booked my appointment the day before but they didn't honor it and as I was waiting for another salesman the first one drove off the lot with the car. They didn't have another one I could test drive that was similar. All I got was "sorry". I had driven from Vancouver to the North Shore in rush hour and now had to drive back without accomplishing what I went there for. I thought it was disgusting service. They didn't even ask me if I wanted to wait. Very disappointed, I will look elsewhere now. I would rate it 0 but it won't post without at least 1 star.
When you go to this location, DO NOT get help from CORY ARCHIBALD. One of the worst to deal with as he will make you wait long to assist you, then low ball the deal and offer the lowest for your trade and keep his car on the lot at retail, so you are looking at wholesale to retail. He has a chip on his shoulder and says it all about making money for the dealership. Go to another kia and get good service and no stress. Sorry to have this man as general manager.

We recently purchased a used SUV through NS Kia and were very pleased with the whole buying experience
Our sale’s associate Manu was very knowledgeable and professional and really seemed to be looking out for our interests as opposed to the usual high pressure sales approach you tend to come across at many dealerships
Everyone we dealt with was friendly, right from the insurance person to the Finance Manager (Barbara) as well as the General Sales Manager Corey, who greeted us each time we came in
We picked up the vehicle just prior to Christmas and as a special touch they pulled the vehicle into the showroom
My wife then asked if we could place one of the large red Christmas bows on the vehicle so we could take some pictures and they happily obliged
Manu then spent a fair amount of time with us going over all the options and safety features and it was obvious that he was well versed in Kia products
As far as the vehicle itself, I normally do a lot of research on any large purchase and had educated myself on the various models and pricing
I felt the vehicle was very reasonably priced and came as advertised
I would highly recommend North Shore Kia for your next purchase of a new or used vehicle

I had the most amazing car buying experience with the gentleman that sold me my beautiful used 2014 charger, Leo picked me up from the sea bus with the car I so wanted, and shared such a great personality and professionalism with me. From the moment I called from 4hrs away, He made it all happen so incredibly smooth and pleasurable, he gave me instructions how to get there from the airport, as I had not been to Vancouver before. He programed my gps for my drive home and he truly was the incredible sales man you only meet once in a lifetime. I bought my new Kia Rio back in 2016 in part for the amazing warranty and free oil changes. The car has had no problems at all and the service I have received at the dealership has been outstanding. Sales consultant MANU introduced me to the vehicle and we went for a test drive. He was very warm, welcoming and friendly and made me at ease almost immediately. He showed me all the features of the vehicle and also told me about the parts of the vehicle that were replaced and repaired by them. At no point I felt that I was being pushed to make a purchase. Rather I was given all the information about the vehicle and the decision to buy or not was left on me.
When I decided to purchase the vehicle I tried to negotiate the price with the Sales Manager ALAN. He was very understanding of what I had to say and though we did not agree at a price but he offered a final price which was close to what I had asked for. The purchase process was very smooth and quick.
I had a minor issue with the vehicle a couple of days after the purchase which was fixed by the dealership at no cost.

It was going to be in the shop for a couple of hours and I did not feel like waiting around. They had a nice gentleman drive me home and pick me up when my vehicle was ready. When I returned, the work was done and my car was cleaned inside and out. Great job by your team... I will definitely be back!
