Just purchases a 2020 Kia Sedona XL from Glenice who with the help from Kim made the deal run smoothly. Only disappointment was finding the van did not have KM Radio which I need for Sirus. Other than that they went out of there way to make the deal.
Courtenay Kia has given us the best dealership experience every time we've visited them. They have consistently provided us with great service, kindness and supportive, choice based options. They have never employed the usual car sales lingo or tactics with us and we have purchased 3 new vehicles through them. Their service department is one of the best we've ever dealt with. We had a scheduled seasonal tire change as well as oil change and regulate maintenance check. Service was prompt, friendly, and fast. It was discovered that I needed new wiper blades and I was called to gain permission before this extra cost was added to the service. When I picked up the vehicle the results of the maintenance check were thoroughly reviewed. I will definitely continue using this business.

Very satisfied with the technician Jeff and the service person. I spoke with Jeff and he explained what happened and how to prevent it from happening again. I called the same day about the problem and they were extremely busy but managed to fit me in. Thank you again, The Kia Service Dept and the Technician's are great.

if I could give a 0 star I would . dealing with this dealership was horrible, I asked a staff member a question and she was nothing but rude to me. they really need to fire jenny and hire someone that is a lot more professional. I recommend taking your business elsewhere and saving yourself the rudeness of coming to courtenay kia. it's sad really since I see all the great reviews to have 1 person drag a dealership down. Didn’t buy a new vehicle (Sorento) but my experience looking for one was positive. VERY experienced, knowledgable and friendly sales staff. Vehicles are worth the $$$ and they know it. Unfortunately they wouldn’t “deal” at this dealership so I bought one, leading to two vehicles, at local Toyota.

We have a 2013 Kia Optima. Great car. I read there are problems with the motor. While driving we suddenly heard a loud grinding sound in the motor. Next day we took the car to Kia knowing there was something really wrong with the motor. Our warranty was finished and we were worried about paying a huge bill. Kia replaced the motor with no charge to us and we had our car back in 3 days!! Rental car included. It would have cost us over $7500. Not only that, the new engine has a life time warranty on the motor if there is again rod bearing damage. Fantastic service. Mark the service manager was great to deal with.
