I went to the Dodge place in Saint Paul for the first time, and everyone was very excellent. My appointment was at 10 o’clock. I showed up there at nine just to find out what was happening. They took me in right away without any hesitation. Alexandra was very awesome very polite not hard to look at, an excellent person. Evan, I do believe was the person that was working on my vehicle. He was awesome never took a break until it was done. Everyone was great. They offered to drive me where I wanted to go in town. I had computer stuff to do there and Alexandra help me all the way she was awesome if anybody needs anything at this Dodge dealership. They will get it for you thank you Alexandra and Evan I do believe for the awesome hospitality and work and friendship and kindness that you guys gave me and I appreciate it very much five stars to both of you and everyone else that was there.
Excellent, honest shop. They went above and beyond to deliver the service as they had quoted and on time. When they accidentally broke a sensor during install, they sent a driver out on a 3 hour driving expedition to buy a replacement sensor and installed it same day so I could get my vehicle back...
Staff is good and feel comfortable waiting have tv , coffee and they get you in and out pas fast as they can
This review was supposed to be written last summer. I asked the dealer to wash my truck after whatever else was being done. I believe it was the manager that called back to say they wouldn't be washing it. I was shocked to hear that but they lost a customer because of it. My girlfriend and I don't take our vehicles to this dealer anymore and I sure wouldn't buy from them. Zero stars will be enough.
They got me my fuel filter and shocks the parts guys that i spoke to were awesome !

Was towed into this dealership last night at 2 mins to closing. The great guys in front of me who were dragging my truck in with a seized water pump had already called ahead to let the service staff know we were enroute. I was on my way home, over 4 hours away when my original pump seized after 400,000km on it.
The crew there had the pump ready to go, one young mechanic willingly agreed to stay, along with the outstanding service writer, and went to work on my truck right away. Shortly after 6pm, just over an hour after arrival, my truck was running and ready to go.
I cannot say enough good about these people and this dealership. It would've been absolutely nothing to them to say "sorry, we'll take care of you tomorrow" but they wholeheartedly went after my issue to get me going and on my way home without hesitation.
Beyond stellar service and whoever owns this dealership should be proud of their staff.

We're from the Edmonton area - we started our search for a pre owned vehicle. We had a few different options in the city, but each time every dealership made it such a process even with simple questions - we felt like we never knew what to believe and then add in the millions of high pressured phone calls in a day. So we started to expand our search out of the city, and we're so glad that we did!
We ended up finding a vehicle online at St Paul Dodge, but we had questions before making the drive out there. No problem at all - Ryan answered everything we needed and was super clear and straightforward - I can't tell you how much we appreciated that after the experiences we had before. We knew even if the vehicle turned out to not be the one for us, we wanted to work with Ryan to find one that would.
We put a deposit down to hold the vehicle until the weekend so we could drive out there. Brenda got our financing all done up beforehand just in case we decided to take the vehicle so we could save some time out there. She was so great and so easy to work with.
Once we got there, the vehicle was right by the door first thing in the morning waiting for us. Miguel greeted us and let us head out for a test drive. At no point did we feel any type of pressure while we were there. Miguel, and the rest of the staff were so friendly and so helpful - it felt like you knew them forever.
We decided to get the vehicle, and were so pleased with the deal they gave us. At no point did we feel like we were being treated unfairly - they even did more for us than what we expected, we are so thankful!
Thank you so much to the team at St Paul Dodge - you made a very stressful situation for us sooo much better! Highly recommended, we'll be referring everyone we know out that way - worth the drive for sure! You guys are stuck with us now haha.

We spent a lot of time looking at various vehicles with Bob, and he was so helpful! A great, no-pressure environment, and the owner Miguel checked in with us as well. Highly recommended for their customer service.

Love St Paul Dodge. They are honest and to the point. They are not there to force that extra sale on you in the Service Dept of you don't need it. But they will make recommendations. Friend staff and timely tune ups. Big thumbs up!

Stopped in for a quick oil change while we are on holidays. The service was excellent! They took our truck in right away, one tech worked during his lunch to get us in and out quickly. The ladies at the service counter were helpful and friendly. Will come back here again if the need arises.

From shopping for a new vehicle, to financing the whole dodge team is amazing!! They always make sure to do everything they can to get you in a vehicle. We've been buying our vehicles from st.paul dodge for the last 13 years, and we always leave happy.
I bought my jeep here. I'm the only one who drives it and brings it for repair and this shop, for the last 2 years, still has to search for my name every time because they insist on putting it in my husband's name. Grrrr.
I went for a fix for a factory recall this time. It went well.
Last time I booked in for service I tried to get a roof rack installed. After asking several detailed questions about my vehicle they gave me a quote. They made me pay for the part before I even got to the shop.
When I arrived they told me the part I paid for needed another, never mentioned in the quote, more expensive part to mount the rack. I am still angry. I refused the service then and I still don't have a roof rack. I will choose another shop for future repairs, too.
If there where 6 Stars to give I would give 7! I cannot say enough how much the staff at this dealership pulled together to help me get the truck I wanted. It starts at the top, Miguel an amazing manager knew I was coming and had the truck I wanted clean and waiting out front when he greeted me upon arrival. He set me up with both Ben and Keith (sales team) who work together to make sure I had exactly what I wanted. Their pricing IMO is basically unmatched in the area and I would imagine there are very few dealerships in the province that could and would match them.
As a small local business, it is always a challenge to acquire new trucks and I had to wait approximately a week, week in a half to get financing sorted out. Justin in finance had to deal with constant messages from me heckling him day and night wanting updates. He did it and never showed a signal sign of annoyance by my persistence. Even the parts team was awesome and gave great advice and suggestions.
I see that there are a few less than 5 Star reviews and that completely surprises me as I dont think you could find a better dealership with this kind of customer service. I feel like I have made a whole new group of friends with the experience I had at this dealership.

Great Experience with the Service Dept.My Journey had to be towed in with unknown issues. They called and updated me, took care of all repairs needed and were very easy to work with. When we picked it up, we had questions and the tech who actually did the work came out and talked to us so we understood what was done and why. Great bunch of people and will be using them again for our service needs.
