Très mauvais service aux pièces !

Pièce acheté (tentionneur) et après 3 semaines il ne fonctionnait plus.

Je retourne donc la pièce qui est garantie 12 mois ou 20 000km (la pièce a envions 500km donc toujours sous garantie) et on me dit que je dois en acheter une autre le temps que la pièce défectueuse soit crédité (on m'a dit que ça prendrait 2 semaines ouvrables avant d'être crédité). Ça fait déjà 3 semaines et aucun suivi, aucun appel rien de la part d'infiniti Brossard !

Après 2 semaines sans nouvelles de la part du concessionnaire, j'appel a quelques reprises et on me dis que c'est entre les mains d'infiniti Canada a Toronto et que c'est eux qui doivent approuvé la garantie avant de recevoir mon crédit ! LA PIÈCE A 3 SEMAINES D'USURE !!!! ALLUME ET DONNE UNE AUTRE PIÈCE POUR LAQUELLE TON CLIENT A PAYÉ !!!

C'est au concessionnaire de me rembourser, et eux par la suite de s'arranger avec infiniti Canada pour les pièces défectueuse qu'ils vendent ! Ils sont intermédiaire, c'est a eux d'assurer la qualité des produits vendus et honorer les garanties !

En temps que commerçant, lorsque je vend quelques choses de défectueux a un client, je le rembourse et par la suite je m'occupe des garantis et autres puisque c'est moi l'intermédiaire et non le fabricant !

Prendre note que le directeur des pièces est tellement pas capable de prendre ces responsabilité et n'a pas le tour avec le publique qu'il m'a raccrocher au nez lors de notre dernière discussion le 5 février 2019 ! Tout un manque de respect et de courtoisie !

NE FAITES JAMAIS AFFAIRE AVEC CE CONCESSIONNAIRE INFINITI POUR VOS PIÈCES ! ALLER A N'IMPORTE QUEL AUTRE CONCESSIONNAIRE INFINITI ! IL HONORE PAS LEURS PROPRES GARANTIES !

I just purchased a used Acura MDX from this dealership. Drove all the way from Ottawa, trust me its all very worth the drive,I had a very bad experience with the previous dealership I went. But when I came here I was literally “wow”ed with the experience when I walked out. Sales guy was really nice (Nader) - if you are going to buy from there I would recommend him.

I did however have some issues with my overall buying experience at the dealership (room for improvement)

- Afternoon of day before I was supposed to pick up the car I was told it wasn't going to be ready at agreed upon time (this caused a domino effect...because that was pushed back, it pushed back the a third party car inspection I arranged for, etc. This normally wouldn't be huge deal but because I already had an inspection planned (prior to purchasing the vehicle) and I had a long drive home (there was also a snow storm) it did make things more difficult.

- Car registration wasn't in the package of documents given to me so I wasn't able to register it until I received the original copy (I would consider this minor as mistakes happen)

- I received a small rebate (which was appreciated) at the point of sale for some other minor findings in the third party inspection - instead of getting a rebate they accidentally charged me (after noticing it on my credit card statement i called and they were quick to fix the transaction...i would also consider this minor as mistakes happen).

- Car was nicely cleaned/waxed but when the wax wore off there were some scratches/stone chips (some of them were covered/partially covered over with a paint stick) that were not visible/became much more visible (I didn't notice them at the time of sale so that could partially be on me). I understand that I purchased a second hand vehicle and you have to expect some chips etc. but there was at least one scratch that I saw when i got home that I really wish i would have noticed at the dealer.

- The third party inspection (prior to purchase) picked up bad rear bearings on the vehicle (700 plus dollar job). This took me by surprise. It was luckily covered under the vehicle's warranty but Park Avenue's inspection of the car did not pick this up.

Just wanted to take a minute to thank the team at Park Avenue Infinity Brossard for their extreme patience with me and their help on helping me buy a new car. Ara the super patient salesman, helped me in every aspect and was available to answer every single question I had for him. He even went above and beyond by giving me his personal number and let me call him at any given time for any questions which was super cool on his end. They didn't rush me in buying a car and made me feel at home from the moment I walked in. Ara did 1000x more than what was needed to suit my every need. To be honest don't buy a car in brossard. All owned by one guy. They sell you at higher price than most places. I writing here to save people some $. Go shop at other dealers and you will save minimum $1k.

I just leased a QX60 at Park Avenue Infiniti in Brossard. It is the fourth Infiniti I have bought there ( kept my Infiniti Q60s convertible after the lease expired).
Michel Gagnon has been my principal contact at Park Avenue. And I have always received great service for all my cars there. This time, Nader Chirara and John Chang handled the sale and the finance details, in Michel's absence.
I would particularly like to give a special vote of thanks to Regis Carikli, who spent a great deal of time going through the contract with me, answering all my questions and sitting with me in the vehicle to explain how the basics work. And he has offered to answer any other questions I may have by phone!

Great dealership part of an excellent dealer group. The showroom is very elegant and inviting and the layout and floor plan makes sense for buyers coming in and looking for a new vehicle. Parking can be a little tight during the winter due to the snow but overall the location is good, and they provide service in both official languages.

I wrote this comment for my friend cause he doesnt know how to comment on Google.

I recommanded my friend to buy a QX60 here. When he signed the contract with the sales--Maxime Beaulieu, he promised to give 3 free maintenance, we wanted him to write on contract, he said my friend's name has already been added into the system.

However, when he come to do the maintenance today, Park Avenue Infiniti refuse to provide free maintenance cause "They cannot recognized the false promise given by the salesperson".

As far as I know, if CSR of a company give false promise, it's the company who should take the responsibility, instead of telling the customer to take the loss. Furthermore, their attitude is really disappointing.

So if you are planning buying cars from there, ask them to write everything on the contract! Dont trust their word!

I bought my pre- owned 2012 G37 XS in 2016. I purchased the pre Owned certified program to make sure my car would be in perfect shape. After a few months of ownership during winter, I realized some spots started to rust. I went back to dealership to have it repaired under warrranty. The job they did was not very good, and now it starts to rust again at the exact same spots. Very disappointed. Also, on the initial inspection report, when I purchased the car, they said they changed the 4 brakes for brand new ones. They did not. I had to change the two rear brakes after 18 months of ownership. Suspicious for the least.

UPDATE 14-03-2018 : After contacting the service department : They offered me to repair the rust problem for free, even if the warranty was expired. I was really impressed by the quality of the service, they provided me a vehicle during the repairs and even washed my car when the work was done. They took reponsibility for the fault reported and fixed it. Therefore I changed the rating from 1 to 4 star. This was appreciated thank you
